Alma's Journey Looking for a Mother

Alma's Journey Looking for a Mother
Flashback 4: Bulukubi Village Surge

Tong tong entong…!

“Village attacked! Village attacked...!” shouted a young man of the village as he struck a fart with the spirit of the first night.

The sound of tongs that were timid plus the cry of panic made the entire village of Bulukubi so surprised. They quickly panicked.

The parents quickly ran there to find their children to be secured inside the house. What makes it troublesome is because the children actually play hide and seek in the twilight. The livestock were immediately secured as safe as possible, even the cage was covered with grass that was still green.

The women who are young to old should also be kept in the safest place, which is in the latrine or on top of coconut trees and other safe places, which about the wicked do not think.

Luckily Bulukubi Village has a security task force led directly by the Village Chief. So if there's a security breach like this, they can handle it.

The head of Bulukubi Village was a medium-bodied man of half a century. He wore a yellow blangkon, a blangkon color that defies tradition. He was wearing white black pants, like a new employee accepted work. His name is Ki Lumoh Suwi. He held a keris in his left hand.

Together with Ki Lumoh Suwi participated fifteen men who were on average young and had a style like a village hero, who was ready to die to defend the land of birth. In fact, most of them wear clothes without buttons, as if deliberately showing off between their athletic chest. Each of them brought a machete. Both the gloved ones want the antisarung, still pass the sensor to show.

“Hua hua hua!” there were many people shouting from the river.

The screams of many voices instantly shrunk Ki Lumoh Suwi's guts. He could immediately sense that the group that came attacking the village was larger than his security task force.

There was no need to wait long to prove Ki Lumoh Suwi's conjecture. From the direction of the river appeared a group of dozens of people, almost all of them men and all of them were drenched. They each raised their weapons.

Uniquely, Sugang Laksama and Jura Paksa joined the group, even impressed as leaders.

“Hua hua hua!” shouted the pirates who were Cucum Mili's men.

Seeing dozens of pirate members who are more professional style as troublemakers, the guts of Ki Lumoh Suwi and his fifteen security task force were killed before the demonstration.

“Hihihi! We're welcomed!” yell Cucum Mili. He then snapped at Ki Luwoh, “Less polite!”

“Lack of courtesy!” snapped all the Cucum Mili's men together.

Ki Lumoh Suwi and the fifteen joking warriors were so jolted in shock, that they retreated in action.

“We are guests, why are you greeted with a machete, huh?!” snaps Cucum Mili.

“Your colors also come with weapons!” reply Ki Lumoh Suwi.

“Seraaang!” shouted Cucum Mili to his men.

“Hua hua hua!” shouted the group of Stone Crab Pirates while simultaneously attacking the Village Chief and his security task force.

“Ampun for mercy!” shouted the members of the task force while crouching in fear and holding his head, not daring to raise his face.

“Yaaa!” the cheers of the pirates were disappointed while resisting the attacks of their respective weapons.

“Who are you?” asked Cucum Mili while pointing at Ki Lumoh Suwi.

“I'm the village head here,” replied Ki Lumoh who is now so humble and softened, has lost his indecency and courage.

“Did you guys hide a pretty white girl who drifted in the river?” ask Cucum Mili.

“No!” answer Ki Lumoh.

“Aaah! I shouldn't have asked, you guys definitely answered ‘no’!” cucum Mili. Then he shouted to all his men, "Check all the houses!"

Then the pirates spread out. Every house they entered forcibly, checking every room to gawk at the well. The door that was locked from inside them was broken.

Their actions made the villagers nervous. A number of children who were in the arms of their parents were crying out of fear. How not to be afraid, they look nothing friendly or hilarious. Turn there's a cheap smile, his teeth are all black.

There are also pirates who prank, not only scare the boy, but the grandmothers peot was made sawan.

After searching there and here, the pirates returned and reported to the Crab Queen.

"Report, Chief! The boy is invisible!"

"Lapooors! The blankooong!"

"No one, Chief!"

"The boy doesn't exist, Chief. Bigger and prettier there is, Chief!"

After many people reported, not a single report was encouraging.

“Nothing, Chairman, let's go home!” said the last pirate to report.

Plaque!

Cucum Mili patted his men on the head.

“You think who the chairman is, huh?!”

“Both Queen of Crabs!” answer the young pirate whose gray hair has mushroomed. His name is Sugeng Mutih.

“Lack of courtesy!” snatch Cucum Mili again.

“Less Polite!” snapped all the other Cucum Mili's men.

Sugeng Mutih just looked down guilty.

“Village Head, we will spend the night here. Serve our meal and sleep tonight. Take it easy, I'll pay!” the Queen of Crabs said to the Head of Bulukubi Village.

“Good,” replied Ki Lumoh Suwi. Then he said to his five security guards, “You arrange their meals and beds. Relax, you will get paid!”

“Went where is the boy? Did he drift any further?” cucum Mili asked Sugang Laksama who also could not answer, except just guessing.

“Then, if the boy meets, do we have to fight again?” ask Sugang Laksama.

“For what? We have with that gun, won't you marry me?” cucum Mili.

“Hei hey hey! What exactly happened to you two? Why suddenly expect marriage?” tanya Jura Forksa did not understand.

“This friend of yours has raped me, so he must take responsibility!” cucum Mili toilet.

Jura Forced gasped to hear that. He quickly pulled Sugang Laksama's arm and whispered to him.

“Why did you choose to rape the old one? The young and even the willing are many!”

“I didn't rape..”.

Whuss!

Suddenly a wind of powerful blows in high roaring towards the two young men, making Sugang Laksama not continue his words because he chose to jump dodge. Same with Jura Forced.

“Lack of courtesy!” the Maki Cucum Mili.

“Less Polite!” maki's all over Cucum Mili's men too.

“How dare he call me old!” the Gusar Cucum Mili. Then he shouted to Ki Lumoh Suwi, “Village Head! My room will be for two, for me and the young man!”

Sugang Laksama only delicates appointed.

“Cucum, do you want ahem-ehem before marriage?” ask Sugang Laksama protesting.

“Iya!” cucum Mili answered, but still sweet.

“Hahaha! Your gazebo, Sugang!” jura Forksa.

Unbeknownst to them, the condition in Bulukubi Village was monitored by someone from afar. The young man without clothes and only in black pants immediately ran to sneak around, then took a horse tethered in the plantation.

Riding on the horse, the young man left Bulukubi Village.

Towards dark, he finally arrived at Tulukotek Village which is the capital city for Kademangan Telubotak.

“What's up, Milled?” demang Banuseta asked as the young man from Bulukubi Village faced.

“Bulukubi Village is overrun by pirates, Ki Demang!” report a young man named Giling.

“What?!” shock Demang Banuseta.

Demang Banuseta was a fifty-year-old man. His body was somewhat fat and somewhat short, plus his hair was a bit straight. He always had a cool keris on his back. (BH)
