*Pirate Burner (Bolt Shell)*
That evening, Alma Fatara went alone with a horse to the Black Finger College.
Upon arrival in front of the Black Finger College, Alma saw not much change from the high bamboo fence surrounding the front area of the college. The kitchen gate was still the same as two years ago, only looking a little older.
The gate was closed and there were no students in charge of guarding. However, when Alma Fatara looked up the tower that stood high inside the college environment. Alma saw the existence of a man in blue who then moved down the tower stairs in a hurry.
Alma arrived in front of the closed gate. Alma did not feel any human behind the door that might be on guard duty.
Alma moved the fingers of her left hand slightly, sending a small wind.
Crews!
The gate leaf only moved a small swing by the wind sent by Alma, but did not open which indicates that there is a lock from the inside.
Alma Fatara decided to wait on the back of her horse. He suspected that the guard at the top of the tower would come and open the door because he knew a guest was coming.
Indeed, not so long waiting, Alma heard the sound of someone's running steps. From the rhythm of his steps, Alma could guess that the person who ran was a man.
Clamps!
Finally the large wooden gate was opened from the inside. Only one door was opened. One young man's head appeared gawking while still hiding his body and identity.
“Hah! Alma?! Ahaha! Alma!” a joyful shriek on the young man's face as he quickly recognized who the guest was riding. He laughed and pulled his whole body out from behind the door.
It turned out that he was not the man who had been on top of the bamboo tower, because this young man was dressed in white, not in blue.
Alma did not respond immediately. Memory for a while loading to remember the name of the head owner.
Finally Alma recalled the incident two years ago, the incident when she first met Nyi Bungkir and the young man.
At that time, Alma's horse-drawn troupe stopped because he saw the crowd on the roadside of Kademangan Dulangwesi.
“Ayo confess! If you still do not want to confess, we will hang!” a man shouted among the crowd.
There were dozens of men in warrior uniforms who were hanging a man, though not yet hanged. A young man in his twenties was being tied up on a tree. Both his hands were tied behind his back and around his neck were coiled ropes which continued to stretch onto the branches of the tree. The end of the rope was firmly tied to the tree trunk. While the two legs of the man in blue still stepped on the lower branches of the tree, but both legs were tied with a long rope. The end of the rope was held by one of the soldiers crowding.
If the leg strap is pulled, the man will automatically fall and his neck will hang on the upper limb.
“I dare swear! It wasn't me who kidnapped or hid Gelis Sibening!” the young man shouted, terrified. His face was already dripping with sweat.
“There were witnesses who saw you wandering in front of Nyi Bungkir's residence last night, Gibas Madar!” said the man dressed in black was nice and sturdy. The man with the mustache had been interrogating a young man named Gibas Madar. He is the right hand of Nyi Bungkir named Dengkul Geni.
Nyi Bungkir himself was in that place. In addition to dressing well, on her beautiful body attached a number of gold jewelry. Rings, bracelets, necklaces to giwang, attached beautifully and luxuriously to it.
Nyi Bungkir is the wife of Demang Baremowo. He was a devotee, so Demang Baremowo often ordered him to solve a problem. Including at that time.
Nyi Bungkir belongs to the little talk type. Therefore, the one who speaks a lot is the Geni Nudge.
“Yes, last night I did pass in front of Demang's house, but I didn't kidnap anyone!” shouted Gibas Madar while flinched resignedly.
“What is this? What's the matter?” asked Alma Fatara who suddenly appeared to burst out among the soldiers of the academy while looking up at the young man who was ready to be hanged.
The appearance of Alma Fatara made everyone under the tree notice. Nyi Bungkir only looked at Alma who was then unknown to him.
“Hey, who are you, Nisanak?!” tanya Dengkul Geni half rebuking.
“My name is Alma Fatara,” replied Alma casually while focusing on looking up at the young man above.
“If you're just passing by, you better go. It's Kademangan's business, don't interfere!” dengkul Geni.
“I've never seen a dead man hanged. How could I have missed the chance to see the dead hanged,” Alma said then looked at Dengkul Geni while smiling a hippo. “Some of you have told me, if someone dies hanging, his tongue will stick out. But, there are also those who say, if the dead are hung, his tongue out tilted to the side. I wonder if the tongue of the person on top will stick forward or sideways. Hahaha!”
Bengkul Geni turned to look at Nyi Bungkir. The beautiful and majestic woman nodded, no matter what she meant, perhaps only the Geni Nostle knew.
“But you have to tell us first. Where are you from and where are you going?” asked Dengkul Geni, still do not believe in Alma, all of you to prolong the duration of staring at her beautiful face.
“We are from the coastal village of Iwaklelet. We're going to Mount Reason to find a healer. My grandmother suffered from a strange and untreatable poison. So we traveled,” replied Alma honestly referring to his entourage at that time who escorted the Queen of Colour Mekararum with Debur Angkara, Magar Kepang, Garam Sakti, and Ayu Wicara.
Dengkul Geni momentarily cast his gaze towards the Alma Fatara troupe that stopped some distance away from that location. He turned back to the young man in the tree.
“You still don't want to confess, Gibas Madar?” asked Dengkul Geni to the young man on the tree.
“I didn't do it! Huuu!” yelled Gibas Madar and cried like a man.
“Hanging!” commandment of the Geni Tengkul to the soldier who holds the rope.
But unfortunately, his neck was immediately entangled in the rope because his body fell hanging after the soldier pulled the foot strap. The pull made both feet of Gibas Madar not stand on foot anymore.
Gibas Madar's body immediately twitched with eyes bulging and his tongue stretched straight out. Alma who saw the young man had a seizure and his tongue stuck out, so crispened his face. Uniquely, Gibas Madar did not use the event anymore, immediately convulsing and silent hanging.
Seeing Alma Fatara flinched, Dengkul Geni laughed. While Nyi Bungkir only smiled faintly.
“Hahaha! You're not curious anymore, are you? You've seen what people's tongues are hung on!” dengkul Geni.
Nyi Bungkir then stepped away towards his horse carriage parked on the side of the road. The envy of Geni and the warriors of the academy immediately followed leaving the tree. Alma was still standing looking up at the corpse above.
“Hei, Alma! Why are you waiting for him, he won't bear mangoes! Hahaha!” said Dengkul Geni while riding on the back of his horse.
“Hahaha!” the soldiers laugh at Alma.
Smiling at the horse, Alma turned around and went towards her entourage.
Nyi Bungkir's entourage, escorted by Dengkul Geni and dozens of soldiers who ran, immediately left the big road on the south side of the Dulangwesi Duchy.
When Mrs Demang's entourage passed through Alma's entourage, Dengkul Geni tried to see who was lying inside the roofed pedati. Tengkul Geni saw the existence of an old woman who closed her eyes on the bathtub. That's proof that Alma doesn't lie.
“Slightly forward!” alma's orders to his entourage.
Alma's entourage began to walk, so that it would be seen that they had left the place.
However, when Nyi Bungkir's entourage had already disappeared at the end of the road, Alma suddenly jumped from the top of the pedati and flashed down the tree where Gibas Madar was hung.
The set!
Alma thrust a sharp inner force that broke the rope hanging the neck of Gibas Madar. But strangely enough, when the rope hanging by the neck was broken, the body of Gibas Madar's corpse was still hanging without being seen there was a rope hanging from it. So the corpse was like it was floating under a tree.
Tuk tuk tuk!
Alma then jumped and landed several punctures on the body parts of the corpse.
“Haaap!” squeak the payat suddenly while pulling as much air as possible.
Suddenly Gibas Madar moved and came back to life. His body is no longer spastic. Yet strangely, his body was still floating in the air under the tree.
Debur Angkara and Magar Kepang have arrived under the tree. Both astonished.
“Capture, Kang Debur!” said Alma.
Alma then reached for something in Gibas Madar's pants and pulled it. He pulled a thread slightly thick in red. The thread was none other than Alma's heirloom weapon named the Blood Deva Thread.
Apparently, the thread bound Gibas Madar's body and hung it on a tree. With the thread drawn into the arm of Alma's robe, Gibas Madar's body fell down. Debur Angkara caught it.
“How can you save him, Alma?” asked Magar Kepang who could not believe what she saw.
“Hahaha!” alma's laughter due to Magar Kepang was confused to see what was happening. He then explained in detail. “When I came here, I took off my real weapons that they didn't see. My mind ties up her body too. So other than that rope tying his body, my mind was also hanging him. When his leg was pulled, my mind gouged his body so that it spasm. His neck was indeed strangled by the rope, until his tongue stuck out, but not until the strongest giggling because the one that really hung his body was my hand. So the top is, my mind hangs its body, not the rope. That's why he doesn't struggle when hanging, because it's directly impaled by my mind. Do you guys understand?”
Magar Kepang and Debur Angkara answered with a slab.
“Hahaha!” Alma laughed. “I have explained as clearly as you see your palms, but you still do not understand. Anyway, I saved her using my mind.”
“Thank you, Nisanak. Thank you, Kisanak!” gibas Madar said after his breathing returned to normal.
“What's your name?” ask Alma.
“Gibas Madar.”
“Why are you hanged?” tanya Magar Kepang was curious.
“I'm accused of abducting Gelis Sibening. Though I swear, I'm not the kidnapper!” answer Gibas Madar.
“Who Gelis Sibening?” ask Debur Angkara.
“Princess Demang Baremowo. The woman was his young wife Demang,” replied Gibas Madar again. (BH)
