After hearing of Nina's pregnancy, Feroze was really excited. He was able to sit up even though he had just finished surgery. The pain seemed meaningless to hear that he was going to be a father.

Three hours passed, Nina finally came to her senses. He looked around full of his family. Nina still silently opened her eyes.

"Miland ..." Vita looked at the child.

"Mrs ... Where'm I?" asked Nina who was still confused.

"You fainted earlier said Feroze," said Vita.

Hearing the name Feroze, Nina suddenly sat down. "Ouch..." Nina touched her dizzy head.

"Habibty, what's wrong with you?" ask Feroze to panic.

Nina who heard Feroze's voice turned to the left. Seen Feroze who was sitting with his worried face.

Nina hugged Feroze. She cried. "Thank you, Habibty ..." Fweoze kissed Nina on the forehead.

"Kkhhhhmmm." Queena berdehem. "You don't consider our existence, do you?" ask Queena.

Nina took off her embrace. He felt ashamed.

Umm smiling approached Nina. She hugged Nina. "Congratulations, Habibty..."

"Thank you, Umm."

"Goodbye Honey ..." Vita hugged Nina.

"We lost quickly with Feroze and Nina" said Feroza.

"You think the race. It all depends on God. Maybe God still wants us to be alone. It's okay, we'll try again." Bisik Irsyad's.

Feroza smiled shyly at the words of Irsyad.

After congratulating her, Queena and Feroza escorted Nina to do an ultrasound. Nina was in the Aminah Doctor's room.

"Madame Nina's. How's it going now?" ask Doctor Aminah.

"Feroza..." Doctor Aminah smiled.

"You know each other?" ask Nina.

Nina who was in a wheelchair moved to the top of the gurney.

The nurse flicked Nina's clothes over her stomach. The nurse gave the gel to Nina's stomach, and Dr. Meena started doing the ultrasound.

"Hold, yeah, Madame." The doctor pressed Nina's lower abdomen slightly.

"Thank God, Madame is pregnant. Four weeks old and MashaaAllah there are two that mean twins."

"Will not be surprised these twins. All families have twin genes. You know Meena, she has triplets" Feroza laughed, pointing at Queena.

"Be careful you're quadruplets, Feroza. You're twins, Irsyad's twins. You're more dominant" Queena sneered.

After doing the ultrasound and getting advice from the Doctor, they returned to the hospital room.

"How's it?" ask the curious Feroze.

Nina smiled giving her ultrasound results.

"I don't understand reading this ultrasound. Say it," said Feroze.

"Pregnant twins ..." Queena and Feroza.

"Twin? Really true?" tanya Feroze sparkles.

Nina nodded quickly.

"MashaAllah we will have twin grandchildren" said Vita happily.

"How many twins? Three like Sister Queena?" ask Irsyad.

"Two" replied Nina.

Really Feroze wanted to hug and kiss Nina. But he was ashamed before his family. Feroze could only grab Nina's hand and then kiss her over and over.

"I love you" Feroze said with a loving look.

"I love you too, Habibi." Nina kissed Feroze's hand.

After being in the hospital, everyone went home. Feroze tells Nina to sleep next to him. Didn't let Nina sleep in her safe. Only Fayez and a few bodyguards were waiting, and they were waiting outside the room.

Feroze kissed Nina and her hands working in Nina's nightgown.

"Feroze, sure enough, we're patients!" grumbling Nina tried to let go of Feroze's mischievous hands.

"Who made me fast for so long." Feroze is still kissing Nina.

"Enough, Feroze. It's a hospital. You are also aware of critical times. I'm still limp."
