Blackpoem/Black Poetry

Blackpoem/Black Poetry
A mountain full of mystery

While continuing to step Alena occasionally looked up to notice many photos and unique decorations on attached to the walls of the house of Karma. A big and luxurious house.

"Have you sat down" asked Karma to Alena and Jap. The two friends then sat on a soft white sofa, while Karma called someone, his assistant who was a middle-aged woman. Karma immediately told her maid to make a drink.

"Don't be awkward, think of it as your own home." Karma said while sitting on the sofa.

"Where's your mom?" ask Jap for Karma.

"Go out like that. Jap, now tell me what the will AJ gave in the mask was." Before coming here Jap told Alena and Karma that AJ turned out to give a will in his mask.

Jap put AJ's mask on the glass bench. Alena and Karma immediately noticed the mask. A moment's memory of AJ returned in the minds of the three. It's a pity AJ died so soon.

"First AJ advised that if he died, the INU Team should not disband, and I will continue his leadership. That's the first message" Jap explained. Jap then recounted AJ's other messages:

The INU team will not be able to defeat the Black Poem as long as the INU Team does not know very well who or what the Black Poem is. For the time being, the INU Team has known that the Black Poetry is a criminal organization that wants to change the world order.  But they don't know anything about the way Black Poetry works.

Then after reading the book about the Mantra that Alena brought. AJ finds evidence that the crime of Black Poetry may have something to do with the crime of Spells in the 13th Century. So AJ advised that they should go to the place in the book so that they could find more evidence of what Black Poetry is.

If this case is proven to have something to do with that history, it could be that the troublemaking creature that used to be called Jikininki has risen again.

"What is Jikininki?" tanya Karma cuts out Jap's explanation.

"Somehow, it might be a monster," Jap replied.

"It would be absurd if this case was caused by a monster."

"Not a monster." Alena. "Jikininki is an old creature, older than the life of mankind. They used to be good .. before humans continued to sin and made them into horrible creatures. This case may be nothing but the vengeance of nature itself upon man." Alena stopped for a moment. "I know from the book itself."

"This case makes me dizzy" lamented Karma who basically does not believe in mystical things.

"Indeed, it will be hard to believe in Karma. But the death caused by poetry, it has shown that from the beginning this case has something to do with the mystical," said Alena.

"Hopefully we'll find out there." Jap took a glass containing juice that had been delivered by Karma's maid. He drank.

"When are we going?" Tanya asked.

"Tomorrow" replied Jap. "So pack up some of your stuff 'cause maybe we'll be there a long time."

"How long?"

"It depends on finding evidence. If we don't find any evidence for 7 days, we'll go home."

Karma sighed. 7 days was a short time, but it felt like it would be a long time because he was going to leave Krina.

Afternoon passes into night, and night is swallowed by dawn. The sun slowly rises showing its warmth. Jap, Karma and Alena finally began their long journey to Gunung Kumbang which is located around the border of West Java and Central Java using Jap's sedan car.

Cars continue to drive down ordinary roads to enter the toll, and the magnificent skyscrapers of the Capital are no longer visible to the view. Now all Karma can see from the passanger seat is short buildings and hills on the edge of the toll road. The blue sky is clear up there.

Alena who was in the front seat connected her phone to the car audio equipment via bluetooth, then played her mp3 playlist. A moment later, the song Mahadevi belongs to the band Padi.

"Try the Linkin Park song" Karma said.

"No, it's noisy, not suitable for the moment" Alena replied.

"Ah, come on."

".... I looked at the stars, only one star was bowed. You ." Alena continues to hum to hear songs from her favorite band. While Karma sleeps listening to the soothing song.

*****

Were it not for being stuck at one of the toll booths, they might have been able to come to the Beetle Mountain Region quickly.

The atmosphere here is inversely proportional to that in the Capital. If in Jakarta crowded then here quiet, if in Jakarta hot, here very cool and cold. For a moment Karma regretted not bringing Krina here, maybe the master would like to write in a place like this.

The car stopped in front of a wooden building that read the inn. Karma initially wondered why in a place like this there was lodging, and after all who was staying. But after Jap explained that the inn was devoted to hunters, Karma finally understood.

The three got out of the car and approached the inn that looked quiet as if there were no residents there. They stopped near the porch.

"Excuse me!" Karma exclaimed loudly. But there is no answer. The young man then exclaimed again several times.

"Get, Woof, Woof, Woof!" The hounds from behind startled the three. They turned around and found a black stray dog tied in chains and a burly-faced burly man.

"Ah sir, excuse me." Jap politely greet.

"There's need?" Ask the man. Dog barking.

"We're looking for lodging here."

The man did not reply just sending a cold gaze towards each member of the INU team.

"Wait here." The man walked to the side of the house.

"We're just looking for another inn. I don't like dogs" Alena said.

"It's hard to find another inn" explained Jap.

Before long the creepy-faced young man had returned with a very old man and woman. Maybe around seventy years when viewed from the clutches that have snorted and a slightly bent back. Both of them look fresh and healthy.

Karma watched for a moment at the mouth of the old woman who was wobbling was chewing something. Ah obviously it's lemongrass leaves.

The violent-faced man spoke in a sundanese language to the two old men, whom Karma could understand. The man said that these kids would stay the night.

The Grandpa and Grandma then asked the INU team's children's origins and what the goals of the three were here.

After Jap explained that he wanted to find out about Jikininki, the parents then told them to follow the two.

Both of them walked beside the inn. The Grandma told me that tenpat stay for distant immigrants is not in this section.

"It was only you who asked us about Jikininki. Ah, you're not the second person. The first one was when I was very young. A student asked about Jikininki, saying he wanted to know Jikininki for his book. My name I forgot."

"What is the famous legend of Jikininki here Kek?"

"No, people today are busy with their world. They are completely blind to history. Don't even find out. If told they would not care and would not believe."

They all stopped at a small house.

"This is where you two stayed? For you." Grandpa looked at Alena. "There's another place."

"Can we see where Cake used to be?" Ask Jap who wants to make sure first that the place here is livable and comfortable.

"Ah please," said the Grandfather.

Jap get into the house. Karma and Alen are just sculpting.

"Is this because the Black Poetry ate you here?" said a voice from another direction that turned out to be from a brown-skinned man with glasses who was sitting on a wooden chair in a coffee shop. From the physical he looks like coming from Maluku or Papua.

Karma and Alena watched the young man for a moment. "How did you know?"

"I'm Detective too, AJ's old friend." The man got up and approached Karma as well as Alena, then stopped in front of the two and raised his hands to greet them. "My name is Andi Kalsaba, better known as AK."
