Akbar raised Maxwell's small body, ran and entered the car. Not caring about anything else, the only thing he was thinking about right now was taking Maxwell to the hospital. His car drove at a fast speed overtaking all the cars in front of him. He honked repeatedly, and continued to pray in his heart so that Maxwell could survive.

Meanwhile, Rania and her mother try to catch Akbar's car from a distance. Rania was driving with tear-filled cheeks. His mind was chaotic but still trying to focus on his drive. Her mother, who was sitting next to her, tried to calm her down and reassured Rania that Maxwell would be fine.

Akbar's car enters the hospital, with Akbar hastily exiting the car, holding Maxwell and running into the hospital. The nurse who saw him approached.

"Please Sister, my son accidentally ate strawberries, he's allergic to strawberries".

"Please get in this direction". The nurse led and took Akbar to the ward. They laid Maxwell down, then politely asked Akbar to wait outside. Not long after, the doctor came and entered the room.

Akbar waited outside while occasionally peering into the room. He did not stop praying for Maxwell's safety. After a while he remembered Mila, he called his wife and told her that Maxwell was in the hospital. Mila who received the news instantly sounded panicked, and said that she would soon catch up with Akbar.

Twenty minutes passed, but the doctors and nurses had not yet left the room. This made Akbar even more anxious. Sitting, standing, peering into the room, he did it over and over again. Akbar sat back in the waiting chair and lowered his head, he was really afraid that something bad would happen to Maxwell.

"Akbar, how's Maxwell doing?". Rania was suddenly in front of him. The woman stood in front of him with her mother. His eyes were visible because that meant he was crying earlier. Akbar raised his face and immediately gave a look full of anger. Akbar stood up and directly pulled Rania's arm roughly.

"What do you want here?. Not satisfied to make Maxwell like this". With reddened eyes Akbar pressed down on Rania's arm until the girl whimpered in pain. Mama Rania tries to help Rania to release Akbar's hand, but in vain because Akbar holds it firmly.

"Take off Akbar, you can't hurt Rania". Jerky Mama Rania.

And at the same time Mila also came, seeing Akbar from a distance made him immediately run to him. Akbar still clasped Rania's arm, while the girl continued to moan in pain.

"Akbar, where's Maxwell? ". Tegur Mila so up. He noticed Akbar's reddened face held back the anger, while his hand clasped Rania's arm firmly. "Akbar, what is this?. Release Rania". Mila. "Where's Maxwell, Akbar?. Is she okay ?". Mila's eyes began to glaze over. He peeked at the room behind him, and there the doctor was still busy handling it.

"After this do not expect you to meet Maxwell, and if something happens to him, you will know for yourself the consequences". Pouring all his anger at Rania, then threw the woman's hand violently, then turned to pull Mila's hand and invite her to sit down.

"How's Maxwell doing?". Mila said after sitting next to Akbar.

"Not yet, the doctor's still handling it".

"Maxwell's gonna be okay, right?". Worry was clearly visible on his face. Mila looked at Akbar, waiting for an answer from the man's mouth with teary eyes.

"Maxwell will be fine, believe me, he's a strong boy". Akbar replied trying to convince Mila while convincing his heart as well. He grabbed Mila by the shoulder, and leaned his wife's head against her shoulder. Mila was frightened and started to imagine the bad possibility that would happen to the child. Now that she could no longer hold back her tears, her cheeks began to get wet from her cries. Akbar let out his breath heavily, while gently rubbing Mila's back. He knew the girl was really worried, maybe even more worried than he was.

Meanwhile, Rania did not fight back in the slightest over Akbar's words towards her, she could only bow with increasingly heavy tears. He realized his stupidity, he just wanted Maxwell to stop crying without even understanding the child's will. Giving his son strawberry-flavored ice cream to stay still, but he had already known that Maxwell was allergic to the fruit, even just by eating a little can endanger the child's life. But he completely forgot about it, because all he had in mind at that time was how to silence Maxwell. Now that everything had happened, time could not be rotated anymore, Rania cried regretting her actions.

The doctor and several nurses came out of Maxwell's room. Akbar and Mila immediately moved from her seat.

"Where is my son Doctor?".

The doctor walks away from them, after which Akbar and Mila enter Maxwell's room followed by Rania and Mama. There Maxwell appeared to be lying weak. His face was still flushed just like when Akbar had brought him earlier. Rania wanted to approach her like Mila and Akbar who were now beside the child. But he did not have the courage to step his foot. He felt guilty and sinful, he made Maxwell like this. Rania couldn't see Maxwell, so she ran out of the room.

Seeing her daughter running out, Mama Rania followed her, and found Rania who was now sitting in the waiting chair with regretful tears.

"Rania". His mother approached and sat down beside him. Rania turned her head and immediately hugged her mother, crying and pouring all her sadness on the woman's shoulder.

"I'm a useless mother". His words were interrupted by his sobs. The woman, who is now 50 years old, did not give him any more comments. He just gently stroked his daughter's back. He knows that Rania is currently very depressed and just needs calm. Just like Rania, she felt sorry for what happened to her granddaughter, and seeing Rania like this made her even more sad.

Rania and her mother were still sitting in front of Maxwell's room when Akbar's parents arrived. The couple hurried to the room where their grandson was. Rania stood up when the two former in-laws arrived, she wanted to greet the two, but seeing their gazes, Rania paused her intentions. Looks like both parents already know the cause of Maxwell in this hospital. Rania simply lowered her head until the two of them entered Maxwell's room.

Rania sat back in her place, while her mother peeked into the depths of the room and found Maxwell dead.

Rania is stunned and realizes that Maxwell only needs Akbar and Mila, his son is happy with them. Maxwell doesn't need it there anymore.

Rania took her hand off the doorknob and turned around to leave the room. Her clueless mother immediately chased after and held her back.

"What's Rania doing, why don't you come in?".

"Ma, Maxwell doesn't need me anymore, my presence there will only make things worse". Lirih.

"You're his mother, and you deserve to be there".

The more days Maxwell's condition is getting better. The rash on his face had disappeared. Akbar and Mila took turns to look after him, and if Akbar's night always stayed there. Nayra and Nando also come to visit Maxwell. Nayra hugged and kissed Maxwell's cheeks in a fit of anxiety that upset the child and ended up crying. Mila, who was always beside Maxwell, immediately distanced Nayra's body from the child. In addition to them, Mother Rita also came to visit Maxwell. As soon as Mona gave her the news, she headed straight for the city and went to the hospital where Maxwell was being treated. Though Mila has said that Maxwell's condition has improved and will soon return home, but still he insisted and came to the hospital.

Now that Maxwell's condition has recovered, the doctor has also given him permission to return home. That day while waiting for Akbar to come pick them up, Mila packed Maxwell's stuff into a bag, while the boy played himself on his bed. He played with the toy Nayra had brought some time ago. On the sidelines of Mila's busy packing Maxwell's goods, he accidentally saw Rania peeking at them from outside. Mila stopped her activity and walked towards the door, and Rania who noticed it immediately ran away from the room, but it was too late because Mila quickly held it back.

"Rania....". Mila shouted at Rania who was a few steps ahead of her.

Rania stopped, now that she had been caught off guard, Mila had already seen her. Rania closed her eyes, cursing at her unlucky self for being discovered by Mila, even though she had never been found out in recent days. Well, Rania always comes to this hospital and sneaks a peek in Maxwell's room. He always came to see Maxwell firsthand. Rania turned around and slowly looked at Mila.

"You don't have to worry, I'm not here to take Maxwell. I just want to see it, that's all". Rania said, she did not want her presence to make Mila misunderstand.

Mila smiled and walked over to him. Mila grabbed her hand and pulled it. But Rania quickly let go of her hand.

"Say to see Maxwell, let's go inside, Maxwell's gonna want to see his Mommy". Rania was stunned, not believing what she had just heard. Why is Mila still being nice to him, even though he has insulted this woman. And Mila still called her Maxwell's Mommy, even though she herself felt she no longer deserved to be called Mother. "Rania, come on, don't you miss her?. Trust me Maxwell misses you too". Gets Rania's hand again, and now she complies and follows Mila into Maxwell's room.

Rania looked at Maxwell who was sitting while playing his toy, she walked slowly closer to Maxwell. The boy looked at her and smiled at her.

"Mommy". Maxwell. Hearing that Rania immediately ran her basket, hugged the tiny body and kissed it. Rania cried with tears in both corners of her eyes. She was happy because Maxwell still called her Mommy.

"I'm sorry dear Mommy, forgive Mommy". Repeatedly. Smell at Maxwell's head, while the boy just silently doesn't understand.

"Why is Mommy crying?". Maxwell said after Rania took off her arms.

"Mommy's happy that Maxwell's healthy". Rania answered while wiping her tears.

"When it's good why are you crying?".

"Max, Mommy you're crying happily, not crying out of sadness". Mila chimed in on their conversation.

"Daddy said that laughing means happy, and crying means sad". Maxwell answered with his supple. Spontaneous Mila and Rania laughed.

"Daddy you're smart". Reply Mila. They laughed again, and Maxwell laughed as well.

Realizing that Akbar is coming soon, Rania said goodbye, she did not want to meet Akbar. He has not had the courage to look at the man, and for now he chose to dodge even though Mila had said she would help him later to explain the purpose of Rania coming. But Rania still refused, and chose to go home soon. Mila drove him to the front door.

"Rania, whenever you want to meet Maxwell, I'll always open the door for you".

"Thank you Mila, and I'm sorry that I insulted you that time". Rania lowered her head remembering the words she had said back then. "Mila, what I said at the time was not true, quite the contrary, you are the right Mother for Maxwell, I envy your closeness, she said, how can Maxwell who just knew you get that close to him, I'm afraid of losing him, I'm afraid he will forget me, so I acted foolishly trying to take it from you, I was selfish, I was selfish, I did it for myself without thinking about Maxwell's feelings". His eyes glazed over, looking sincerity in every sentence.

Mila embraced and rubbed her back gently.

"I've forgiven you Rania, I understand your feelings, and one thing you need to know, then, now and so on you're still Maxwell's mother, you gave birth to her, and whenever he's your son". Mila said firmly. Rania came back crying, moved by Mila's sincere words.

"Tomorrow I will return to America, I leave Maxwell to you and Akbar, please take care and love him Mila".

"Rania, are you sure you're going back to America ?". Rania nodded slowly while wiping her tears.

"Okay, if you have children of your own, please keep loving Maxwell as much as you love your own child, I believe in you Mila, and I'm sure Maxwell will also be happier with you". Rania hugged Mila then turned around and walked away leaving her with a cry. His tears grew, he walked with stiff steps.

"Rania.... ". Mila stopped Rania's steps and ran after her. "Rania, I promise Maxwell will never forget you, I will always tell her about you, and someday if she wants to go with you, then I'll take it off and brand it with you".

"Thank you Mila, I'm saying goodbye". And then continue his steps.
