But even though it has been subtly persuaded, Dewi Amba still forced to be the wife of Dewabrata. The reason is, according to the agreement, whoever wins the competition, she will be her husband. And it was Devabrat who won the competition.

Having run out of sense, Raden Dewabrata finally took the last road. He took a bow and pointed an arrow at Goddess Amba. His intention was to scare the woman into not wanting to remain his wife.

But fate said another, when the arrow was already there to be rotted, arrived accidentally released and right about the Goddess Amba. Until then Dewi Amba died and lowered her vow which ended with the death of the Sage in the battle of Bharatayuda against Goddess Srikandi.

That is a story about Dewabrata or Sri Bhishma.
