Cassandra Loving

Cassandra Loving
Agree!

Cassandra's knee suddenly went limp.

Usually the father sits down and is taking medicine when he checks in the morning at the same hour. Where'd the papa go?

"Cassandra, Papa's afraid of dying at home. If Papa's condition worsens, Papa will be admitted to the hospital and die there."

"What the hell Pa! I mean, it's ugly. Anyway Papa will be healed. Next year we go to Japan again see sakura like our last vacation before there was no Mama. Yea? Papa's promise has to heal!"

Cassandra swallowed her saliva with great difficulty. He was worried not because.

"Non? Not Sandra?" A voice surprised him.

Cassandra immediately turned her head back and saw Mbak Min was holding the mop handle in a daze.

"Non what's going on here? Mr. again in the same side park Mr. Wir," said Mbak Min with his innocent tone that sounded familiar.

Cassandra breathed a sigh of relief.

Holy hooch! His mind was everywhere. The fear that usually never appeared suddenly became more and more real in his shadow.

But this is just a shadow. What if it becomes a reality? Cassandra felt even more afraid that her papa would leave her forever.

Cassandra immediately set foot into the side garden as mentioned by Mbak Min earlier.

And it's true. The figure that made his heart want to be dislodged just now seemed to be standing a few meters in front of him.

"Why what?" Cassandra said hello when she saw her father was busy observing a wooden board that was being worked on by Mr. Wir. The wooden crate seemed to be opened.

Prambodo looked over and smiled. His old face looked a little wet. Probably because I washed my face this morning.

"This is the guitar that Papa promised. You'd forgotten? Papa asked really not to let the blisters eat rather complicated like this packagingnya." Prambodo pointed towards the box that Mr. Wir was opening.

Cassandra. He stood in place while shaking his waist. Prambodo laughed seeing his daughter's cute expression.

"Can't it come quickly? Papa seriously?" Cassandra still seemed to be in disbelief.

Her father, who hates music and dreams of becoming a singer, now buys her the guitar gift she wanted for a long time. It had never been imagined before in his head. How can?

"Friends Om Alik is not coming home. He extended his vacation there because his wife still wanted to go to NYC. So yaudah his guitar was sent first from America. You know Om Arik a lot of friends. His friend's son was a pilot of an airline plane. It's just flying straight on this guitar with ease." Prambodo listened enthusiastically.

Cassandra is not happy but there is a sad feeling in her heart that she keeps quiet.

Why has the papa changed so drastically? Does her papa really feel like she's going to die from her illness any minute now, so she's doing everything she can to make Cassandra happy in her last moments?

Suddenly he remembered also on a piece of Pras speech the other day. "Suppose this is your father's last day every day, so as thick as it sucks whatever it is to you then swallow it. Not necessarily tomorrow you can still see him."

These words sounded cliche yesterday. Cassandra did not consider Pras to be important. But now he's just thinking...

Does your dad have the same idea about that? He thought every day was his last, so he did whatever it took to make him happy.

Cassandra, who was trying to denial the sentence the rest of her father's life since the beginning, suddenly began to become more aware. Yes, it's possible that the doctor was right with his advanced diagnosis.

Cassandra was suddenly scared. Fear of being alone in this world. His family is just his mom and dad.

Her mother left a few years ago after the accident. And papa...

Cassandra, who was previously stone-hearted, suddenly cried when her father handed her the guitar, which was finally finished being dismantled from the box, to her.

"Cassandra's? You're so happy to cry, aren't you? Yes, Papa will buy you a musical instrument or whatever you want from now on. You're..."

Brak!

Nothing is more important than his father now. And Cassandra hugged her papa tightly until Prambodo froze in place in confusion.

"What's wrong with you, honey?" Prambodo said softly while hugging his crying daughter.

For the first time in his life, Prambodo just felt that Cassandra was so loving herself through this hug and cry.

Oh, what a missed time because of the busyness and career ambitions made him miss the childhood and adolescence of Cassandra that he should have been a part of. The emotional closeness was like nothing before. But now he finally felt it.

Oh, is this how it feels to be loved by her biological daughter?

Prambodo held back his tears. He who was worried about how to take care of Cassandra without his wife was suddenly convinced that her daughter was actually very mature and understanding.

Yes, Cassandra only needs to be realized if not everyone she loves can win it forever. There are ages, diseases, death, accidents, misfortunes, and many more ways for the universe to change one's fate.

"Cassandra Papa's darling. Thankyou for everything..."

And Prambodo could no longer hold back his tears.

Pras waited anxiously in Prambodo's study. Her father had just sat next to her but immediately left after someone called to take care of a job.

Pras received a message from Cassandra's father to meet her at 10 a.m. But it's been 15 minutes and the man hasn't come yet.

Pras began to worry because he knew his work partner and papa's best friend was a very timely person.

Yigg!

Prambodo opened the door with a face of sumringah.

Finally what Pras was waiting for had arrived.

"We don't have to use our previous plans, Pras. I told you my request to hasten the marriage and Cassandra agreed immediately" Prambodo said before she even sat in her chair.

Pras who was busy waiting with anxious hopes suddenly confused what to respond. Should it be worth it? Should fear? Should he be nervous?

"Stop! Cassandra's out there. It ran out of the toilet. Come here any minute. He said he'd talk to you." Prambodo added again after cutting Pras who was just about to open his mouth.

Yigg!

The door opened again and Cassandra came in. He was wearing jeans and a plain oversize black t-shirt. Her hair was stroked and she wore a pretty flower-hat bucket. White sneakers beautify every step.

Her appearance was cute and simple but she still looked like an expensive girl that was hard to get. This is called aura.

"Hi" said Cassandra slowly as she watched Pras stand up to greet her.

Pras smiled to coincide with a knock on the door. Prambodo turned to the door and exclaimed softly, "Oh, I forgot there was an appointment with Mayasa as well."

Pras froze in place. His smile suddenly disappeared. Mayasa...

Yigg!

Prambodo opened the door and entered Mayasa with a pile of maps in hand.

"Sir, this is yesterday's document..."

Then the 37-year-old woman's words came to a halt as soon as she saw Cassandra and Pras standing side by side.
