Bidadari Special
Chapter 47

The day has changed. Now the morning has come. Hilya was taking care of the plants in the yard of doctor Melvina's house.

"Hilya! Don't be too tired, yeah!" doctor Melvina said, as she was about to leave for the hospital.

Hilya turned to look at Doctor Melvina while nodding.

"Doctor!" hilya exclaimed as Doctor Melvina was about to get in the car.

"Yes. What's up?"

Hilya hurried to put down the water hose she was holding, while walking quickly to the doctor Melvina.

"How about my new job, Doc?" ask the beautiful woman.

"Later, I asked again. Now you take care of your health, which is a lot to eat, continue not to soy sauce!"

Hilya nodded with a smile, when she heard the message from the beautiful doctor who had been helping her all this time.

"Hmmmh!"

Hilya let out a long sigh as Doctor Melvina's car had left her yard.

Now, Hilya is back to taking care of the plants. Water the flowers, and cut the leaves on the stalks of plants that are no longer beautiful to look at.

A few minutes later, a black sedan entered Doctor Melvina's courtyard.

"Assalamualaikum, Hilya!" greet a man who just got out of the car.

"Greetings waalaikum!" hilya replied with a smile and nodded.

"What are you again?" asked the man who was none other than Doctor Melvina's son.

"mmm... Here, again take care of doctor Melvi's plant."

"Can you?"

"God willing! In the past, in the village I often take care of plants with my ummi."

Suddenly the hand motion of Hilya who was holding the scissors stopped. His eyes looked empty forward.

"Why you?" ask Dr. Candra later.

"mmm... It's okay, just miss ummi and hometown," said Hilya with a sad bow.

"I heard from my mom that you don't have a cell phone. If you miss your parents, you can contact them. You can use my phone!"

"Thank you doctor! Next time."

Hilya again shears the leaves on plants that are too lush.

"O, yeah. Hilya! My friend said, whenever you want, you can start working!"

"God willing! Really, Doc?" hilya asked with a happy face.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Tomorrow, how about the doctor? I want to work soon."

"Are you sure you're ready to work?"

"Mmmm!" Hilya nodded.

"How is your health?"

"I'm very healthy" Hilya replied excitedly.

"It turns out my mom was right. You're a passionate person at work" says Dr. Candra. "Yes, already. Tomorrow morning you're ready. I'll pick you up early in the morning, so we're not late?"

"Ready doctor!" hilya with a happy smile.

"Thiiiin!"

In the middle of their conversation, suddenly there was the sound of a car horn that was so loud.

A fancy car came in the courtyard of doctor Melvina's house.

A man in black came out of the car.

"Satya!" doctor Candra exclaimed with a smile and approached her childhood friend.

"Come, sit!" take Doctor Candra after she shakes hands with the man who occasionally notices Hilya.

The two of them finally stepped onto the porch of the house, and sat on the chairs on the terrace.

"I just arrived too. Looks like mom's gone to the hospital."

"Where are you from?"

"Ooh, look. Ever since Hilya lived in this house, mom asked me to stay in the apartment. Because Hilya and I are not muhrim" explains Dr. Candra.

"So, I try to come here every morning, to visit my mom, and see Hilya's health."

"Ooh!" muttered Satya with a heavy smile.

"O, yes. Yes wait! I'll make coffee first!" doctor Candra said as she moved from her seat into the house.

After making sure Dr. Candra goes inside the house. Satya rushed over to Hilya.

He took a fruit basket from his car, and a goodie bag.

"Hilya, I brought you fresh fruits! It's also milk for pregnant women."

With a smile Satya handed the items to Hilya.

Hilya who was still taking care of the plants, just glanced at Satya with a flat face.

"I don't lack anything in this house. So, sorry! I don't need those things!"

"Mmmmh! It's for our son" Satya said with a hard breath.

"Our son?"

Hilya pressed her voice.

"Yes, son! I bought all this for my son."

"Hmmmh!"

Hilya smiled cynically.

"My son, he doesn't need anything, from a father, who just pretends to care about him."

"What do you mean?"

"Stop pretending to be nice to me and my son!"

"Hilya! Stop talking like that! I'm really sincere about doing all this! I never pretend!"

"O, huh? In front of me, you can be a father who seems attentive, and say that the baby in my womb is your child. But what about in front of others? You can't even admit that I'm the woman you married and you're pregnant with your child."

Hilya's eyes looked hateful as she revealed her heart to Satya.

"So, stop pretending to be nice to my son! Because I'm so sick of it!" hilya hurriedly left the man standing next to her.

"Hilya!" instantly Satya stopped Hilya's steps by firmly gripping her arm.

"Deliver! I'm tired of dealing with you! So, please stay away from me! Before I change my mind, report you to the police, because you've been so mean to me!" hilya geregetan.

Sahan Satya released her hand grip.

"I'm sorry!" satya lirih.

"Hmmmh!"

Hilya smiled cynically without turning her head towards Satya who said an apology for her.

"Clearly take care of our divorce! You could still hold onto my words back then. That I would never interfere with your life! Or hold you accountable for anything! So, please from now on, stay away from me! I hate to see you!"

There were tears dripping as Hilya said all that. Either the tears of hatred, because of the deep hatred of Satya. Or the tears of hatred, of having fallen in love with the one who had hurt her heart.

And after that, it looks like Hilya stepped out of it.

"What's this?" asked Doctor Candra who suddenly came out of the house, when she saw Hilya ignoring Satya who was standing next to her with a fruit basket and a goodie bag.

"Mmmm!"

Hilya's steps instantly came to a halt, her face looking clumsy, her lips smiling heavily as she saw Doctor Candra standing before the door watching her.

"Oooh, here. I brought a fruit parcel and milk of pregnant women from mama to Hilya. I'll bring it inside, 'cause it's a little heavy!" sahut Satya with a smile towards the doctor Candra. Stepping past Hilya.

"You! Very good at pretending!" hilya said inwardly, as the man in black suit walked past her.
