"Do doctors know patients?" Ask an obstetrician who is standing next to Dani.

"Yes, he's my patient and my cousin's wife Doc. What happened to Dira Dok?" Ask Dani to confirm Dira's condition.

"Patients are positively pregnant and the condition is very weak, after examination it turns out the patient has a history of congenital heart disease. Doctor Dani should examine the patient so that we know how severe the patient's heart condition is. That way we can decide what action we'll take next." Said the obstetrician.

Dani let out a rough sigh after finishing checking on Dira's state, the thing he was afraid of happened. Dira is indeed in a bad state especially now she is pregnant.
