Fael and Doctor Shyana are ready to go to the Hospital where Doctor Shyana's father is being treated. They drove off in Fael's car. Just as they were about to leave, Elfa's car got into the car garage.

"Where are you going, how are you in such a hurry?" ask Elfa.

Doctor Shyana gets out of the car and approaches Elfa and Ethan who just got out of the car.

"Ethan, Elfa, I'm on leave for a few days. I just got word from my Mom that my Papa is unconscious and has been checked at the hospital. Pearl hearts. This is I'm going there between Fael's" said Doctor Shyana.

"It doesn't matter Doctor Shyana, you take care of your parents. I'll continue therapy with Jack later" Fael replied.

"Yes Doctor Shyana don't think about Ethan. You concentrate just as much on your Papa's health. There's been a flick of going "the order of Elfa.

Doctor Shyana got back in Fael's car.

"I'll go first and take Doctor Shyana to the hospital. Pearl of the Heart" said Fael.

Fael's car immediately rolled towards the RS. Heart Pearls. Arriving at the parking lot of Doctor Shyana Hospital straight out of the car and want to run towards the ER room.

Doctor Shyana realizes that she's here with Fael to be impolite if she has to leave Fael alone. Doctor Shyana finally waits for Fael to get out of the car and together walk to the ER Hospital.

Doctor Shyana saw her Mom crying waiting in front of the ER.

"Mama" Doctor Shyana immediately ran over and hugged her Mama.

"Shyan" his mother replied.

"Where is Papa Ma?" ask Doctor Shyana.

"Papa's still in check. It may be over soon" replied his mother.

Soon a nurse called them.

"Family of Mr. Nugroho" call the nurse.

"Yes Sus" replied Doctor Shyana.

Doctor Shyana and her mother immediately walked to see the doctor who examined her Papa.

"Please enter ma'am" the nurse ordered.

"Thank you" replied Doctor Shyana.

"Good afternoon Doc" said Doctor Shyana.

"You're Mr Nugroho's son?" ask the Doctor

"Yes Doc" replied Doctor Shyana.

Doctor Shyana took a deep breath while chanting a prayer in her heart.

"How my Papa is doing, is there anything to worry about. What is my Papa's disease diagnosis?" ask Doctor Shyana non-stop.

"Well, then you and your Mother can go directly to the administration and then can wait in front of the operating room. We will immediately perform the operation to Mr. Nugroho" said the doctor.

"How is your Papa doing?" ask Fael impatiently.

Doctor Shyana realized that she had just left Fael. He thought Fael went straight home after delivering him to the Hospital but apparently he was still waiting for him in the Hospital ER room.

"Papa got appendicitis and will be in surgery soon. Thank God no one is worried" replied Doctor Shyana.

"Thank God, I'm so grateful that Papa you're okay - why" Fael replied sincerely

"For a while, Fael, I will take care of his administration first" continued Doctor Shyana.

Doctor Shyana immediately signed an agreement to perform surgery on the patient after which she took care of other administrations. After all, Doctor Shyana and her mother waited in front of the operating room.

Fael followed them patiently from behind.

"Shyan, who is he?" ask Doctor Shyana's Mom.

"Oh yes, I forgot. Introduce this Ma Fael his eldest son Mr. Fajar Barrakh where I served" Doctor Shyana told Mama to introduce Fael to his Mama.

Fael reached out his hand and smiled respectfully to Mama Doctor Shyana.

"I'm Rafael Auntie, just call me Fael" Fael said.

"I'm Shyana's Mama. Sorry if my husband's circumstances are interfering with Shyana's work in your home" replied Dr. Shyana's Mother.

Mama Doctor Shyana looked at Fael's face with fascination. Doctor Shyana immediately nudged her Mama's arm to remind her that she could resist her fascination with Fael.

Fael smiled looking at the child and the mother whispered to each other. He couldn't hear what they were talking about.

"Please sit down Nak Fael, if you keep standing you must be tired" said Mama Doctor Shyana.

"Mama don't overdo it with him. Try it out normally. Don't look too much when you're blown away on her face" whispered Doctor Shyana again to her Mama's ear.

Mama Doctor Shyana pinched her daughter's arm.

"aww.. Mama's sick" cried Doctor Shyana. He closed his mouth fearing that his voice would cause a commotion at this Hospital.

"You should be gentle in front of him. Must be sweet and pretty. She is the ideal type of Mama as the dream daughter-in-law" whispered Mama Doctor Shyana.

Aamiin. cried Doctor Shyana inwardly.

"Mama." protested on her lips.

After waiting for some time, Mr. Nugroho's surgery was finally completed and he was transferred to the recovery room. After that Mr. Nugroho was moved to the inpatient room.

Fael faithfully accompanied them waiting for Mr. Nugroho to enter the inpatient room. Mr. Nugroho was taken to the largest room in this Hospital. Doctor Shyana feels strange and suspicious about what happened.

"Why was my Papa brought here?" doctor Shyana asked when she saw the name of the room where her Papa was moved.
