Buih Becomes a Tapestry

Buih Becomes a Tapestry
Chapter 62

The morning after breakfast, Vivi and Nabil pick up Gibran at the hospital. Maria had told them that the one who helped them was Nabil, her friend Vivi. Nabil covers all hospital and medical expenses. This is all based on a sense of solidarity nothing more.

"Good morning Om!" greet Nabil with courtesy.

Seeing his polite attitude made Gibran immediately like him and intended to match him with Vivi. Gibran curled a smile, "Morning, Nabil!"

"How is Om Gibran doing now?"

"good. Thank you for the help from Nabil. I can't repay all your kindness."

"The most important thing is your health. That business can be thought of next time. How, you ready to go home?"

Gibran lowered his head feeling ashamed of this. Maria has been busy packing and is now standing next to the bed. Entertaining and preparing a wheelchair.

Suddenly Nabil's phone rang, he asked permission to pick up his phone. Then he went outside the room.

After Nabil was unseen, Gibran who was already in a wheelchair patted Vivi on the shoulder.

Vivi who was busy fixing her papa clothes stopped and turned her head.

"Vi, does she seem like she's a good fit for you?" goda Gibran's.

Actually Vivi knew who her papa meant, "Who?" then Vivi stood up.

"Nabil, you're dating him, rather than Andho, you've been abandoned after knowing our family fell."

Vivi sighed, looking annoyed and red, "I can take care of my own love affairs and Papa doesn't have to interfere!"

Maria breaks up the two who are in a feud, "Have Pa, let Vivi choose her own partner. Better Papa think of Papa's health."

Actually Vivi did not want to quarrel with her father who was sick. Because he felt trapped so he defended himself.

Nabil comes in and makes Vivi keep her attitude.

"How are you, ready?"

"It's over!" Maria pushed the wheelchair.

Seeing that Nabil took the initiative to replace Maria, "Let me alone Auntie who pushed him,"

Maria took off her hand, "Well if you ask!"

They all got out of the hospital to Nabil's car. Although Nabil's car is not as good as Gibran's, but at least he felt overwhelmed to have gotten this much help. Gibran said many words of gratitude to make Nabil feel bad.

On the other hand, Alula was busy in the kitchen. She was cooking her husband's favorite, rendang cuisine. There was a bit of meat in the fridge so he cooked it. He also made milk for himself. When she was going to make coffee, her husband came into the kitchen and hugged her from behind.

"Mas Kevin, you surprised me!" strangled Alula while touching the back of her husband's hand. Kevin took off his hand while grinning.

"What are you cooking, honey?" Kevin did not give up, he hugged his wife again. Swiping his flat stomach.

"Dripping. Look out, Mom, the water is boiling! I'm gonna make you some coffee."

Hearing that Alula asked, "Why? You're not a coffee lover,"

"Yes, that was before. Not anymore."

Alula did not feel suspicious and immediately turned down the fire and turned off the stove.

"All right! Come on, let's have breakfast! We're hungry." Alula rubbed her stomach pointing out that it was not only her who was hungry, her fetus as well.

Kevin gave a smile, and immediately went to the dining table. They both had breakfast together.

This morning Kevin seemed to be in a hurry to come to the office. He remembered his medicine was in his desk drawer. Upon arriving in his room, he immediately took his medicine. His condition began to improve even though there was still a little pain in the chest.

He came back to work with his work piling up. Open the laptop and start typing. Entering existing data.

It did not feel late in the afternoon and he immediately went home earlier than usual hours. Not forgetting he brought the medicine. Put it in his suit pocket.

Arriving at home. He's taking a shower soon. Alula, who had just returned from the kitchen, found her husband's coat lying on the floor. Maybe it fell when Kevin hung it on the wall.

Alula picked up the suit. While holding it he felt there was a rough object in the pocket of the suit. It can't be a cell phone, because it's just a fist. In a hurry, Alula reached out and found that the rough object was a medicine wrapped in plastic.

Alula looked at the medicine stick, "Kevin's saving the medicine, what's this medicine?"

Instantly, Kevin finished bathing and caught Alula finding her medicine. Kevin's eyes are perfectly rounded. "Allie!"

Alula turned her head while still carrying the medicine. His curiosity rose, "This is yours?"

Kevin drunk. There was no way he could tell her about her illness. Lula is pregnant. He did not want to ruin his mood.

"L-yes, the medicine is mine." he stuttered.

"I'm taking this medicine. You sick?" ask Alula.

"No. I'm healthy. It's just a regular remedy for vitamin enhancers. Would you like to try it. You'll be hooked in bed."

Hearing that Alula felt embarrassed and gave the medicine to the one who had. "Take it. I've got my own medicine for pregnant women."

Kevin was relieved because his alibi was strong. It must be extra careful if you want to drink it.

Alula carried the suit with her husband's dirty clothes behind her.

After dinner Kevin took his medicine.

"Mas, if the vitamins during the drink are very much! Weird." Alula saw her husband swallow three drugs at once with a mouthful of water.

Kevin was stunned to hear his wife's words.

"This ...."
