Two weeks have passed. Ethan just finished cleaning up the job he stayed two weeks while he was in Indonesia.

New Ethan can feel relieved and can already relax a little.

"Jack get ready we're going to the TBF Hotel?" bring Ethan.

"Waow do you want to start looking for Rielfa in London?" ask Jack.

"Near Mama's birthday. I have to reserve a place for the show" replied Ethan.

"Say you'll meet Rielfa" teased Jack.

"I want to make sure he's there and set a fight schedule" Ethan replied.

"Yes, we're leaving now" Jack asked.

Ethan and Jack come to the TBF Hotel and when they get there they meet the receptionist.

"I'd like to meet GM TBF Hotel" Ethan's.

"Sorry sir, have an appointment?" ask the hotel receptionist.

"Not yet, let's just say Diamond Corp wants to meet there is important talk" Ethan replied haughtily.

"Well sir, wait a minute" replied the woman in front of Ethan.

Before long the receptionist invited them to go up to the top floor where GM TBF Hotel was located.

Arriving in the GM room.

"Good Day, can I help you sir?" jimmy asked as he received Ethan in his room.

"I'm the CEO of Diamond Corp. Ethan Mohammed" Ethan said.

"I'm Jimmy Houston GM TBF Hotel" Jimmy replied.

"Please sit down sir, can I help you?" ask Jimmy.

"Can? When do you want to see him" asked Jimmy.

"Now just let everything settle down without taking a lot of time" Ethan replied.

"Well, wait a minute" Jimmy replied.

Jimmy called someone immediately.

"Please call the Chief Chef and have him come to my room" Jimmy ordered.

Ten minutes later the Chief Chef arrived at the GM Hotel room.

"Please come in" Jimmy ordered.

Not long after the Chief Chef came in. Ethan and Jack look at who's coming in. Is he Rielfa? guess them in your heart.

It turns out that their guess was wrong. Elfa is not the Chef at this hotel.

Where's Elfa and what's he doing here in London? GM Hotel isn't him. The Chief Chef isn't him either? Inner Ethan.

"Sir, you call me?" ask the Chief Chef who is none other than Andre.

"Please sit down, Dre" said Jimmy.

"Sir this is the head Chef of TBF Hotel. Mr. Andre" said Jimmy introduced Andre to Ethan and Jack.

"I'm Ethan CEO of Diamond Corp" Ethan replied firmly.

"There's something I can help sir" asked Andre.

"One more month I'm going to have my Mama's birthday party at this hotel and I want you to prepare European food and Indonesian food" Ethan said.

"Indonesian Food?" ask Andre.

"Yes. Two weeks ago I visited Indonesia and during my time there I ate some Indonesian food and I loved it. I heard that the hotel owner is Indonesian. Surely at this hotel you can serve Indonesian food?" ask Ethan.

"Okay sir, we'll provide. We will arrange the food menu and in one week we will send immediately a list of Indonesian cuisine menu to you. You just have to choose the food menu" replied Andre.

"Okey, then we will survey the food menu directly at this Hotel restaurant. Can you prepare the mainstay menu of this Hotel to us?" ask Ethan.

"May sir, please come to our Hotel Restaurant" said Jimmy.

"Andre's got our hotel's best menu ready" Jimmy ordered.

"Okay sir" replied Andre immediately.

"Let's take Sir to the Hotel Restaurant" Andre asked.

Andre takes Ethan and Jack down to the Hotel Restaurant on the ground floor.

"Please sit down Sir and wait for about twenty minutes we will present our flagship Restaurant menu" said Andre.

Ethan and Jack sit at the table provided by the waiter and the table is a special table for visiting VIPs.

Andre went into the kitchen and entered a special room.

"Elfa there are our customers who ask to be served the mainstay menu of this Hotel Restaurant. Are we willing to present it? Or did Uncle make it?" Andre made an offer.

"I'm just Uncel. I was excited today. I'm sure the menu I'm going to serve this time will be very good. Our guests must be very addicted to eating my cooking" replied Elfa

"good. Then start cooking now because our guests this time are very different. He does not want a long service" said Andre.

"Well, wait fifteen minutes. I'll present my favorite flagship menu" replied Elfa confidently.

"Celine get everything ready. I'll cook for our guest" Elfa ordered.

Celine immediately removed food ingredients from the refrigerator in the form of meat, potatoes and other spices.

Fifteen minutes of Elfa's signature cuisine menu is complete. They presented it to their special Hotel guests today.

"This is Uncle, the dish is ready. Please deliver" said Elfa.

"Well, I'll take him forward" replied Andre.

Andre brought special dishes for Ethan and Jack. He immediately presents it on Ethan's desk.

"Please enjoy the mainstay of our Hotel Restaurant Tuan" said Andre confidently.

"Lancashire Hotspots? This is your flagship menu?" ethan asked mockingly.

"Yes, sir, please taste it first, after that just commented" replied Andre.

Lancashire Hotpot is a traditional cuisine in London. The basic ingredients are made of meat, potatoes and onions. Having a very good taste makes many people love this dish. This dish is often served in winter as a body warming dish.

Ethan begins to eat the dish in front of him. And immediately his face turned more relaxed, not as cold as when he came to this restaurant.
