26 | I Hope This Happiness Lasts Forever (END)

"Giselle?" catherine said a little in disbelief, not in any case they could meet here.

"What's going on here? Alone?" ask Giselle.

Catherine folded her lips. "Sel .. I'm sorry for hiding all that from you all along" he said with a guilty face.

Giselle who saw Catherine's face like that even chuckled. "Lo why the hell, Rin? Relax the same time as me."

"Where do I relax, try? I lied to you, and..." Catherine paused her sentence, she hesitated to say it.

For some reason she felt moved to hear that sentence from the lips of her best friend, Giselle really had been like her own biological sister.

Giselle stood up and stretched out her hand to invite her best friend to go to an ice cream shop not far from them.

Catherine nodded and carved a sweet wide smile on her beautiful face while receiving Giselle's helping hand.

The two of them walked to the ice cream shop they were heading to. While on the way, Catherine's phone rang and vibrated in her pants pocket.

He then took his cell phone, it turns out that the one who called him was Sebastian, he immediately picked it up.

But when he raises the call, it is not Sebastian's voice that appears but the voice of his best friend, Takumi.

And when he heard Takumi's words, his eyes immediately smashed into disbelief.

As stiff as a statue, he silenced his open mouth in disbelief.

His legs were weak and not powered, making himself immediately fall and sit on the ground.

Giselle was surprised because her best friend suddenly fell. "Rin! What's the matter, Rin?!" he crouched down while holding the shoulder of his best friend.

Catherine turned her head with tears held back against her eyeballs, she really could not believe all this.

Catherine Pov's

I ran as fast as I could, my heart skipped a beat not because I was tired of running but beating because of the fear of tiara tara.

Sweat is not because I am running, but cold sweat that represents my worry.

My limp feet do not indicate I am not strong to run anymore, but I am not strong if I have to face the harsh reality.

Why did this happen?

Why suddenly?

Why has everything been so complicated since then?

Again, my head was filled with questions I could not answer myself.

Even I don't care anymore about Giselle who is running behind me while ordering me to calm down, I can't calm down if this is about life.

After a few steps, I arrived at my destination.

I slowly opened the wooden door and began to step my foot into the room.

For some reason this room was dark, there was only a hint of light coming from behind the window curtain.

The room, which was dark and empty, is now brightly lit and attended with those closest to me.

I almost forgot it was my birthday.

And I directly turned my body, it turns out that the figure who was lying weak is now standing leaning against the wall with both hands folded in front of the chest, and his head is slightly tilted.

Everyone in the room laughed at me.

"I swear it! I'm worried about not knowing!" I shouted while wiping away the remains of my tears.

Immediately I closed my eyelids and made hope.

This time I'm not going to ask about fancy stuff or anything like that.
