"Aletta! Aletta!"

Aletta answered softly. The girl tried to open both eyes. However, only a vague shadow was seen. Their voices were far away, but Aletta realized she had to open her eyes.

Arsenic, ....

Dioneels, ....

Aletta finally woke up and realized. Although still limp, but Aletta was able to sit leaning on the sofa, where she fell earlier.

Someone brought him a glass of warm water and helped him to drink. After her thirst was quenched, Aletta felt much better.

He looked at a woman sitting in front of him and looked at her anxiously.

"Do we not need to take him to the doctor? Is he gonna be okay? It was terrifying, seeing her suddenly fall like that," Aletta could faintly hear what the woman was saying.

Aletta tried to remember, what was the name of the beautiful woman. The raisya? The praline? The shaline? Raline's? "No-, Miss Raline, ...."

Feeling her name being called, Raline immediately sat down beside Aletta and clasped the little girl's hand. "Yes, Honey? Do you want me to take you to the hospital? Or, just tell me how you feel, I'll help you as much as I can,"

With all her might, Aletta tried to sit up straight. Sandra, who saw her favorite employee faint, was also worried. "You want to go home?"

Aletta shook her head. After all, his working hours had not been completed and besides, there was something he had to finish with this woman named Raline and Dioneel. Yes, he must be strong!

"I'm fine, just a little dizzy. But, right now, I've been feeling a lot better" Aletta replied.

After gathering her strength, Aletta invites Raline to a test drive. The girl sat next to Raline who was ready behind the wheel.

"Sorry before, you said you knew Arsen?" aletta asked, starting her question without further ado.

Raline, who was driving at the time, nodded her head. "Yes, right. I liked him a long time ago. But, he still thinks I'm a friend,"

"I'm Aletta, Arsen's sister," said Aletta introducing herself once more.

Instantly, Raline braked suddenly and the car stopped. "You what?"

"His sister is Arsen" replied Aletta who now has mastered herself well.

Raline's two eyes now looked at Aletta with a look of disbelief. "How could you be Arsen's sister! M-, I mean, how is Arsen now? Is he still alive?"

"Why are you asking if my Brother is still alive or not? What really happened to him?" ask Aletta.

Raline lowered her head and then she tapped her finger on the wheel. He did not know how to start this story, because he himself did not see the incident directly at that time.

"The day after the incident, I went to their headquarters to meet Arsen. We often met there, because for arsenic and its herd their headquarters is a second home to them and they are more comfortable there than in any luxury place. But all I met was Dioneel and Javas. From there I knew what happened to arsenic because Dioneel told me everything" Raline replied in a bitter voice.

Meanwhile, Aletta tries to reopen the bad memories of her past that she does not want to recall. The memories were so bitter and painful to him.

"One day, ..." said Aletta.

One day, Aletta was about to go to work. Two policemen came to his rented house. Arsen and Aletta are orphans. Both of his parents had abandoned him since they were children. This forced them to be taken care of by their other families, until Arsen finally found a job and they decided to live independently.

That morning, two police officers came to Aletta's rented house, saying Arsen was in the hospital in a terrible condition.

Aletta quickly came to the hospital and as the police said, Arsen almost died. He was unconscious, with wounds all over his body, not to mention, the blood that kept flowing from his nose nonstop.

Aletta who was still confused, signed a letter of approval to do the action with trembling hands. During Arsen's in the operating room, the police explained what happened.

"A man called us this morning. He said a man was beaten by a number of motorcycle gangs before dawn. The man gave us the location and address of the scene. Once we arrived, we just found your brother lying on the street that resembles a motorcycle track with conditions like this and he was only alone there," said the first police officer.

His friend nodded. "Yes, we also tracked down the person who called our office, but the number was off and we couldn't find him,"

Aletta's tears just dripped from her beautiful eyes. "I never knew my brother was involved in a biker gang."

Then, the girl stood up and walked over to the operating room. Aletta hopes her brother can be saved.

An hour passed, though,

Two hours have passed, now,

For up to three hours, the doctor who operated on Arsen had not yet come out of the operating room. Is it that bad? Aletta's mind was already running around here and there. She was afraid that her brother would not survive. He will be a kara in this world.

Aletta was crying again. "Sister, if you die, Aletta's coming, too,"

The operation that was done to Arsen has lasted for 8 hours, until finally the doctor came out of the operating room with a tired face.

Aletta immediately stood up to the doctor. "B-, how's my sister, Doc? Is it still alive?"

The doctor shook his head. "We've done everything possible and, ...."

Aletta fell to the floor as soon as the doctor said that. She was no longer able to endure her grief, let alone to hear the news of her brother's death.

A couple of nurses ran and carried Aletta to the hospital room. The girl was given first aid and was fitted with an infusion tube, considering that from the morning the girl had not put anything into her stomach.

"Luckily, we almost lost two people today" the nurse said.

"K-, my brother didn't survive?" aletta asked, her tears flowing and wetting both her cheeks.

The nurse smiled. "Hopefully your brother will come to his senses soon. The operation is over, it's just that your brother isn't conscious. You have to be strong, yes,"

Aletta pulled out the infusion that was stuck on the back of her hand. "I want to see my brother! If you die, I will come too! I don't want to be alone, Sister! Where's my brother?"

The nurses tried to calm Aletta down and reattach her infusion. However, Aletta continued to rebel and cried roaring. "Depart, Sister! I'm gonna die! I want to follow my family! Nurse, help! I want to follow them to death! The nurse! Brother!"

After that, Aletta did not know what happened. Because that very second, a doctor came and injected something into Aletta's body and put the girl to sleep.

Raline gasped at Aletta's story. He hugged the girl and held her tight. "I never knew there was such an incident. I should have found out. I'm sorry,"

"It's okay, Miss. Come to think of it, it was better that then my brother would not have to wake up, as he would suffer for a lifetime. As soon as he regained consciousness, he forgot about himself and always shouted every time a stranger came. All the stuff he threw and he went berserk and angry so much" Aletta said again with a choked voice.

Raline wiped her tears. "Where is he now? Is he healed?"

Aletta shook her head. "The doctor said my brother has not progressed. So, the condition is still like that. It's just that right now, he's been much calmer and has had to take medicine every single time of his life,"

"Oh, Aletta," Raline again hugged Aletta and stroked the girl's hair, like a sister comforting her sad little sister.

"May I meet Arsen?" ask Raline again.
