Akbar's Confession

"Mila. Maxwell's not really my son"

"Huh? in an instant you didn't acknowledge your child" with a cynical look.

"I look after him like my own son, but he's not my son" he said, trying to convince Mila.

"Maxwell is Dika's sister's son, and Rania is her fiance"

"No way" still can't believe it. "Then why did you marry your own brother's fiancee ?" Mila began to raise her voice.

"Karna.karna Kak Dika can no longer marry her" Akbar replied with eyes moist.

"Accbar! please speak clearly, I don't understand what you mean"

"Silver Dika died in a plane crash he was traveling on when he was going back to this country"

"What ?" Mila was astonished by the reality that she had just heard, her chest felt tight until she was difficult to breathe. Seen by Akbar's teary eyes, there was not the slightest lie there. "What exactly happened?" he said and softened his voice.

"Do you want to know?". Looked at Mila deeply. Mila nodded her head. "Alright, I'll tell you" Started to catch my breath. "I didn't want you to know this, but now there's no point in being covered up". Mila listened to him well.

That night, after returning home to take Mila, with a flowery heart, Akbar entered his house. He even whistled happily, as his mood was indeed happy again.

Akbar walked up the stairs to his room which was on the second floor, but only arrived at the second step, he came back down because he heard the sound of crying from the family room. Akbar walked to find the origin of the sound and found his mother crying in her Papa's arms. Akbar approached, and saw the television footage of the plane crash.

"Pa, what happened ? Why is Mom crying?" ask Akbar to panic.

"Akbar, your brother, he...." His father cried and could not continue his words.

"What's the matter Pa? Why are you crying too?" getting panicked. "Why Brother? What's wrong with her? He's going home, isn't he Pa?" yelling, Akbar started to worry and felt something was amiss.

"The plane that was supposed to land tonight is rumored to have crashed, it's the plane that your brother was riding on Akbar, he was on that plane" her mother replied in hysterics.

"There's no way Ma, there must be something wrong, there's no way Big Brother was on that plane" he argued, dismissing the fact. Akbar is not so close to his brother, but he still loves him.

"I'll check into the airport" he continued and rushed straight to the airport.

Once in the airport Akbar checked the passenger list of the plane, and it turned out to be true, Dika was one of the passengers of the plane.

The plane exploded and crashed into the sea, and all passengers were declared dead. The team has been searching for the bodies of the victims, but the bodies of Dika and several other passengers have not been found.

It was three days after the incident, but Dika's body has not been found. During that time, Akbar went back and forth to the hospital to see directly every body found. Akbar's family is still trying and asks the officer to keep looking for him.

That morning, the Akbar family had a guest. Rania came with her parents. Rania is not a stranger to them because she is Dika's boyfriend, Rania's parents are also one of Akbar's family business partners, and in fact they are engaged and planning to get married soon. Dika and Rania both went to school in America.

Rania looks very moody, of course, after all who is not sad to be abandoned forever by the lover. Their arrival that morning, not just condolences, but there is something important to be discussed.

"We know that you are certainly still mourning Dika's departure" Papa Rania said. "However, there's one thing you should know, it's related to our son Rania" he continued.

"Yes, I understand, but our daughter Rania is pregnant with her child Dika" continued Papa Rania.

"What?" he answered in surprise.

"I'm sorry, but I just found out about this, Rania just arrived from America yesterday afternoon, and she just told me about it last night". All speechless, as well as Rania, the girl just lowered her head.

"Then how should we?" this time it was Papa Akbar who spoke. They look very frustrated.

"I'm going to drop this" Rania said.

"I don't want to give birth to a baby without a father" Rania complained and began to cry.

Rania's pregnancy has entered the sixth month, it is no longer possible to abort her, besides endangering her life, both parents Akbar and Rania also do not want to kill their grandchildren. Until finally came the idea of the Papa Rania.

"How about Akbar who married Rania ?" that idea sounds crazy, but it looks like it's the only way they've got.

Hearing the idea, of course Akbar and Rania refused firmly. But their parents insisted and made a deal that they would soon marry.

Akbar was very angry, he expressed his desire not to marry Rania, but Papa Akbar scolded him and said he was selfish and locked him in a room and confiscated all his belongings including his personal HP.

The next day, Akbar intends to run away and invite Mila to come with him. But his mother knew his intentions.

"Mama, please Akbar, I don't want to marry Rania, Akbar already has Mila and will only marry her" Akbar said when his mother caught him running away.

"Akbar, Mama also does not want to do this, but try to imagine how the fate of the child will be if born without a father" said Mama tried to calm him. "Didn't you go to Mila's place often ? How are the kids there? Are they happy without their parents?" his mother said, as soon as the shadow of the orphanage child appeared in his mind. He recalled how he first met Mona, the child crying in the streets and not wanting to go to school because he was often ridiculed as having no family, and Mila, who was not in school, the girl he loved was also often bullied because of it.

"Mama won't forbid you to leave, but ask your heart, would you abandon that child ? That kid is our family, he's your brother's son" Mama said trying to get him to understand. "And Mila, do you think she'd want to just walk away with you ? If she finds out about this, Mama is sure she'll stay away from you and tell you to marry Rania, Mila will agree with Mama"

Akbar fell silent, and began to digest what his mother had said, but no matter how hard he tried to accept it, his heart still refused if he had to leave Mila.

In such a dilemma, they suddenly get the news that Rania is hospitalized for trying to kill herself, lucky Mama quickly finds out and immediately takes her to the hospital. Rania can be helped and the baby is fine.

As soon as Rania regained consciousness, she continued to cry and said she wanted to die, seeing that, Akbar's heart began to waver and approve of the marriage. Akbar calms Rania down and says that he will marry Rania and will be a father to his son. He also promised to take good care of her. And they eventually married.

"Why aren't you being honest with me?" he said on his sobs.

"If I tell you, will you run away with me, or will you support marrying Rania ?" akbar asked as he looked at Mila's eyes without blinking.

Mila could not answer, her tears were getting louder, now she knew Akbar's life was not what she had imagined.

"I don't want you to cry because you have to let me go with someone else, I don't want you to be sad because you know what I'm going through, rather than seeing you cry like that, I'd rather you hate me" Akbar said solemnly. "Sorry Mila, because in the end I still make you cry" he continued with guilt.

Mila could no longer hear it, she hugged Akbar just like that and shed all her tears.

"Mila, forgive me" Akbar said as he returned Mila's embrace and tightened it.

After a while, Mila's cries began to recede, she lifted her body, then drained her tears.

"I'm sorry I accidentally hugged you" Mila said, wiping her tears.

"It's okay" Akbar replied.

"It's okay, what? You're the husband of people, I shouldn't have hugged you like before, so whatever now you're still Rania's husband" she continued and began to distance her body.

Akbar looked at her then pulled her back towards him.

"Akbar don't be like this" said Mila.
