Gatot and Aji Meeting

Three days later ....

Hot weather is sweeping through the city of Ciputat. Apparently, the king of rays was showing his power, it made the breeze reluctant to interfere today.

The time indicator is still at the number eleven noon. Aji just got out of class, he walked down the campus hallway, to the lecturer's room in the front of the campus.

The flat face sharpness was clearly painted on the young lecturer's face. Trouble a few days ago with Intan, managed to make Aji's mood a mess. He seemed to lose the spirit of life because of the shocking confession of his beloved girl.

Aji displayed her fake smile when she reached the lecturer's room. He smiled sweetly to all the lecturers who greeted him. Now, Aji has arrived at his desk in the corner of the room, he took out his laptop from the bag to assess the tasks that his students have collected.

Aji's eyes continued to focus on the laptop's screen, where many incoming files he had to assess. Every now and then Aji glances at her phone, actually wanting to call Intan, just to find out how the girl is doing.

Sometimes, Aji is still confused by her own feelings. There was longing, hate, disappointment and love mixed in his heart. The great ego still dominates Aji's heart and mind at the moment, which is what makes Aji difficult to accept the reality of how the real state of Intan is.

"Astagfirullahaladzim ...." Aji closed her laptop as her mind floated somewhere. Intan's sad face shadow made it difficult to focus.

Aji massaged her temple out of annoyance at herself. He lowered his face as the shadow of Intan's face continued to dance on his head.

Aji's gaze shifted to the figure standing before him. He commented his smile to one of the campus guards standing in front of his desk.

"Sir, in front there are two men who are looking for Mr. Aji, he said is very important," said the security guard.

Of course, that made Aji raise one eyebrow, he guessed who the man who was looking for him until he had to come to campus, "Thank you, sir. Please tell them to wait for me for a little while longer" Aji said before the security guard passed from the lecturer's room.

Aji rushes to close his laptop, grabbing the phone on the desk before stepping out. Along the way to the security guard post, Aji kept thinking who was the figure who was looking for him.

"Good Day ..." said Aji after arriving at the security guard post. He looked at the backs of the two men who were behind him.

Aji frowned after seeing the faces of the two guests, he was like no stranger to the young man who was staring intently at him.

"Are you a man named Ajisaka Pangestu?" ask the middle-aged man who is none other than Mr. Gatot.

"Yes, right sir. I am Aji," said Aji while looking into the eyes of Mr. Gatot.

"Declose, I'm Gatot. Intan's foster father, and this is my son, Tommy." Gatot extended his hand to Aji.

Aji welcomed Mr. Gatot's hand, he also did the same to Tommy. Curiosity increasingly mastered his mind when Pak Gatot called the name Intan.

"I'm sorry, if I may know, what happened to you to meet me?" asked Aji because the curiosity was getting more and more urging him to ask.

"We should find a suitable place to talk sir, because there are important things we want to convey," Tommy replied as he looked at Aji.

"Alright, we go to the cafe on the other side of the road, the vehicle you leave parked here," said Aji while pointing to the cafe he meant.

Finally, the three men walked to the cafe, they entered and looked for a seat away from the cafe visitors.

"Do you not want to know, how is the condition of the girl you left a few days ago?" tommy asked as he stared intensely at Aji.

"Did you mean Intan?" Aji looked at Tommy with a sharp look.

"Yes," said Tommy, crossing his arms around his chest.

"What's the point now?" a bad thought suddenly flashed in Aji's mind.

"He's fucked, he's ruined! Yesterday Intan was forced to take us to the hospital because his body was weak and continued to vomit due to excessive alcohol consumption" said Mr. Gatot who had since observed the face of the young lecturer.

Aji was stunned after hearing the news about Intan's current condition. Guilt was suddenly present in his heart, after Mr. Gatot told Intan everything that happened after he returned from his contract.

"You shouldn't have done all that! you've hurt Intan by giving her false hope!" said Tommy with a jaw that looks hardened because it holds the feeling of unreasonable when looking at Aji's face.

Aji lowered her gaze, her index finger tapping at the table before her. He was fighting with his own feelings, seeking the purity he actually felt at this moment.

"What did I do wrong, sir? Am I wrong to want a wife who has never been touched by another man?" ask Aji to Gatot.

"I don't blame you for what's happening right now, I just regret it, why don't you ask Intan first about what happened," Mr. Gatot stared inside Aji's black bead.

"For what sir I know how he took off his crown, it's too painful for me, sir." Aji turned her face the other way because she could not imagine how Intan enjoyed another man's caress.

Tommy grew furious after hearing Aji's reply. How can a highly educated person like Aji, his thoughts are only this limited. Tommy is very sorry for the attitude shown by Aji.

"It's just losing its virgin blood, not its de-sa-han!" tommy's circus while looking at Aji full of anger.

Aji was stunned again after hearing the words spoken by Tommy, "what does that mean? please say it clearly, Bang!" Aji did not take his eyes off the grim face that was in front of him.

"If you want to know what I mean, you better ask Intan yourself! We have no right to tell you everything that happened to you!" said Mr. Gatot after enjoying the late cappucino that he had ordered.

Tommy and Gatot allow Aji to remain silent in a mess in his heart. Almost twenty minutes, the three of them were silent, in the end Tommy and Gatot came home to Aji.

"Everything that happens to Intan has something to do with the son of a bitch who's in your house" Tommy said before Aji's day passed.
