Side Story 10 (Life in School)

Li Huan Rui felt annoyed when she had to sit on the back bench along with the little girl she hated. Li Huan Rui did not want to make her mother angry anymore so she was forced to obey when her mother asked her to leave ushered by Papa Fan. Li Huan Rui only focused on looking outside and ignored the existence of the little girl. He felt that the trip to school was so long.  Jiao didn't say much either, the little girl just read the book. He had already promised himself that he would not make his prince feel upset.

Li Yongfan's BMW stopped at a luxury European-style school.

"Honey, this heart is your first day of school have fun and do your best"

"Yes, papa"

"Little Rui, you are also the best and take care of my daughter"

Rui "...."

"Rui"

"Yes"

Li Huan Rui was forced to respond. Jiao had no idea if she had actually agreed to look after him or was this just a meaningless response.

Li Huan Rui and Li Jiao got out of the car. As the BMW drove away from the school, Li Huan Rui gave Jiao a warning.

   In Li Huan Rui's class the girls were gossiping, Helena was also among them.

"Is that true? Will there be new students coming into our class even without going through the elementary class?"

Helena responded, she doesn't believe there is someone extraordinary.

"The girl must be very smart and I'm sure she's a nerd with thick glasses "

"Yes, at least she's smart but I'm sure she's not pretty and caught the Hunrui prince's attention"

Li Huan Rui did not know why she felt bad. He hoped that the smart schoolgirls who would enter their class were not those lowly girls.

The doorbell rings. The students immediately sat down to their respective places.  Their class waki who had accompanied them since elementary class came along with a little girl.

The boys except Li Huan Rui were fascinated by Jiao's beauty and the calm demeanor she displayed. Li Huan Rui was annoyed when what she was afraid of happened while Helena smiled happily to see the girl she knew.

"Henry, isn't he Jiao, your brother"

"He's not my brother"

Li Huan Rui did not like it if Jiao was referred to as his brother. The class leader asked to stand up and saluted the teacher. Li Huan Rui did it lazily.

"Hallo, my name is Li Jiao"

Teacher Gu asked Jiao to sit on an empty bench. The bench was coincidentally behind Helena and Li Huan Rui.

"Jiao jiao, we meet again"

"Yes. Miss Helena"

"Don't call me that. You call me Helena"

Jiao nodded. Helena looked back to the front. 

"Hey, pretty girl. I'm Bao Yishen"

The fat man invited Jiao to meet. Jiao only responds briefly, Jiao is not very fond of interacting with strangers. The boys looked in annoyance when they saw the fat man trying to get close to their angel. While the other girls looked at Jiao with annoyance because she had a pretty face even close to Helena who became the key to being close to their prince.

  The teacher began to explain. Jiao watched earnestly and took note of it. Jiao is not a genius but a serious person when studying. Teacher Gu asked Jiao to work on the matter. Jiao advanced confidently and wrote the answers on the board. Teacher Gu stated that Jiao's answer was correct.

Jiao returned to her seat. Helena turned her head towards Jiao and praised how smart she was. Teacher Gu looked at Helena who was chatting.

"Helena, take your book and answer the question at number 3"

Helena gurgling. He hasn't even done one. He hates maths because that's why he's been busy drawing. Jiao noticed Helena's behavior, she didn't want to see her angel in trouble, Jiao thought of a way to give Helena an answer but Li Huan Rui helped her first. He switched the book and Helena.

The girl advanced confidently. He copied the answer to the blackboard. Jiao looked towards Li Huan Rui who was watching Helena while writing. Jiao clenched her hands holding back her sadness and anger. She should have known that Li Huan Rui's only concern was for Helena instead of her.

  During the break, Jiao picked up the provisions prepared by her mother. There were two provisions in his bag, one was pink and the other was blue. Jiao recalled that her mother asked her to give Li Huan Rui a blue box.  Jiao looked at Li Huan Rui who was chatting with Helena. The man will not accept the lunchbox he gave.

"Jiao, you brought provisions"

Bao Bao who was with Jiao originally wanted to take her to the cafeteria but it turned out that his countryman already had a lunchbox.

"Like the food is good"

Bao bao looked at the provisions in front of Jiao with a sparkling gaze.

"Do you want to?"

"Can?"

"Yes. Just take it"

Jiao opened the blue box. He hesitated when he saw it because the contents of the lunch box were different.

"Wow, shrimp flour. Jiao, do you like flour shrimp as much as Rui?"

Jiao had eaten shrimp before and her whole body became red-spotted and she also experienced shortness of breath. .

The lunchbox was all her favorite.

Helena looked at Jiao with a suspicious look. The girls who were in loud hearing what Helena said they became annoyed because the girl was indeed intentional to approach and seduce their prince with food. While the men were jealous because their angels were also watching Li Huan Rui. They felt annoyed that every woman liked Li Huan Rui.

   Li Huan Rui also turned her head towards Jiao which made the girl surprised as her dark eyes met Li Huan Rui's brown eyes.

Li Huan Rui was happy at least Aunt An was still thinking about it. Li Huan Rui directly snatched the lunch box from Helena's hand and ate it voraciously.

The girls were even more annoyed at thinking the provisions were so special for Li Huan Rui because Helena who was close to him should not eat them.

"Are your mama close to Li Huan Rui?"

Bao bao was curious to see Li Huan Rui eating voraciously.

On returning home from school, almost all the boys in the class except Li Huan Rui approached Jiao. They asked Jiao about the house and invited her home together, Jiao wanted to reject it but hesitated. The girls who were looking insinuated Li Jiao as a seductive girl.

Li Huan Rui also looked at Jiao who was in the crowd of students, but Li Huan Rui was just being indifferent. Unlike Helena who broke through the crowd and stood by Jiao's side.

"Don't bother Jiao jiao. All of you are not qualified to approach Jiao"

Helena pulled Jiao out of the crowd. The boys were about to curse Helena but when they realized that Li Huan Rui was staring intently at them, the boys could only gulp and leave.

Jiao heaved a sigh of relief from being free of the boy.
