CHAPTER 13 - Basilweather House
The next day I was at The Basilweather’s house the residence of Viscount Tewksbury
The wedding took place in the back yard of the Louis family House covered in white snow and ice sculpture, guests from various Muggles and Witches began to arrive, even the Malfoy family also attended, and then the show continued in the Great Hall.
"Congratulations to the two of you" I said hugging Louis and Estela alternately
"I'm sorry I failed to persuade Uncle Hector", I continued to release my arms from Estela
"It's okay, it's just the family tree, he can't keep me away from my family as long as Rotsfield's blood runs inside me" Estela said, and I just nodded in understanding
"For my brother, do not get scratched or scratched!", I said to Louis
"Of course it's a little brother" Louis replied
"Ugh, can people stop calling me little sister",
"Here you go, Malfoy keeps looking at you" Estela said
I looked all over the table and I saw the Malfoy family with Uncle Hector and Ethan sitting together at a round table
"Look, what we're talking about is coming too" said Mr. Malfoy
"How are you, dear?", asked Mrs Malfoy
"I'm good Mrs Malfoy, I hope my presence doesn't interfere with your conversation" I said
"Of course not dear, sit down" said Mrs Malfoy
I was sitting right in the middle between Draco and Ethan and in front of us were Mr and Mrs Malfoy and Uncle Hector
"Draco just kept talking about you during Aurora's Christmas holiday" Mr Malfoy said
"Dad!", said Draco with a flushed face
"Draco told me that he likes to look you in the face when you're teaching Draco" Mrs Malfoy chuckled
"Oh shut up Mom" said Draco
"Why Draco?, do you like my niece?, then congratulations you've already escaped one requirement from me" said Uncle Hector
"Ah--, what is uncle talking about", I said embarrassedly
Then the atmosphere was silent when Estela and Louis opened the Welcome and told how their relationship could be established to all the guests present
"You look at Lucius, those guys-" said Hector's uncle pointing towards the Tewksbury family
"It was their ancestors who hunted our people. Burn it!, or hang it in the middle of the square", Uncle Hector continued
"Uncle-" I said
"Father, That's enough!" said Ethan
"If I were your father Aurora, I would have given him an unforgivable curse for your brother" continued Mr. Malfoy by pouring Wine into Uncle Hector's glass
'Then I'm lucky, you're not my father', I said in my heart
Draco clasped my hand and his thumb rubbed the back of my hand, his strokes channeling warmth to me, I stared and smiled at him who was reciprocated by his bluish silver eyes
The show continued with a dance accompanied by waltz music that echoed throughout the room, until someone held my shoulder
"Aurora", please",
"Erns!", greet me then stand up and hug Ernie who is wearing a black suit
"May I have the pleasure of a dance?", Ernie reached out
"Yes", I said looking at Ernie and grabbing her left hand and we headed to the dance floor
Ernie's hand grabbed my waist and the other hand grabbed my hand we started dancing in the Muggle crowd, until the music stopped
The Aurora POV end
"Not bad" said Aurora walking next to Ernie
"It wasn't in vain that I trained with Mom last Christmas" Ernie said
"Oh where are Mr and Mrs Macmillan?", asked Aurora
"Come-" Ernie takes Aurora to the table where Mr and Mrs Macmillan are sitting
After meeting both of her parents Ernie-Aurora introduces Ernie to her family as well as some of her father's business friends
"That's my mother wearing a Purple Dress" Aurora said
"And there was my father, and the man who was talking to my father was Mr. Derek, a businessman from New York, a big investor in my father's company",
"And that was Mr. Ackerman-a wealthy Muggle from Germany, and next to him was his mistress who was a Witch from Moldova",
"The rumor is that she is pregnant with Mr. Ackerman's child, but you won't be able to see her pregnancy because she always drinks potions, that's the rumor" Aurora said
"Since when do you like to gossip?", Ernie said with a chuckle
"So I'm friends with you, Mr. Macmillan" Aurora replied, hitting Ernie's arm slowly
"Oh look at that Madam Margaret, the diamond from the west-His family suddenly got rich after finding a mineral mine in Texas, she looks beautiful instead" Aurora said looking at Madam Margaret
"Hmmm, yeah it looks pretty" Ernie said but her gaze was fixed on Aurora
Some time later Draco comes pulling Aurora's left arm
Draco POV's
I rubbed the back of Aurora's warm and delicate hands, she looked at me and gave me her sweet smile, her beautiful blue eyes and beautiful lashes that would leave anyone stunned to see her
After a while someone called Aurora's name,
who else if not that fucking Macmillan, and my God, Aurora hugged that damn guy in front of me.
Until he asked Aurora to dance, I was really sick of seeing the Macmillan
"Ernie Macmillan" I answered
"Macmillan?", said Mr Rotsfield again
"One of the 28 Holy families" Dad replied
"If you really want my nephew Draco, go after him!" said Mr. Rotsfield
I looked at Aurora who was walking with the Macmillan at the end of the table, then I stood up and approached them and pulled Aurora's arm
The draco POV end
"What the fuck are you Malfoy, let him go!!" said Ernie advancing towards Draco
Draco came forward and grabbed Ernie's arm and whispered something in her ear
"I know you have a taste for Aurora, and you better stay away from her because she's mine!", whispered Draco
"I respect your family only because of my mother and your family's relationship within the Black family" Draco continued, prompting Ernie to make several pairs of eyes look at us
Draco takes Aurora out of the Great Hall into a quiet corridor of houses dark enough to light a yellow light
"You're why, please don't make trouble on my brother Draco's wedding day!",
"Make trouble?!, I wouldn't have acted if you hadn't danced with Macmillan!!", Draco snapped holding both Aurora's shoulders to his surprise
"Don't yell at me" Aurora said
Draco looked into Aurora's frightened eyes, then he took his hand off Aurora's shoulder, sighed and rubbed her face rough
"Listen, I want you to stay close to him" Draco said gently and grabbed Aurora's hand
Aurora frowned confusedly and looked at Draco, then she smiled faintly, hesitatingly saying
"Are you jealous?" said Aurora
"A-what?, No, of course not", replied Draco
"Big Wild" said Aurora smiling widely
"No, I'm Not-" Draco said
"Basic liar (sneers)" Aurora said then walked back to the Great Hall
"Where are you going ?",
"Ernie's waiting for me" Aurora replied
"What?!", draco walked over and grabbed Aurora's hand to stop
"I told you not to get close to him!" said Draco raising his voice
"Geez he's my friend Draco, what's the problem, we just danced-and then what cares about you!", Aurora yelled a little
"Of course I care about Aurora!, because of me." Draco said to a halt.
"I ?"
Draco closed his eyes and took a slow breath, and then their eyes met
"Because I like you Aurora", Aurora stared at Draco for a moment
"Draco-" said Aurora stopped as Draco covered Aurora's mouth with his right hand
"Shut up!....When I first saw you, 3 years ago at your house" Draco said, drawing closer and making Aurora step back
"When you hugged me while flying with Broomsticks"
"When you took care of me when I was sick",
"When your lips were moved saying my name, just my name", Draco advanced further until Aurora's body was stuck to the wall making Draco and Aurora's position very close without the slightest distance, aurora could even feel the warm breath of Draco
"This feeling of love keeps growing every second, and I'm afraid it turns into a sense of love" Draco said tucking Aurora's hair behind her ear
"Why?", asked Aurora by removing Draco's hand that had been stuck to Aurora's lips
"I'm afraid, if you don't feel the same way as I do",
"Then you have to prove it, not just words" Aurora replied
"I will, and you'll be mine" Draco said, staring at Aurora's lips and tilting her head and closing her eyes
Aurora who saw him immediately reached out her left hand and smothered Draco's mouth
Draco opened his eyes and looked at Aurora, Draco's hand taking Aurora's hand from his mouth. Draco's soft lips pressed against Aurora's palm kissing her gently, kissing each of her fingers, and sipping the back of Aurora's hand
"Sweat" Draco said
"M-sorry Draco" said Aurora with her head lowered
"Sstt, you don't have to answer it now, we still have time-and I'll make sure you have the same taste as what I feel" Draco said, his hands extended to Aurora's cheeks and rubbed her gently
"My dearest love Aurora", Draco continued with his thumb rubbing Aurora's cheeks and gazing at every corner of her beautiful face
Aurora closed her eyes enjoying Draco's gentle thumb touching her delicate cheek skin
"Give me Aurora's chance" Draco said with his faithful hand rubbing Aurora's cheek
"Why you so quiet" Draco said
Aurora opened her eyes and looked at Draco's face
"I-i just, don't know what to say", Aurora replied with a thin smile and an already heavily flushed face making Draco chuckle at her
Draco's two hands hold Aurora's head and kiss her old Kening Aurora and then kiss her cheek twice and move to Aurora's ear
"You're mine Aurora---- You're mine".
