Chapter 39

After Andika came out of the bathroom, Tia moved and now changed she who went in to clean her body.

And for a while he came out wearing a sleeping shirt with trousers that Bimo brought for him.

Tia looked for her lover's whereabouts, she walked over and her gaze stopped when she saw Andika was busy in the apartment kitchen. He approached Andika with slow steps hoping that the man could surprise the man.

"Darling …." Andika spoke before him. "Sit down, I'll make our dinner" he continued, but Tia did not comply, the girl approached to see what cooking her lover wanted to make.

"Do you like pedis?" andika asked Tia a small nod by her lover.

"Done," he said, showing two bowls of soup he had prepared. "Let's go, baby" he asked as he sat down at the dinner table.

Tia smiled and sat down in front of her boyfriend. He looked at the soup that Andika had made, blew slowly and then put it in his mouth.

"How does it feel?" andika asked curiously when the first spoon had landed in Tia's mouth.

"Nriv …." Tia replied without looking at him, she again enjoyed the soup which still looked very hot.

Drrttt .

 

The ringing of the cell phone made the two humans stare towards the sound.

"Let me see." Tia moved on to see who had called her. "Dad," he muttered as he looked at the name of the caller on the front screen of his phone. 

He did not answer yet, he walked quickly to go back to Andika who was still at the dining table.

"Dad called, talk quickly," added Tia and immediately put her flat object next to Andika's ear.

"Hello Father …." Andika spoke while looking at Tia who was sitting beside her.

"Is Tia with you?"

"Yes Dad .. I just wanted to call you, but you've already called first" he explained, adding a small laugh at the end of his sentence.

"Sneaky basis, if I don't call, you guys definitely don't tell." Gunawan's voice rambled across, Andika just grinned in response. Unlike Tia, the girl looks guilty for forgetting to tell her parents.

"Yes, I think you remember what time Tia was going to drive home." Gunawan is back. 

"Well Dad," answered Andika understood. After that, the phone connection was switched off.

"Darling …." Andika resuscitated Tia from her daydream, the girl was aghast and raised both eyebrows, asking for answers as to why Andika had surprised her.

Andika smiled, then she scooped the soup from her bowl and pointed it at Tia's mouth.

Why do you look so scared, I just took you to dinner not to elope. Andika said in her heart with a smile looking at Tia.

"But I'm afraid that you're angry." Tia answered as if knowing the heart of her lover. 

"Darling .. Daddy won't be angry, if he's angry, I'll marry you tonight too.!" Andika looked at Tia so closely with a voice that sounded very serious.

The lip line on the girl's face was again visible after hearing her lover's words. After feeling more relieved, he again ate his soup that had felt a little cold.

After they were done, Tia lifted up the dirty dishes and brought them into the sink. 

Andika stared fixedly at Tia who was seen rinsing the dishes of her former meal.

"I feel like I want to get married as soon as possible" he muttered so slowly as he continued to stare at Tia's back.

Drrttt .

The ringing of the phone was heard again, but this time it sounded different and it was definitely not from Tia's phone.

Andika immediately turned her steps towards the room to look at her phone.

"Yes Bimo" he said

"I'm sorry I have disturbed you, sir, but this is very important" said the voice from across

"What's wrong?" andika asked confused

"Mr Iskandar .. he fell from the building that is being built Mr," said Bimo sounding soft.

Andika digested well the words of her assistant, her whole body felt trembling, she sat down because her knees could no longer support herself. He turned his phone back to his ear to ask.

"Then ... ba ... how is Papa?" ask her with a trembling voice.

"The crisis sir." Bimo sighed heavily, he also grieved with the calamity that had befallen his master.

"Supply the helicopter, we leave tonight, too" Andika said and tried to think positive, she then turned off the phone, and approached Tia who was watching television.

"Darling …." Andika called out in a soft voice.

"Hey, what's up?" tia asked him when she saw the look on the man's face that looked not okay.

"Papa .. Papa, he fell from the building at work," he explained with trembling lips, Tia immediately sprinkled and hugged him. He was also shocked to hear the news.

"Where is Papa now?" tanya Tia who still hugged her lover tightly.

"America …." Andika sounded very heavy to voice. As for Tia, she widened her eyes when she learned of the whereabouts of her future father-in-law. (How does it feel to have a future in-law? Wkwkwk, advanced ok:v)

"Then? Are you going there?" tia asked who had taken off her embrace and looked into Andika's eyes deeply. The man nodded slowly and hugged Tia's tiny body again.

"When?" tia asked again, her voice sounding heavy to say that. It felt like he wanted to ban Andika from leaving, but he again realized that this was an emergency.

"Tonight .. but, I promise it won't be long" Andika said as she tightened her arms, and kissed Tia several times on the top of her head. The girl nodded only slowly.

"Excuse me Tu ..." Bimo had not yet finished his sentence, he again closed the apartment door when he found the two humans hugging each other tightly. 

"Bimo, come in.!" Andika slightly shouted for her voice to be heard by Bimo.

After chatting for a while to Bimo, the three of them immediately walked out of the apartment and stepped into the lobby to immediately rush away.

"Did Mama and Gita know about this?" he asked Bimo and the man shook his head.

"I haven't told them Mr" Bimi replied between their steps.

"Good, don't let this news spread, I'll see Papa firsthand" he said and Bimo nodded. Tia only heard the words of the two men. He just followed the steps of Andika who continued to embrace his shoulders.

They crowded the elevator to get down. After the elevator door opened again, Andika again accelerated her steps to go to the parking area.

Bimo opened the door for his employer, Tia and Andika immediately entered, then Bimo entered and sat in the steering chair. He turned on the mobio engine and immediately drove across the city streets, which were quite crowded at night.
