"My offer to build a clinic that you will manage yourself. Are you ready to accept it?" ask Fael.
Doctor Shyana seems to be thinking hard. Then he took a deep breath.
"Sorry Fael, I don't seem to be able to accept it yet. I still need experience managing a clinic. So I decided to work first at the Hospital while looking for experience" replied Doctor Shyana.
Fael smiled gently, although he was disappointed that Doctor Shyana had rejected his offer subtly but that did not discourage Fael. He must find a new strategy in order to continue to meet with Doctor Shyana.
"That means starting tomorrow you are actively working again huh at the Hospital?" ask Fael.
"Yes." replied Doctor Shyana quickly.
"Yes, it's safe to work in a new place" Fael said with a sincere smile.
"Yuk we join the others in front" Fael asked.

Doctor Shyana walks after Fael while carrying some desserts she wants to share with the guests.
"We're very relieved to see Ethan's condition improving here but I'm sorry Mr and Mrs. Our dawn cannot linger long in Indonesia. I had to replace Ethan to take care of the company in London. And at Ethan's request we didn't bring him with us back to London. Ethan prefers to make a recovery in Indonesia only" said Mr. Mohammeds.
"We will be happy to help Ethan live his recovery in Indonesia. You don't have to worry we'll do our best for Ethan" Fajar said.
"Then tonight in front of the entire Barrakh extended family we beg to leave and apologize if during our time in Indonesia our existence makes you all bother and apologize also if there is a long time here our words and actions are wrong. "Opa I delivered a message from Papa. Papa asked Opa to send a message to the Hospital to re-assign Doctor Shyana outside the Hospital in our house. Because Ethan needs a nurse some of this time" Fael said.
"Ethan needs a nurse but you're all looking for a chance" Omar said.

Suddenly Doctor Shyana comes from the direction of his room to make Omar and Ethan stop their conversation.

They shake hands and say goodbye to each other. After that, he got into Fael's car and went to the hospital. Arriving at Doctor Shyana's Hospital, she says goodbye to Fael.

They went down into the Hospital and parted in the loby. Doctor Shyana walked towards her room while Fael walked towards the Hospital Director's room.
An hour later Fael came out of the Hospital area. Meanwhile, Doctor Shyana was heading to the Director's office to report that she had finished her official duties outside the Hospital.
"Good Morning Sir" said Doctor Shyana as she walked into the Director's room.
"Aaaah Doctor Shyana your accuracy came, there is something I want to convey to you" replied the Director of the Hospital.
"I also want to report to Sir that the service outside me is over" said Doctor Shyana.
"Please sit down" the Director ordered.
Doctor Shyana sat on the sofa courteously. The director gave a piece of paper to Doctor Shyana.
"What is this sir?" doctor Shyana asked confusedly.
"Open up and read it" replied the Director.
Doctor Shyana opened the paper and read it. It was a surprise that he read the letter.
