Arlyn and Adrian

Arlyn and Adrian
1

Adrian sat on his desk. A hand suddenly fell on his shoulder.

"Bro. What are?"

Adrian who was asked answered lazily.

"What's wrong?"

The owner of the hand chuckled. Nevan, with one hand still on his shoulder, moves the other hand to take his cell phone from his pants pocket. The phone's on. Showing an article.

Nevan brought the screen of his phone to the front of the friend's face. Adrian frowning. What does his friend want to show you?

Nevan who knew the thing the young man of his age was thinking smirked. "We are at a good age to get married. Grace and I are planning to get married in two years. How's yours?"

Adrian listened to the words of his friend while reading the article shown by Nevan.

This article is about how to be a good husband.

Adrian read it with a flat face. Nevan who knew it again chuckled and began to pull back his phone. Put it in his pants pocket. Nevan patted Adrian on the shoulder. "Do you want me to help you find someone? Grace has a lot of friends. We also have contacts with our schoolmates. They all like you. They'll be very, very happy to find you a life partner."

Adrian silent. His eyes looked at the computer screen in front of him, but his mind moved against the words of the owner of the hand on his shoulder.

Adrian must admit. He did not understand why his friends liked him so much. They were all very happy to be around him, and seemed willing to do anything for him.

But of course Adrian never took advantage of that. He doesn't like to rely on others, of course.

He thought of Nevan's words. He remembered the past.

There were so many women who brought themselves closer to her.

Adrian is not stupid and stupid. He realized the reason the women approached him. They want to make Adrian their partner.

But of all the women, none of them Adrian felt fit.

Most of them were aggressive female types, did not have much shame, and were rather wild..

Adrian doesn't like women like that.

Nevan, and some of her schoolmates, then, and now, have countlessly pointed to the women who caught their attention, and showed them to Adrian.

But Adrian has never been interested.

Nevan and his friends have even teased him, whether or not Adrian is a turning man, without himself knowing.

Butno. Adrian knows himself best, and he's sure that's not the case.

He just, had yet to find the right female figure.

Work hours are over. Adrian and Nevan return to their homes.

Adrian drove his car home, when he remembered Nevan's words.

Her friend told her that it never hurts to practice being a good husband from now on. Adrian felt it made sense and had the thought to do it.

He recalled the contents of the short article shown by Nevan this afternoon.

Positioning the wife as a partner, never lie, support the wife, counsel the wife gently, keep the wife secret, then,

Help my wife do the housework.

Adrian is confident he can, and will naturally take all the steps he has read. Except the last one.

Housework. Adrian certainly knows what is meant by homework.

Wash, wash clothes and utensils. And,

Cookout.

The last one is the problem.

Adrian knows this well.

He spends a lot of time outside the home. He always eats outside. It's been a long time since he's eaten home cooking. Except when she visits her parents' house, or when her mother visits her house. He would bring food, or cook at Adrian's house.

They're doing just fine. His mother always called him. He told Adrian to tell him about his days, and asked if he had been looking for a woman to be his mother's daughter-in-law. Adrian will answer with a potluck. The mother grumbled, and talked the son to her husband, as if his phone call with Adrian had been cut off. Adrian will listen to his mother's babble with an awkward smile.

He had never dated, even when he was in college, when his other friends were so actively changing girlfriends. Nevan already has seven ex-lovers, and she says, Grace is the right girl for her. Grace will be the last one forever.

As for Adrian, he doesn't want to be like his friends. He won't be in a relationship with anyone, until he finds the right person, even if it will still take many more years.

He wanted to make his lover later, as the first and last. Like his parents. His parents love each other very much, and Adrian wants to emulate his parents.

His father met his mother when they were in college. They were instantly married once they graduated, and had Adrian five years later. They really enjoyed their time together. His father told him that he did not want his time with Adrian's mother to be seized by the existence of children, so his father was only willing to have children five years after their marriage. Where Adrian was born.

Adrian has not found his female figure, so he is not thinking about how to be a good husband. Nevan made him start thinking about it.

Cookout. She trained herself to cook. So that later, he could satisfy his wife with his cooking.

He doesn't want to waste time. He took his car to the nearest supermarket. Once his car was parked in the building area where he was shopping, he took his phone, looking for a recipe that he might be able to try for starters.

He remembered the recipe that his mother had sent him. He pressed the file application, searched for the word recipe, and found a document file named the omelet recipe.

Adrian nodded small to himself. The omelet is an omelet, but with a slightly higher level of difficulty.

How thought.

Feeling the food to be made was already set, he got out of his car, entered the supermarket building after passing through the parking area.

He thought that he would not be shopping much, based on the list of ingredients listed in the file from his mother. So he just took a carry basket.

When he last came to a supermarket, he remembered.

He sillyly stepped his foot to the left end of the supermarket area, eager to browse through the entire row of shelves to look for the ingredients he needed.

After browsing through various kinds of shelves, ranging from cosmetic area shelves, skincare, toiletries, and cooking utensils, he approached the meat storage area. He took out a container of styrofoam containing raw minced meat. He approached another shelf and picked up a plastic container filled with mold.

After browsing through the many shelves, picking up some sort of raw foodstuff, he again picked up the hp in his pants pocket.

He made sure that he had gathered all the necessary materials. Except cheese.

He turned his face to the supermarket area, until he finally found a familiar box container for him.

He went to the shelf where he found a box of cheese. The only thing left.

He extended his hand. Take away. When suddenly a slender hand is stretched out onto the same thing. Making his hand get hit slowly by that slender hand.

Adrian turned his head towards where the hand that was still sticking out next to his hand came from.

A female. She had an attractive face and long hair that was tied loosely. A part of the hair perched on both shoulders narrower than Adrian's.

Adrian for a few seconds was silent in his place. Unknowingly stunned by the beauty of the woman. The sound of the owner of the slender hand was what made him aware.

"Mas need?"

Adrian flashing. To his surprise, the woman beside him had a lax attitude. He told Adrian without a smile.

"T.. No."

"Then I take it."

The woman suddenly smiled cunningly. He picked up the cheese he was about to take and turned away without saying anything more. Leaving the person who spoke to him.

Adrian was silent. Flee with the smile she saw in that short moment.

His heart beats faster.

He stood stiffly looking at how the woman had walked away. He eventually disappeared from his vision as soon as he turned back to another shelf.

His instincts suddenly carried his feet stepping. His body went in the direction where the woman disappeared.

He's veering. Just to see that the woman was no longer there. He's staying off the shelf. Turning his head to the corner of the supermarket that was caught in his vision. But he did not find the owner of the cheese-taker's slender hand.

He circled the supermarket once again, but with a different purpose. But even after going around, he did not find the female figure.
