The Nicholas Cayman Family

Alice moved to the front of the castle gate while Alesse watched her in secret.

At first the guards intercepted her and barred her from entering, but after a servant recognized Alice's face, he allowed her inside.

"You! How did you get inside?" shout Selena. Of course Alice was immediately shocked for a moment, she did not expect to be faced with a horrible-looking woman.

Nicholas came in with a waiter who appeared to be holding a baby. Selena immediately showed her cold attitude and left them.

"Did? Who'sis that? Baby?" Alesse who was observing started frowning. "Huh, it turns out that this kind of thing also happened not only in the king's palace," he concluded what he saw.

Shortly after Darius appeared, he was in disbelief when he saw Alice's face. "You are. You are really similar to him," he said dumbfoundedly, he was about to touch Alice's face.

Alice was surprised to see the burly man, she did not think that the man was the older brother Alesse meant. Before Darius could touch her face, Alice immediately dodged.

"Is there Alice? We haven't seen each other in a long time! You don't miss me? Isn't that why you came here?" darius asked, in the end he hugged Alice.

"Oh, yes! Alice! Look at her! He is our brother!" exclaim Darius.

Suddenly a dark aura began to appear around Alice's body. He did not understand what was really going on, which was obvious after Darius hugged him, his body felt even hotter.

"Wine! Alice! We'd better switch right now!" Alesse. "Ofless? That's you? How did your voice come into my head?" ask Alice in astonishment.

"It's a manipulation of sound waves, I can use electric current to make sound turn into electromagnetic waves" said Alesse.

"Where are you?" ask Alice. "Above you" said Alesse. "What do you want me to do?" ask Alice.

"Change your position with me, then go to the inn and rest, it seems like you are starting to get Dracal Fever, your dark aura is starting to appear. If left unchecked, you might pounce on Darius and suck his blood" Alesse said. "Ba.. well," said Alice, he did as Alesse commanded.

Now Alesse is in his position to face the family. Darius showed him a baby. Alesse could only stare at Nicholas with a sliced face then leave the two of them behind.

"Mom and Alice why? What's with their eyes?" darius asked with his innocent face. Nicholas did not reply, he could only turn his face away from hearing the question.

Finally the meal time arrived, a new sight was seen in the dining room. A waiter joined the dining room while holding a baby.

Alesse continued to stare at the waiter who did not feel uncomfortable at all despite having to join the big family.

Infuriated by Alice's gaze, Nicholas broke down the table. He made the cold atmosphere of the dining room break with the sound of crying babies. The man ordered the waiter sitting next to him to leave the dining room with the baby.

"What have you been looking at since? Why did you suddenly come to this house?" ask Nicholas. "A.. Dad, don't be so loud! You just made our sister cry" said Darius.

Nicholas did not press him, he looked at Alesse with a hateful look.

Alesse stopped eating his food, he began to play the knife in his hand to chop the meat in front of him.

"After a long time studying in school, there was one thing that was interesting to me. Did you know that humans are divided into two great races? Actually far from our earth there are referred to as ordinary humans. They claim that they are holy men, while we are demon men" Alesse said.

"Alice, what are you saying?" ask Darius. "I'm talking about loyalty and betrayal. Humans have abilities that are not owned by us, they can be brave towards people who are in power or even stronger than him. That's what makes them so special. Betrayal, cheating, cunning, envy, spite all dominate their hearts" said Alesse.

"Aless! I don't understand what you're saying" said Darius. "The muscle will not understand the language we use like the difference in language between humans and animals, you should just be quiet" said Alesse. He tried to set up his fork by sticking it on pieces of meat.

"You know what makes us different from the HOLY man? We still have animal-like instincts, subject to strong people, to rulers, there is a seal that makes us never think about betraying our kings and masters. Unfortunately, there are exceptions for you, the men," Alesse said, staring at Darius and Nicholas. Darius could only swallow because Alesse looked at him with a sharp look.

Again Darius did not understand what he said, even though the gaze of everyone in the dining room was clearly on Nicholas as a topic of conversation.

"That's why boys can sometimes experience Cursed Conditions, they have the potential to betray their father, damage his pride or even want to kill him. What if a servant woman betrays her master, the mistress of this house, by adultery? It would not be long until he finally experienced the Cursed Condition as well. He would die tragically from not being able to withstand all the dark aura that enveloped his body. The dark aura will swallow his life slowly," said Alesse.

Somehow his words made Selena a little amused. He looked very cold, but he started to smile.

"Alice! Take good care of your mouth! How could you say that!" darius. "I didn't do anything bad. I just want to tell you the facts. Shouldn't you be careful? What if that servant girl suddenly experienced a Cursed state and made a fuss inside this majestic castle?" ask Alesse.

Not long ago he spoke, a noise appeared. A servant shouted in fear. Upset that someone is disturbing the peace of his meal, Nicholas vents it by breaking down the table.

He also tried to check what was really going on. "What's up with the noise here? I told you to work by hand! Not with your mouth!" shouted Nicholas.

He was surprised to find the waiter who gave birth to the child was pointing a knife at the guards. He also threatened to kill the baby in his carrier.

The woman's way of speaking was increasingly ambiguous while her eyes began to roll as if she was about to convuls. Dark aura appeared around his body.

"I didn't think it would happen this fast, maybe he heard our conversation inside and became very frightened. It turns out that the privacy in this castle is not as good as it was talked about," said Alesse.

"It's gonna cause damage here! Get rid of it right now!" selena panicked. "Ja.. don't! What about my sister?" darius asked, he looked worried about the baby who kept crying in the woman's arms.

"Hurry and get rid of him now! We can all be wretched if he goes berserk here! The child is no longer helped!" selena.

Nicholas was really in a dilemma, he didn't know what to do and soon the woman would lose consciousness.

"It's all your fault that it started. Making any woman give birth to your child is a big mistake, maybe you can only vent your lust once, or twice. But your son bore shame all his life" said Alesse.

He approached the woman who seemed to have almost lost control. "I will help you because you gave birth to our sister" Alesse said. He began to take a deep breath.

That was when a majestic horn suddenly emerged from his head. A dense dark aura began to fill the room, Alesse took the baby in the woman's hand as he was stunned to see the dark aura of hers.

He handed the baby to Nicholas and then went back to face the woman. "You did a disappointing thing to your son before he was even born. Do not think of giving birth to your master's child as a shortcut to becoming a rich person, you have sacrificed your child's self-esteem" said Alesse. After he patted the woman on the nape, the dark aura around him disappeared instantly.

People were still dumbfounded to see what he had just done.

"Oh, yeah! Instead, since I have resolved this matter, I hope you give the academy a letter regarding my absence from class for months, ", Alesse said. Nicholas did not respond to his words, he was still silent after Alesse finished the commotion.

Alesse also went out of the castle, he did intend to stop for a while in the family.

Not until he exited the gate did Darius run towards him and restrained his arm. "Let's stay longer, we've only met after all this time, haven't we?" ask Darius.

"You think so?" ask Alesse. "Alice! What's the way you talk? Why are you like this?" darius asked as he held onto both of Alesse's shoulders.

"Your hands are heavy! Get rid of it!" Alesse. "Come on, we can tell you a lot about life in the academy" Darius said.

"Oh, it seems like your life is a lot of fun being in the central city! You want to compare it to my life in the border town? You want to know the vigilance that continues to torment the hearts of those who are there? Every day they were enveloped in fear that the other kingdom would attack their place. It is fortunate that those who live in that place are knights, or military people, or like our families who are proficient in the art of fencing and martial arts. Those on the border there are just ordinary people who are weak" Alesse said, then left Darius.

The teenager looked deathly pale as if his girlfriend had just decided.
