Between Two Choices

Between Two Choices
Happiness and regret

"Key," call Pras.

"Yes, Mas" Keyla replied.

"Here sit!" Pras told Keyla to sit next to him. Keyla walked over to her husband, who was relaxing on the sofa.

"Sorry" lirih Pras.

"For?" Keyla was confused.

"Today Mas had to leave for Surabaya because the branch restaurant was again problematic" explained Pras. Pras actually feels bad for Keyla, but anyway it is his responsibility as the boss of the restaurant owner.

He also just knew if he had to go to Surabaya, because the manager had just contacted him.

"It's okay, Mom." Keyla tried to understand because there was no way she could prevent it.

Pras gently stroked Keyla's head. "What do you want at Mother's house?" ask Pras. Now they are still in one of the houses in the Pras restaurant area. The house is usually rented for lodging for guests who want to spend the night.

"Key, just stay at Mom's house" Keyla replied. She will feel awkward if she lives in the house because she is not used to it alone without a husband, surely it is very uncomfortable yes even though Mother and Father are very good to her, but still if you do not live in your own home it feels less free.

As good as any in-laws, but still if we stay one roof there must be discomfort.

"Alright, I will take you to Mother's house" Pras said.

"Mas Pras, how long was it there?" keyla asked between sad and happy. Sad because the new marriage is gone. She is happy to be free to play with her friends.

"Not knowing, depending on the situation there, later if it's settled I will definitely go home soon." Pras also felt the same as Keyla, but what if circumstances need him forced him to keep going.

Keyla can only bow her head all this is already a risk because it has the husband of a restaurant boss who owns many restaurants. He just needs time to get used to it because for sure he will often stay Pras go out of town.

"Don't be sad like that. Do you want to come?" ask Pras.

"Ah .. no." Keyla shook her head not that she refused her husband's invitation, but somehow she didn't want to follow her husband away.

Pras smiled at Keyla. "Alright, be good at home yes," Pras said.

Keyla nodded in response.

"Prepare, we're leaving now!" pras.

"Yes." Yeah." Keyla stood up from her seat walking towards the wardrobe to pick up the clothes she had brought yesterday and put them in the bag.

If the newlyweds again spoiled, happy, turned the same Pras and Keyla they just hug because of sadness will be separated some time.

"Come, Mas!" take Keyla with you after she finishes her clothes and the husband.

Pras stood up from his seat then approached the wife to take over the bag that Keyla was carrying. They walked out of the house to the car park.

"Good morning, sir, Mom," said one of the restaurant's employees.

"Morning as well," they reply together kindly.

"We want to go home, do you want to buy something for Mom?" Both of them are already in the car.

"Just go home, yesterday's food must still be a lot at home" Keyla replied.

Pras immediately drove his car to Keyla's house. An hour drive they arrived in front of the house which is still installed tent marriage contract event yesterday that has not been dismantled. So sliced the tent has not been dismantled the bride has to separate the bed.

"Assalamualaikum" said Keyla and Pras at the door.

"Wa'alaikumussalam," replied one of Keyla's brothers who was still in his house. "Lho, the bride has gone home," he continued to be surprised when he saw his two parents had returned home.

"Yes, Aunt." Keyla nodded at her aunt and then walked inside.

"Lho, Key, how come you're home?" Aminah's mother was surprised to see her son and daughter-in-law when she was only home a few hours ago.

"Mother, sit down!" Keyla told her mother to sit down to join her first so she could explain.

Aminah's mother sat on the sofa in front of her son and daughter-in-law.

"Before, Pras apologized, Mom because early in the morning has returned home. Pras wants to leave Keyla to Mom for some time because Pras has to go to Surabaya there is work to be completed," Pras said trying to explain to his in-laws.

"Can't it be delayed tomorrow?" ask Aminah's mother.

"Can't, ma'am because Mas Pras is the boss so he has to intervene alone." Now it is not Pras who answers but Keyla.

"Oh, that's okay," replied Aminah.

After getting approval from his in-laws, Pras immediately rushed his leave.
