Cidro (Between Love And Wounds)

Cidro (Between Love And Wounds)
Chapter 22

Wiwit's countenance changed upon hearing the Rayhan family's explanation. His blood boiled over hearing the fact that Rayhan was twisting around.

"Kalau udah nggak mau sama anak saya, bilang aja. Enggak usah fitnah anak saya segala," ketus seorang wanita paruh baya.

"See this is my son. His face was bruised because of you." It's right on Wiwit's face.

Hearing the sound of people snapping, Citra immediately came out from inside her room.

"What's up ahead?" ask Citra who just came out from inside her room.

Rigid turned his head towards Citra while shrugging his shoulders.

"Mas doesn't know Deck. We go ahead yuk," asked Tegar.

Rigid and Citra go hand in hand towards the living room. There sat a husband and wife and a young man whose face looked bruised. Seeing that, Tegar whispered something to Citra. The girl also understood. He went back inside and went into his room.

"What's this?" Rigid asked as he stared at everything in the living room in turn.

"This is a very insolent woman. He's got my son battered." The woman again let out her loud and sharp voice.

"I never told anyone to do Mas Rayhan's mukulin. Because I'm not that bad" elak Wiwit. The girl did not show any fear when faced with the woman.

"Allah! Where is there a thief who wants me? You think my son hit his own face, don't you?" said the man sitting next to the woman.

Tegar glanced at the younger brother and looked back at the two old men who were in front of him. His eyes stared intently at the two old men. The two old men returned a stare of Rigid no less sharp. While Rayhan did not dare to return the gaze of Rigid eyes.

"You're lucky. My son wants to be like your daughter. You should be grateful that my son chose you as his girlfriend" said the man named Sofyan.

Mr. Hamzah and Mr. Aminah who know nothing can only be silent. Both parents did not want to defend the child. But they choose not to interfere in their children's problems.

"That bill. You should be grateful that Rayhan wants to be just like you. The children of the poor are just a doubt," said Mrs Patmi.

Wiwit stared intently at the woman who had just insulted him.

"I am a poor man but I never beg. Especially begging for love with men" Wiwit replied.

"Huh! I'm sure you're a person." Ms. Patmi sneered at Wiwit's remarks.

"Now I want to ask Rayhan" said Tegar. His voice sounded hoarse and heavy. It made Rayhan's face change.

"When did that happen? I mean the beating?" ask Hardcore. His eyes looked at Rayhan sharply.

Rayhan still lowered his head. He still did not dare to raise his face let alone make a sound.

Patmi nudged the child's arm. The woman gave the code through the look in her eyes so that the child answered the question Hardcore.

"Rayhan," call me Hardcore.

Rayhan raised his face. He stared at Hardcore face at a glance then he lowered his head again. This time he lowered his head even deeper.

"Look! As a result of you, my son became like this. He became afraid of other people" said Bu Patmi.

"Our son became like this because he felt traumatized. He was traumatized by loud noises and snapping" said Mr. Sofyan.

"Keep what you want?" ask Wiwit. The girl began to be unable to hold back her emotions because it had been cornered by Rayhan's family.

"Do you want me and my family to reimburse you for the expenses you've incurred for Rayhan to seek treatment?" challenge Wiwit.

"Basic doesn't have your manners. Have you never been taught manners by your parents? Huh!" snapped Mr. Sofyan.

Wiwit folded his hands together on his chest. The slanted smile engraved on his face made Rayhan grow even more fearful and worried.

"It is you who have no manners. You guys came to my house and made a scene in my house" Wiwit replied.

The atmosphere became uncontrollable when suddenly Bu Patmi stood up and slapped Wiwit in the face. Ma'am Aminah who saw it became angry. The woman whose daily life is famous and never looks angry, returned the slap of Bu Patmi.

Mr. Hamzah did not manage to dampen the anger of his wife. The man even hit his wife's elbow while trying to pull the wife's arm to sit back.

"STOP IT!" shout Rigid.

Instantly, the two middle-aged women who were clashing mouths fell silent. Aminah sat down next to her husband. Bu Patmi sat down next to Rayhan.

Stare at everything in turn. His eyes shone especially on the Rayhan family who had always cornered Wiwit from the first moment.

"I will crack down on anyone guilty in this case. I will not choose. If indeed Wiwit is proven guilty, he will I process in accordance with the applicable law. But if you are found guilty..." He stared intently at the three guests.

"Be prepared, you guys" he said in a firm tone.

Rayhan's countenance grew pale. She was scared and worried to hear Steady's words just now. He was afraid that everything would be revealed.

"Partner, please come over to Deck," call Rigid. His eyes could not be separated from the figure of Rayhan who began to look agitated in his chair.

The image walked over to the sister with a bottle containing makeup cleanser and cotton.

"Mom, let's get out of here" Rayhan asked. He had guessed that Tegar would do this. He knows who Tegar is.

"Sorry, we have to go. We still have business to finish." Rayhan said as he stood up from his seat. Followed by Mr. Sofyan and Mr. Patmi.

Rigid and the others paid no heed to those who had stood. The young man was still pouring the cleaning liquid into a cotton swab.

Rayhan thought it was time to run away. When we reach the door....

"You can leave after a truth is revealed" said Tegar.

Rayhan's face and both of his parents looked pale. Those who initially wanted to suppress the Wiwit family were instead themselves depressed. Those who initially wanted to make Wiwit afraid and intimidated, they themselves were intimidated by the Wiwit family.

The day had already gone by the time Anne and her parents arrived in front of Citra's house. Anne got out of her car.

"Papa Mama is calm. I'm not going anywhere. I'm at Citra's house" Anne said outside the car.

The girl thought that her parents had business elsewhere. Both of his parents got out of the car.

"Cock came down? He said there was some business?" asked Anne in wonder.

Mirna smiled at the child. Without answering the child's question, the woman walked toward the door of the house that was tightly closed.

Although still filled with feelings of wonder and curiosity, Anne still followed the steps of her parents entered the Citra yard.

"Assalamualaik." Miss Mirna knocked on the door and said hello.

"Assalamu'alaikum" said Ms Mirna again.

Hearing someone knock on the door and say hello, Wiwit came out of the room followed by Citra.

"You opened the door Dek. Ma'am is still afraid" said Wiwit. His face looked scared and tense.

The image nodded its head. He walked to the front door and opened it immediately.

"Wa'alaikum salam" Citra replied.

"Hi Citra" said Anne as soon as she saw Citra's face.

The smiling image returned Anne's greeting. "Let's go in Om, Auntie," Citra invited.

Mr. Bayu and Ms. Mirna smiled at Citra's invitation. Then they both followed Citra's steps into the house.

"Please sit down Om, Auntie," Citra said.

Again the two old men smiled hearing the words Citra.

"What do you want to drink, Auntie?" tawar Citra's.

"Not bother. We're just gonna be a minute." Mr. Bayu represents the wife answering Citra's question.

"Yes Citra. Papa same Mama just nganterin me. You see, Papa and Mama want to have business" Anne said.

Miss Mirna smiled. "Ep... Daddy's with your mommy, son?" ask Miss Mirna.

"Mothers are still in Auntie's shop" Citra replied.

"Can you please call? Auntie either Om need a little with your Father and Mother," said Mr Bayu.

Imagra. In his heart he was astonished. But he did not argue when his best friend's parents wanted to meet his parents. He went into his house and told Wiwit.

"Can you ask me to call you Mom?" ask Citra.

"Well?" Wiwit asked without answering Citra's question.

"It's Om Bayu with Aunt Mirna to meet with Father and Mother" replied Citra.

Wiwit sighed before confirming the sister's request.

"Yes already. You wait for a moment. Get the OTW to the store now" Wiwit said. The girl got up from her seat and immediately walked out of her room.

"Wait a minute, Auntie, Om. Ms. Wiwit still followed Mr. Sama to the store," Citra replied when she was in the living room.

The two old men nodded their heads. "How long have you been living here Citra?" ask Mr. Bayu. It seemed that the man was already impatient to want to know the true facts.

"From little Om," replied Citra.

Mr. Bayu mangosteen heard the sweet girl's answer. Their chatter continued until a familiar voice by Mr. Bayu swept the man's eardrum.
