Bidadari Special
Chapter 22

It felt like a woman's soft hand was touching Hilya's shoulder.

"Doctor!" hilya muttered as she turned towards the woman. "This is the doctor's phone!" hilya said then by sticking the phone to doctor Melvina.

"What's wrong?" ask doctor Melvina by sitting back in the chair on the right side of bad Hilya.

"There's nothing" Hilya replied softly by taking her eyes off the doctor Melvina. Looking ahead with empty eyes.

"If you need a friend to tell you a story, you can tell me everything!" said doctor Melvina gently.

Hilya turned to see Dr. Melvina with a smile. Head nodded.

"Rest! I'm out first!" doctor Melvina said as she left.

"Doctor!" hilya then. "If I tell the doctor, will the doctor believe me?"

Hilya looked at Doctor Melvina with teary eyes.

"Mmmm..."

Doctor Melvina turned her head while smiling and slowly stepped back towards Hilya.

Doctor Melvina's hand was holding Hilya's.

"Tell me to make your heart quieter!" said doctor Melvina softly while on the edge of bed Hilya.

Hilya could not hold back her tears. The clear water spilled so profusely as the doctor Melvina looked at her empathically.

Hilya's mouth began to open, she told the story of her marriage to doctor Melvina, to tell about the condition of her parents today.

"I should how about a doctor? I can't go home to my parents in this situation, I was stabbed by my husband while I was pregnant" Hilya said, looking down.

It felt as if the hand of the doctor Melvina wiped gently the tears flowing down Hilya's cheeks.

"Don't worry! We can sue the man, I have many friends a female advocate, so you can get your rights and your child's rights." Doctor Melvina.

Hilya started to raise her head.

"No doctor, I don't want to deal with that man anymore. I told him that I, not a woman with no self-respect, would defend her and demand anything from her. I will work hard for my son. I will try to be an independent woman. And for all his crimes against me, let Allah punish him."

"But Son!" doctor Melvina seems unwilling if Hilya does not sue the man.

"Doctor, I beg you! I don't want to see that man again, because it feels like my heart hurts so much, Doc!" hilya said by touching her chest while shedding tears.

Finally doctor Melvina nodded. This beautiful woman was trying to understand Hilya's feelings and decisions.

"Doctor, will the doctor help me! Please, give me a job and a place to stay, Doc!" hilya then clenched her hands together again. "I'll go home to my parents' house after I've lived more independently. I promise, I will work well, and if my money is enough, I will find a place to stay, and will not hitch a ride on the Doctor anymore!" hilya said with a hearty.

"Mmmm..."

Doctor Melvina smiled by touching Hilya's shoulder.

"Rest, and get well soon! After that I'll try to find you a job!" doctor Melvina said as she moved out of her chair leaving Hilya.

Time went on and finally the day passed, changing to a sunny morning with warm sunlight.

Hilya's health had improved considerably, and Melvina's doctor returned to visit her inpatient room.

"Doctor! My condition is better, even I am healthier than before" said Hilya with a brighter face.

"Yes. Do you want to go home now?"

Hilya nodded in response to a question from doctor Melvina.

"Yes, after the nurse took off your infusion needle, you tidied up your things, huh! I'll take you home" said Dr. Melvina.

A few minutes later, the general clinic nurse and KIA owned by Dr. Melvina had finished removing the infusion needle that stuck in the back of Hilya's right hand.

Hilya immediately packed her things, and went with doctor Melvina to go home to the beautiful doctor.

It was seen that Melvina's doctor was driving the car, while Hilya was sitting next to her.

"Doctor! Thank you, the doctor has helped me!" hilya said starting a conversation with the beautiful doctor.

"I promise, it will work well in the doctor's house. And if I have the sustenance, I will pay all the hospital fees" Hilya said with a face full of earnestness.

Doctor Melvina turned towards Hilya with a smile.

"What can you do?" asked Melvina's doctor, then concentrated on driving her car.

"mmm... I can sweep, Doc! I can also mop, I can cook. And God willing I can do all the housework well" said Hilya eagerly, trying to convince doctor Melvina.

Doctor Melvina turned back to Hilya with a smile.

"In addition to mopping and sweeping, what else can you do?"

"Mmmm..."

Hilya muttered while thinking. Looks like this maroon-hooded girl lowered her head and bit her lower lip.

"Do you have any work experience?" ask Dr. Melvina later.

"mmm... No Doctor. After graduating from the boarding school my parents immediately married me," said Hilya with a bow.

"Ooo, so you're a pesantren graduate?"

"Yes." Yeah." Hilya smiled as she turned to see Dr. Melvina. "I also took the S1 in the pesantren" he continued.

"O, huh?"

"Yes Doctor. I studied at the Tarbiyah faculty, majoring in Arabic literature" Hilya explained. "Maybe, I can teach private Arabic if there is a child who wants to learn from me" Hilya said with a smile. "But the problem is that when I came to this town, I didn't bring along my diploma." Hilya looked back.

"Mmmm..."

Doctor Melvina turned towards him with a smile.

"mmm... The doctor will listen to me speak Arabic?" tanyanya.

" اسمي حليا كنت طالبة في كلية التربية في القسم تعليم اللغة العربية"

(Ismi hilya, chew tholibah fii qulyah attarbiyyah fiilqismi ta'liimillughoti 'arobiyyah)

Hilya uses the Arabic language.

"mmm... What does that mean?" ask Dr. Melvina.

"My name is Hilya, I used to study S1 at the tarbiyah faculty majoring in Arabic."

Hilya smiled shyly as she answered doctor Melvina's question.

Seen after that doctor Melvina touched Hilya's hand.

"Mom believes you're a smart and intelligent child. Later I will try to find you a job that fits you and fits you," said Dr. Melvina with a smile.

"I used to have a dream. I want to continue my S2 KiIFAL education. But my parents said. I'd better get married" Hilya told me with a blank eye forward.

"CAPITAL? Khartoum International Institute for Arabic Language Sudan?"

"Yes the doctor, I got an S2 scholarship there" Hilya said. "If I were to go against my parents' wishes, and choose to continue my S2 education at KiIFAL, it might not be like this" Hilya said as if regretting her life path.

Doctor Melvina's hand touched Hilya's.

"Humans can only plan, and God remains as the determinant. There is always a plan behind the trials that God gave his servant. It may be that God is testing your faith, your patience, and your maturity. If this trial brings you closer to him, more patient, wiser and mature in dealing with the problem, maybe your life will be happier." Advice from Dr. Melvina. "Trust me, there is always a sun that shines brightly, after the dark of the night."

Hilya turned her head with a smile as she listened to the advice of doctor Melvina.

"try to remember! Have you always had trouble in your life? No right? If after this marriage God gives you a trial, perhaps because God has measured your abilities, and God knows, you are able to overcome your problems."

Hilya smiled again while nodding.

"God Insha!" hilya said with the hand of doctor Melvina who touched her.

And soon the car they were riding in reached the house of the doctor Melvina, a beautiful, cool house, with green plants in its courtyard.
