The day of Feroze and Nina's departure for Umrah came. With a happy heart, they left for the airport. Finally, Nina's dream was realized to go to the Holy Land with her husband and their future child who was still in the womb. Using a private jet, Feroze and Nina left for Medina first.

It only took two hours to reach Medina. Feroze told Nina to get off the plane. There was already someone picking them up to help with their journey during Umrah.

"Assalamualaikum, yes Sheikh Feroze Al-Barokh." Greetings Sheikh Ghoffur, Feroze's friend.

"Waalaikumsalam Abdul Ghoffur, don't be formal like that." Feroze hugged his best friend.

Ghoffur laughed. "Excellent you, Feroze. Has not been here for a long time, suddenly came to bring your wife and child. Great." Ghoffur patted Feroze on the shoulder.

"It's fast to take us to Abyar 'Ali to quickly start our Umrah," said Feroze.

From the airport, Feroze and Nina were taken to the Dzulhulaifah Mosque or better known as Abyar 'Ali.

They were in Miqat. This Miqat is located in Madinah, here Feroze, Nina and Ghoffur make preparations before ihram, starting from bathing, wearing Ihram clothes, ablution and doing sunnah prayer ihram 2 rakaat. After that the intention of doing Umrah worship by reading the reading of umrah intention.

After wearing ihram clothes, an Umrah worshiper is forbidden to do things that have been prescribed by the Shari'a. Then, for men and women, it is forbidden, to wear fragrances, cut nails, shave or pluck hair/feather, hunt or kill any animal, marry, marry or ask for women to marry, and, making out or having sex, chiding, quarreling or uttering profanities, cutting plants around Mecca.

After doing so, Feroze, Nina and Ghoffur went to Mecca to head for the Grand Mosque. They will carry it out tomorrow because of Nina's condition.

They were in one of the five-star hotels very close to the Grand Mosque. By booking the presidential suite, Feroze and Nina spent the night there. Nina was so excited to see the mist from her room. Really Feroze wanted to make out with Nina, but at that time it was forbidden to make out.

"Astagfirullah ...." Feroze could only stand away from Nina.

Nina was astonished by her husband's behavior.

Tomorrow comes. They are ready to undergo a series of Umrah. Now, they will go to the Grand Mosque for tawaf. On the way to the Grand Mosque, Nina, Feroze and Ghoffur increased the reading of talbiyah sentences that are always spoken by the Prophet when Umrah and Hajj.

"Godumma Labbaik. Labbaik Laa Syarika Laka Labbaik. Innal Hamda Wan Ni'mata Laka Wal Mulk Laa Syarika Lak"

When they arrived, they were ready to enter the mosque. Before entering the Grand Mosque, Nina, Feroze and Ghoffur took ablution first. They may enter the Grand Mosque through any door, but it is recommended to follow the example of the Prophet who entered through the door of Babus Salam or Bani Syaibah. When entering the Grand Mosque, it is recommended to say the prayer "Bismillah Wash Sholatu Was Salamu 'Ala Rasulullah. Allahummaftahli Abwaba Grace. (In the name of Allah, pray and greetings to the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy)"

After that they go down and continue to go to the place of thawaf (mataf). Jamaah started thawaf from a straight line (area near Hajar Aswad) between the doors of Kabah and the green light sign on the upper floor of the Grand Mosque. They also began tawaf by circling the kabah. As they passed the aswad, they continued to kiss him. Even Nina to the point of crying could kiss him. In Nina's mind it must have been so wonderful that she could have given birth to her two children in the holy city of the Prophets. The thought continued to seep in Nina's mind, until the fifth round, Nina felt heartburn. Nina just felt it was a false contraction caused because she was being waffled. But the more here the heartburn is felt.

Until the seventh round, Nina sat down because she really felt heartburn. Feroze who saw also approached Nina.

"Habibty, what's wrong with you?" ask Feroze.

"Feroze, my stomach hurts. It looks like I'm going to give birth" said Nina who clasped Feroze's hand grimacing in pain.

"What's? Want to give birth? But you're seven months old, Nina."

"I'm not strong anymore. The kids keep pushing want out." Nian continued to grimace.

"Ghoffur, get medical. My wife is about to give birth. Prepare one of the rooms here!" feroze shouted in panic.

"Sheikh, Madame, congratulations. Both Sheikh and Madame's children are healthy men and women. But, we must immediately bring to rumsh sick to get treatment," said one of the medical team.

"Alhamdulillah. Thanks for the help."

Shortly after, an ambulance came to take Nina and her two children to the hospital. Along the way, Feroze kept shedding tears holding his daughter. Along the way, Feroze kept on shaving until they reached the hospital. All the medical teams immediately took care of Nina and her two children. Feroze was waiting for the three to be ready to be taken to the nursery.

"Congratulations, Sheikh on the birth of your children." Ghoffur hugged Feroze.

"Thank you, Sheikh. Please, give alms for the birth of my two children. All I leave to you."

"InshaAllah, Sheikh."

When she was finished, Nina and her two children were treated in the VVIP room. Not to forget, they told all the families that Nina had given birth in the Grand Mosque. The whole family seemed so happy at the birth of Feroze and Nina's son. The Indonesian family will head to Dubai, while Baba and Umm will await their return to Dubai.

Feroze tearfully tried his two children.

"O Allah, make our two sons as righteous and devout as the Prophets and the Companions and become righteous women. Aamiin's." Feroze kissed his two sons and daughter.

"Medina and Mecca ... That's their name" Nina said.

Feroze looked at Nina. She laid her son down and walked over to Nina.

"Are you sure you want to give that name?" ask Feroze.

Nina smiled and nodded. Feroze kissed Nina's forehead.

"alright. Hhmmmm what if Muhammad Medina Al-Barokh and the Sharifah Mecca Al-Barokh?" ask Feroze.

"What a beautiful name" Nina said.

"Thank you, Habibty, for the most beautiful gift. May our two children be as extraordinary as their predecessors born in this holy land."

"Aamiin Allahumma Aamiin. Honey, remember to continue your umrah. Pray for me" said Nina.

"InshaAllah."
