12. Hypothermia and Loss

Narendra had just arrived and was about to park his bike in its original place. Then he looked strangely at the XII-class building which was located not far from the parking lot.

Narendra could see clearly that there was a young man who was running down the steps of the 2nd floor to go down to the 1st floor. Soon she gets close to it and finds Yohan with a school bag in her hand and her face panicked.

“Where are you, brother? Stupid you?” guru Narendra who is now right in front of Yohan.

The one being asked became increasingly panicked and upset. “Couple your head triangle?! This is not my school bag,” he replied.

“Keep if you don't have Brother Yohan, who has dong? Where do you help, sister?” ask Narendra again with his silly face.

“Lu say it once again, I actually kicked you, Narendra!” Reply Yohan with a swing to kick Narendra in front of him.

The fearful Narendra could only smile silly and ask for mercy. “Hehe, geez, Brother. Taekwondo children emang can not be invited to joke yes.” said Narendra who swallowed at the end.

“Oath, Na! This is no time for jokes. This is urgent again. He left with me, but when I went to the toilet in the first break and went back to class, he didn't exist!” Yohan gave a frantic shriek that made Narendra close her ears next door. Unfortunately, Yohan was screaming right next to her ear.

“Before a while, you mean how is that? Missing that?” narendra asked trying to digest Yohan's words.

The one asked nodded in doubt, “his power is gone. But you don't know either. I just met Eric and he suggested I try to check his school bag Marka,” reply while showing the bag in his hand.

“Continue checking? Something suspicious?” ask Narendra again. Now his hand was stretched out to take the bag that Yohan was holding and examine it as well.

“Ga something is too suspicious, other than this.” Yohan reached into the pocket of his shirt and pulled out a paper folded into small.

Narendra turns to the paper and snatches it from Yohan's hands. He read it at a glance and felt quite astonished.

“This paper is just as rich as the one I met at the police station and it was all from the 2 victims yesterday. I have to tell this to Eric.” Said Narendra who was about to leave there with Yohan.

But, suddenly their steps stopped when they found Arashya and Jevan who stepped foot in the class XII building, precisely in the corridor of the 1st floor where Narendra and Yohan were.

Seeing that, Narendra reflex yells to both of them and makes Yohan have to cover her ears because the pengang hears Narendra's shrill voice.

“Jevan! Arashya! Here you two!” narendra shouted while waving his hand.

The two people who were called his name immediately walked closer to Arab Yohan and Narendra with facial expressions that could not be defined directly.

“Lu both why? Pale it looks like,” said Yohan who looked strangely at the two children who had just arrived.

“Gue same Jevan has done the plan Eric and we want to report to him,” reply Arashya asia possessed by Yohan and Narendra.

“Keep you why come here Eric?” ask Yohan confused.

“That's exactly it, Brother. We've been around all the buildings here but haven't found Eric. My gut feeling is not good about him,” Jevan replied while looking down and worried about his twin.

Narendra patted Jevan's shoulder slowly over and over again to calm him down. “Quiet, Jev. We will definitely meet Eric soon,” he said, replying to a flagging nod from Jevan Devandra.

“We have to find Eric first, after that find Marka!” Take Yohan to the three young men. But they instead looked at Yohan with an indecipherable look.

Yohan sighed and rubbed her face rough. “Marka is missing too and I found a fold of paper in his backpack according to Eric's advice who told me to check out his school bag,” is clear Yohan while pointing at the bag and paper that is already in Narendra's hands.

“Said Narendra, the contents of the paper in Marka's bag and the one he got at the police station were the same, so now we have to find Eric,”.

Arashya tilted her head asking, “lu know where Eric is, Brother?”

Yohan nodded, “last he said if you want to find Harris and I saw Harris had entered the pool area. You on haven't checked in there, have you?” ask him on 2 children who look dazed and they shook their heads.

Now they were at the entrance to the swimming pool. The atmosphere is very quiet there. Usually the place will be crowded when there are swimming subjects or extracurricular swimming.

They looked around in confusion and wondered. Until finally Jevan's bad feeling strengthened. Without further ado, Jevan immediately kicked at the entrance and they all entered brutally.

They are all more confused when stepping into the pool area. Very quiet. There's no one there.

“Lu sure that Eric was here, Brother?” jevan asked looking at Yohan with his own eyes.

Yohan stared at Jevan iba, “seriously, Van. I saw Harris here myself and I told Eric that. I'm sure that Eric must be here to nyamperin him,” reply while circulating the view.

Jevan ruffled his hair in frustration. “If he had been here, right? But where is the evidence?! Eric ain't here, brother!” jevan rambled by raising his tone and making the other three look at him in horror.

“Sabar, Jev. I'm sure Eric will see you soon.” Narendra's words were calming. He walked around the pool and found a small glass bottle lying in one corner of the room.

Feeling strange about his discovery, Narendra approached and immediately took it. He stared at the small bottle intensely. When he turned the glass bottle around, he could clearly see that it was his. There is an initials ‘NN’ which means abbreviation of Narendra Nasution.

“Gue nemu this!” Excited Narendra while lifting up the height of the object he found, “ini glass bottle got me. It is an anesthetic that I created which can make people numb and paralyzed for 6 hours. How can it be here, huh? The feeling of that time was still in the lab because I forgot to go into the bag again one,” said Narendra who made Arashya get closer to him.

The young man noticed the glass bottle and snapped his finger. “Gue is sure that your anesthetist already has someone to use. This anesthetic was probably stolen from the lab and just used.” Said Arashya who made everything widen her eyes in surprise.

“Gue hope that dope is not used to Eric, anyway. The pain is beyond can be because,” muttered Narendra slowly but still can be heard Arashya.

Arashya who was staring at the floor by the pool, found a watch lying down and picked it up. He showed it to Jevan.

“Jev, you know this watch? I don't think it's foreign in my eyes.”

After Arashya said, Jevan who had lowered his head because he felt desperate looked up. His eyes sparkled and quickly his hand grabbed the watch and hugged it.

“This watch has Eric! Means he's still here!” he was excited and got up from his seat.

Yohan who noticed the water inside the pool felt something strange and patted Jevan's arm standing next to her.

“Lu see it!” Yohan panicked, “gue reckon Eric drowned, because the water was frothy!”

Jevan who realized it immediately panicked. She faintly saw her twin sister's blonde hair in the water. He immediately passes Eric's watch to Arashya and without a second thought he goes straight into the water to save his sister.

“ERIC!!”

Some time later, Jevan finally appears with Eric fainting in his cradle. Narendra, Arashya, and Yohan help to lay Eric by the poolside. Narendra swiftly checked Eric's pulse, and thankfully found it.

“The pulse is still there! Praise God, Eric congratulations!” narendra exclaimed in excitement and made the others able to sigh in relief, especially Jevan.

Arashya immediately got up from her crouching position to call an ambulance so Eric could get help quickly as his pale body and fingers started turning blue.

“Possible how long Eric in that cold pool water, Na?” ask Jevan who is now upstairs.

“Gue is less sure about the calculation of that time. Usually Eric knows better.” Narendra replied while staring sadly at Eric's condition like that.

Yohan who observed the changes in Eric's body finally made a conclusion. “Quiet, Van. I know that Eric's a strong boy. Even after he was injected using the anesthetic that Narendra made, he had to fight, yes even though in the end he felt tremendous pain, then he was thrown into the pool. The estimated long time Eric in the water was almost 1 hour when viewed from the wrinkles on his fingers,” explained Yohan who again made Jevan sad.

“I'm sorry, Ric! I can't be a good sister, even when I know the fact that you have hypothermia, I've been in that cold for a long time,” said Jevan getting smoother and his voice turned raucous.

“Eric has hypothermia?” yohan and Jevan asked. “Quick his fingertips are now turning blue. So he must be treated quickly medically,” continued Yohan.

Narendra looked at Eric's body lying in front of him. His hands stretched out to snack on Eric's wet blonde hair while cursing at himself.

“Lu is wrong, Jev. If something goes wrong here it means it's me. I should not be as careless as it should be my creation in the lab and finally used for crimes with others,” said Narendra trembling.

Jevan and Yohan knew that the young man was desperately holding back his tears from breaking. Shortly after, Arashya arrived after calling an ambulance.

“5 minutes more ambulance arrived and I have booked a VIP room for Eric in the hospital,” said Arashya while patting softly Jevan's shoulder crouched not far from the position he was standing.
