After his encounter with Kevin, Nina becomes transformed. Nina who was originally quiet, she grew quieter. When Feroze wanted to touch her, there were many reasons Nina gave him. Feroze was completely confused by Nina's change.

At that moment, Nina was standing on the balcony. Feroze approached Nina blanketing Nina with a blanket, then hugged Nina from behind. "Habibty, it's late. Let's go in. The night wind is really bad for you."

"Leave me alone, Feroze." Nina took off Feroze's embrace without looking at him.

Feroze who was completely irritated by Nina's changed attitude, pulled Nina's hand and led her into the room. Feroze threw Nina's body until Nina sat on the bed. Nina was completely shocked by Feroze's treatment. Feroze attached himself to Nina. Their faces are so close.

"What happened to you, Nina? Why have you been ignoring me since the wedding reception? What's my fault with you?" Feroze kept staring at Nina.

," answered Nina with tears in her eyes.

"You!" Feroze pointed at Nina with mounting anger.

Feroze suddenly walked out of his room. As for Nina, she cried sobbing releasing everything she held back. "I'm sorry, Feroze." Nina kept crying.

Nina packed her clothes. He wanted to go back to his homeland that night as well. After packing the goods, Nina headed to the workroom where Feroze was now. Nina was so surprised to see the messy workspace. Feroze stood supporting his body with both hands on the table.

"Mirror ..."

Feroze who called turned his head. Feroze was surprised to see Nina carrying a suitcase. He approached Nina. Grabbing hand.

"Where are you going?" ask Feroze.

Nina forcibly removed Feroze's hand. "I want to go back to Indonesia" said Nina.

"No! You can't go, Nina! You're my wife and you'll stay the same forever!" said Feroze who grabbed Nina's hand.

"No, Feroze. I want to split up. Untie me. You can find a more decent woman."

"No! I'm not letting you go!" Feroze throws Nina's suitcase. He pulled Nina's hand violently, taking Nina away.

"Feroze off!" Nina continued to rebel.

Being so upset, Feroze grabbed Nina's body and carried her.

"Take me off! I want to go!" Nina beat Feroze's back. But all in vain.

Feroze led Nina to his room. They're inbound. Feroze threw Nina's body on the bed. Feroze squeezed Nina's body.

"You're my wife. You will forever be my wife! Pass my body if you want to get away from me!" Feroze forcibly removed Nina's hijab. He kissed Nina harshly.

"Depart, Feroze!" Nina keeps on fighting.

The more Nina revolted, the more savage Feroze fucked Nina. Feroze tore Nina's clothes. Nina who lost power finally could not do anything, she just cried. Feroze fucked Nina roughly. He was unlike Feroze before who was gentle when fondling Nina.

Nina sobbed and gripped the blanket that covered her body.

"Go, call Sheikh Hanafi and Madame" Fayez told the waiter who saw the incident.

Feroze is really down. He kept crying. Suddenly Feroze fainted. Quickly, Fayez took Feroze to the car and to the hospital.

Half an hour passed, Fayez arrived at the IGD room. Quickly, they handled Feroze.

"Doctor how?" ask Fayez who's panicking.

"We need to have an operation right away. The state of the sultan was quite severe his head was injured because of the blunt force. And the Sultan lost a lot of blood. We need a blood transfusion right away. But the Sultan's blood is so rare. We don't have it. Also contacted O negative type blood bank is empty. Does the Sultan's family have the same blood? If anything, we should have a blood transfusion right away" the doctor said.

"Take good care of the Sultan. About blood, I'll look for it" said Fayez.

"All right, I'm sorry." The doctor also left.

They also decided on his call.

"Darling, what's going on?" asked Irsyad who saw Feroza crying.

"I have to go back to Dubai right now. I beg you to prepare the jet, Irsyad." said Feroza in tears.

"What's going on?" ask Irsyad confused.

Feroze told Irsyad everything. Irsyad was shocked by Feroza's words.

"I don't know what happened to Feroze. But, I have to get back. Feroze needs my blood" said Feroza, crying.

"Calm down. I'll call Nizam to get everything ready. Be prepared." Irsyad called Nizam to prepare everything immediately.

Irsyad called Queena. Explain everything to Queena. Not to forget, Irsyad called Arsyad also told Eriska and Dito as well. Eriska immediately contacted Vita and Tian.

What happened to Feroze? Queena wondered.
