Aminah (Between Ex & Future)

The sound of heavy rain falling on top of the car accompanied the two of them. Aminah looked out the window that was no longer clear, because it was covered in dew and also heavy rain.

"Thank you for still seeing me." Say soft Dani.

Aminah's body stiffened with her gaze still staring out the window.

"You still mad at me?" Dani asked again.

Aminah was silent.

"I won't force you to forgive and forget my mistakes just yet, but .. Can we start all over?" Ask Dani.

Aminah still did not respond.

"Many things I want to say. Even from long ago until now, every second I was always thinking about you. I wanted to explain everything to you, but I was helpless at the time. Until finally we are completely separated by circumstances. Sorry, Aminah." Dani said seriously.

Again Aminah was silent.

"Amine. Give me one more chance to fix it." Say Dani again.

"Don't come back just for the sake of fixing things, because it's all done since you left first, and everything's fine when you're no longer by my side." Aminah finally.

I heard a long breath from Dani.

"As I said, I'm not going to force you. Let time move your heart if we are meant to be together. And from this moment on, don't stop me from fighting and make you fall in love with me again, Aminah." Dani said very seriously.

Aminah was shocked when Dani said that. Instantly his lips formed a knotty smile with a gaze that still did not look at Dani.

They were silent for a moment. Dani seemed to be enjoying the bread again.

"Is there a crocodile outside? Until you don't get a look from there." Chirps Dani.

"They're right next to me." Reply Aminah.

Dani laughs.

"Aren't you afraid of being attacked?" Ask Dani.

"Crocodiles eat meat, not bones" replied Aminah who realized that her body was very thin.

"Right, my prey looks so skinny. Is your diet blurred?" Dani Ejek.

Aminah stopped her speech and bit her lower lip softly, realizing that she was beginning to talk.

"Forget it" replied Aminah briefly.

"I ... hukk!"

'Jiaah, the Crocodile hiccups.' said Aminah in his heart.

"Sorry, I'm .. hukk! hukk!" Again Dani hiccups.

Aminah took a bottle of water from the bag and handed it to Dani.

"Thank you kas .. hukkk!"

Just now the cool widower drank a few times, suddenly he coughed uncontrollably. It made Aminah immediately turn to face him and pat her shoulder firmly, slowly, repeatedly.

Aminah was very anxious, but changed to misbehavior when Dani's hand moved quickly and grasped both hands tightly.

"I want to go home" said Aminah flatly, without even turning her head towards Dani.

"I want to go home!" Aminah again repeated the sentence, with a slightly trembling voice.

Dani's voice is still soft as before and it makes Aminah more crowded. Not thinking for long, Aminah immediately opened the door that turned out to be unlocked and she immediately shot out. No matter how much rain falls.
