Dira has been handled by Dani, the pregnant woman is now lying in the patient's bed. Dira was forced to be treated because his heart condition was getting worse making Arya feel more guilty. Arya just stood not far from his wife's bed, the man could only see what the Doctor and the nurse who were handling Dira were doing.

"I want to talk to you." Said Dani coldly, then stepped his feet towards the sofa in the room. The nurses came out of the room. Now in the room only Arya, Dani and Dira are still unconscious.

"You already know what happened to your wife, I just want her cooperation to make Dira's condition better by taking care of her and not stressing her mind. Please keep her away from anything stressful or sad including keep her away from your lover because I'm sure that woman is one of the triggers of Dira stress." Dani started their conversation.

"When did you know my wife's illness?" Arya asked curiously.

"Since I've worked in this hospital, I've replaced the Doctor who used to take care of your wife." Answer Dani honestly.

"Why are you hiding this from me Dani when you know that Dira is my wife." Arya started to get emotional.

Arya did not expect her best friend and cousin to hide something this big.

"Dira forbade me to tell you because she didn't want to be loved by you. Dira knows that if you can't love her and Dira is afraid of you knowing her illness you will survive with her just out of pity not out of love." Said Dani.

"Not now you know. I only ask her to be happy for the rest of her time, if you can't give her your heart and love at least give her happiness and good memories for the rest of her time. Make Dira Feel how loved by the man she loves." Pinta Dani's.

"What do you mean, don't make up for Dira will be healed. I'll take him for treatment wherever he he heals. Dira will be back to health and take care of our son." Arya stared intently at her cousin.

"What I'm saying is the truth Ar, Dira's pregnancy is very risky for her heart. Especially now that the condition is getting worse, I do not know if Dira can survive until the baby is old enough to be born. It is very unlikely that you can save Dira. Pray for the miracle to be present so that Dira still has a chance to live." Dani patted Arya on the shoulder.

after Dani's departure from the room now only Arya who is now sitting next to the bed of the wife, from the moment he was stared at the pale face that was getting thinner. His heart ached even more considering all the truth he knew just a few hours ago.

"Why did you make a decision that could endanger your life deck, forgive the brother who always hurt you. Brother promise after this there is only happiness, brother will make your day happy. Brother will make up for all of brother's mistakes. So because of this you want a sister who takes care of our child."Said Arya softly.

True what Dani said, Arya must make Dira happy so that her condition improves. Arya will try to make the wife strong and survive because she will not let her child lose his mother, besides Arya feels pain if considering the pregnancy of his wife who is at risk even less likely to survive. Arya is now increasingly worried about her heart and feelings.
