After ten minutes of waiting, Chika was finally allowed to enter the hospital room Emely. The girl pulled the chair next to the patient bed and sat there.

Emely, who was asked to rest by the doctor, now opened her eyes to see who had come.

"Thanks..?" call the woman in a tone that sounds a bit raucous.

Chika reviewed the smile and grabbed her tantric hand.

"Yes, Aunt. It's me" Chika replied without fading the smile on her lips.

"Where's leon? Why isn't he coming?" ask Emely then.

Chika sighed, before then telling the truth.

"Sister Leon's on business out of town. So Leon's brother asked me to come here" Chika replied honestly.

Emely stared at the empty ceiling. This is how it hurts and there is no child on the side. Moreover, once heard Leon is more concerned with work affairs than his own mother. Maybe this is what Leon experienced first, he did not care when Leon was sick though, he only concerned about the work that makes him now have to languish in prison.

"Tante thinks Leon will be more important to his mother than his own mother" she said.

This morning Leon tried to finish his job faster. He wants to go home quickly. He could not calm down to hear his mother was sick. Especially last night Chika gave news if her mother had a serious illness.

Luckily, Drew gave me some good news. If he can come home tomorrow. Because Drew's next business can handle himself.

"Thank you so much for helping me, Drew. I'll give you a bonus at the end of the month" Leon said.

"Together, sir. It's been part of my job" Drew replied.

The short conversation made Leon really grateful because Drew could always rely on him. Even in a time like now.

After Drew leaves, Leon tries to call his wife. But he won't tell me if he can go home tomorrow. Let this be a surprise.

"Yes, what's wrong? Tumben already called? Aren't you busy?" ask Lily from there.

"It's busy, but I'm trying to take the time to call my wife" Leon replied, making Lily smile at him.

"Oh yeah, did you have breakfast?" ask Lily to make sure.

"It has. But miss your cooking, baby.."

"Sorry, yeah. I can't be sure anymore, I still often nausea and vomiting when the smell of cooking." said Lily felt guilty.

"It's okay. I get it, honey. In addition to missing your cooking, I also miss the others" said the man.
