All things were silent without a word. There's nothing to say either. People are still in deep sadness. Although there is no sobbing, but it is clearly visible in the face of each.
Rita and Dito after Arjun's death they clearly have no children anymore. And the only heir is dead. Before they go back to Bandung, they want to see Kevin. A person who has received body parts from his son.
Even though it was noon, Kevin had not yet awakened. The couple slowly entered Kevin's room.
"Pa, that's the guy!" rita pointed at Kevin.
Dito nodded slowly, "Yes Ma,"
Rita opened her lips again, "His face is also handsome, not inferior to our son. Alula chose him. He's a lucky man, maybe this is why our son chose him."
Dito rubbed his shoulders and muttered softly, "Here you go, this has become a divine message." Dito is a patient and responsible man. As much as possible, he accepted this reality. But, who would be willing to see the wife constantly grieving.
Slowly Kevin opened his eyes, waking up to hear the sound of the two of them slipping.
"Eum, who are you?" asked Kevin after being fully conscious.
Rita and Dito looked at each other. They could have asked Arjun for his heart, but it sounded like a criminal. Arjun was already efficacious so this was of no use anymore if asking for something already given.
Rita cleared her throat, neutralizing her throat that felt hoarse.
"I'm Rita and this is my husband Dito, we're none of you. Forgive us for our boldness that entered your room and interrupted your rest. Looks like we got the wrong room."
Dito gestured to leave immediately, Rita and Dito turned around but Kevin held them back.
"There's no way you guys got the wrong room. Who are you guys, actually?" kevin's question made them turn around.
Dito and Rita are under no obligation to tell the heart of who Kevin is currently using. To avoid that, Dito lied. "We're looking for someone to adopt into our child. We thought this was a kids room. It wasn't."
"My son just died and his grave is still wet. I lost my son so much." added Rita who held back the tightness.
Kevin smiled wryly and felt a bit of empathy for them, "Oh, I hope you guys find the kid's room soon!"
Rita nodded, "Thank you, hope you get well soon too!"
Kevin nodded with a nod.
Rita and Dito leave Jakarta soon.

Alula is ready to release Arjun forever. She opened her mirror and saw her reflection in front of the mirror. Polishing her face so as not to look pale when meeting her husband later. However, the memories of each day with Arjun are still very attached to make Alula shed tears again.
"Arjun, I'm sorry ...!"
Alula took a long breath and threw it away slowly. "I must leave immediately before Kevin becomes suspicious" he said, polishing his face again.
An hour later, Alula was preparing to meet her husband.
Santi and Satria first visit Kevin.
"Kevin, are you conscious?" Santi stroked her son's hair lovingly.
"Thank God, you're sober!" exclamation Satria.
"Yes, Pa, Ma, oh yeah, the nurse said Alula's brother died, who?" ask Kevin who made Santi and Satria look at each other.
Santi gave a smile, "Oh, we heard from his father, just a distant brother, not important as well, already, you don't think about that!"
Santi Ketar-ketir also wants to answer.
Not long after, Alula opens the door and finds her two in-laws looking after Kevin.
"Pa, Ma, I'm sorry I came late."
Santi grew increasingly anxious to see the pale look of his daughter-in-law.
"Yes, it's okay!"
"Ma, Alula has come, we're looking for a yuk!" invite Satria who wants to give a chance alone to her son.
"Alula, have you eaten?"
Alula shakes.
Alula nodded again.
Santi and Satria are gone.
Alula approached her husband.
"What are your brothers sick?" kevin looked at his wife's grief.
Alula widened her eyes in shock, which brother was her husband referring to. He has no other brother besides Vivi.
"Brother?" Alula repeated Kevin's question while thinking.
"Yes, the nurse said your brother died."
Alula just understood, the nurse deliberately lied to fool her husband. "Oh, that's, yes, right,"
Lula made up a story about the brothers, and Kevin listened without asking much more.
"Who really donated my heart?"
Kevin's question is very easy to answer, but it's very difficult and requires a strong mentality.
"I don't know." said Lula briefly and in reply he looked away.
However Kevin will slowly know his heart donor but he does not have to now know the truth. Even though the truth is a right for him. Alula and everyone will keep this secret as much as possible.
Kevin also told me about a couple who had just walked into his room. "They wanted to adopt a child, but went in the wrong room."
Alula was not surprised and responded accordingly.
"They said her son died in an accident and just came home from the tomb" added Kevin who made Alula relax. How not, the story was similar to the circumstances he was going through.
"Who are they?"
"Name, Rita and Dito."
And sure enough, Alula was sitting down.
Kevin rubbed Lula's shoulder and asked, "You're okay right? Do you know them?"
Alula immediately got rid of the tightness that would result in her crying. She cannot cry in front of her husband.
"Back,"
"Why are you so surprised?"
"Maybe I'm too tired."
"That's right. You just got home from the tomb. You better take a break."
Alula nodded and felt relieved, as her husband was unsuspecting.
What happened to Rita and her husband seeing Kevin? Are they asking for damages? As soon as the doctor arrived, Lula immediately dismissed the negative prejudice.
Kevin is in another hospital, outside the power of Shodiq's doctor. The new doctor who handles this Kevin is a friend of Arjun, named Doctor Afif.
The single doctor checked Kevin's condition. Kevin is said to be able to go home tomorrow morning. Of course this makes him very happy, in addition to being able to breathe fresh air he can better control Alula.
His smile was meaningful and only he knew, "Thank you Doctor!"
Doctor Afif had just turned towards the exit, Kevin's voice making him turn towards her.
"Yes,"
"May I ask?"
"Please?"
"Do doctors know who my heart donor is?"
Doctor Afif looks flat on hearing the question, but it's different from Alula's reaction.
