13. Rips

Today the Osis held a meeting until late at night because there is an agenda for tomorrow morning. The plan is no learning from morning to afternoon because of the kartinian event at school. The osis children have also finished decorating at the school gor, decorating the stage themed R.A Kartini. 

The clock has shown at eleven o'clock in the evening, but Kaila's invitation hasn't come yet. He was afraid of being alone in the security guard post. About fifteen minutes ago, Dave offered a splash for Kaila, not just to help but also mode. But Kaila refused, she chose to sit alone waiting for an invitation to go home with Dave. Actually Dave did not have the heart, but whatever the power because Kaila had refused. 

Eleven o'clock after three minutes, someone wearing a motorbike came in front of the gate. Kaila was getting scared and trembling, cold sweat coming out of her body. He glanced at who the person who came was, of course it wasn't Brother Kaila. Bintang must have put on a car to pick him up.

Kaila straightened her body and seeing whose help was coming, a familiar voice in her ear made her stand up and smile happily. "Geez Rey, make your surprise. I guess who, you're gonna want me to go home, right?" Guess Kaila. 

Reynand stared at the unfamiliar Kaila, unlike the usual gaze she let out. She seemed to dislike the smile Kaila had said. It made Kaila remove her smile and relax. "Who if you also, soon surely Abang gua sampe."  

Kaila sat back down, right and left looking for the whereabouts of her brother who had not yet come. He had already thought about what kind of talk he would get out of his mouth for that annoying big brother of his. Reynand saw Kaila squeezing, She remained standing without any chatter. "Well, let's go home." Without an answer from Kaila, Reynand pulls Kaila's right hand to walk to his bike. 

"Udah deh Rey, cave gapapa really. My brother promised to pick me up." Kaila went back to looking for where her sister is now. 

"He won't pick me up." Reynand. 

"Maybe, the man he promised." Kaila still defended herself, not to lose to Reynand. 

"Udah let's go home, brother lo ga will pick you up. He told me to pick you up at school." Kaila narrowed her eyes, not expecting that her brother was that cruel. He was getting upset, especially those who were ordered to pick up Reynand. For a few days, he had no communication with Reynand. 

"But why is my brother doing elo? Then why can't my brother pick me up?" Ask Kaila nerocos.

After that, Ratna and Reynand came out of Kaila's room, they had a little chat. "Thank you, Rey, you're gonna pick me up." Said Ratna, smiling at Reynand. 

"Yes Auntie, the same." They began to walk, accompanied by small talk. 

"Oh yeah Tan, Om ain't you ever seen?" Reynand asked, He doesn't know that Ratna and Efan are broken up.

"Om the same Auntie divorced Rey, so Om got out of the house." Ratna. 

"Sorry Tan, I don't know." 

"Yes, it's Rey." 

Reynand said goodbye before, Ratna had offered to sit down and enjoy the food, but Reynand refused because the night was late. "Rey said goodbye to Auntie." 

Reynand kissed the back of Ratna's hand, Ratna nodding with a smile. Reynand started to step away, before he got on his bike he got a message. He immediately took his phone out of his pants pocket and opened the message.

Yes equally. 

Before Dave gets home from school, he calls Reynand to pick up Kaila, even if Dave doesn't ask her to come and Reynand picks up Kaila for a request from Kak Bintang. Dave waits for Reynand's arrival while keeping Kaila close and not even looking at each other, he's unlikely to leave Kaila alone on that late night. Although Dave and Reynand never get along, Dave lowers his prestige and ego so that Kaila can return home safely. 

Reynand started driving the bike, he was sleepy because the time was midnight. The air that hit him on the road was cold, until several times he grabbed his jacket. He realized that he should not have come home this late, maybe his mother would be angry when she saw herself slumping because it was too late. 

Arriving in front of the house, Reynand walked in with a racing heart. His language was deliberately kept so as not to be heard by Mama or his sister, he hoped that the key to his house did not hang behind the door. Reynand tries to open the door to her house, but she can. He always carries a spare key combined with his motor key. Although sometimes it cannot be opened because there is another key hanging on the door. 

Reynand opened the door, slowly until it did not create a single thought. He looked around, the living room lights were already turned off. It also seems that her mother was asleep.

How shocked Reynand was when the living room lights suddenly lit up, his mother caught a boy walking around sneaking around. His face looks cruel as usual. 

"Your mom told you, if you're hanging out, don't go home at night. Where are you?" Ask Mama. 

"Abis picked up Kaila, she just got home Ma." 

"Where's it coming from?" Ask her mother again. 

"School, he's an osis kid. There's a show tomorrow at school." Reynand said her Mama's face seemed to change. Not looking as sinister as before, Reynand was able to calm down because her Mama's face changed. 

"Well, it turns out that Kaila's mom is divorced." Reynand said as she approached her mother. 

"Divorce? Is that really you?" Ndari sounded shocked also in disbelief. 

"Yes, now we're home." 

Coupled with some of Reynand's stories about both of Kaila's parents, she takes pity on Kaila. The only thing that worries me is mental Kaila. "Tomorrow Mama will go there." Cetus Ndari suddenly.

Reynand looked at that worried face, she could guess what Kaila was covering up. He quickly got up from his seat, walking to follow where Kaila had gone alone. Today Kaila looks beautiful in her opinion, with her hair fastened. The nuances of kartini on him are clearly visible. 

Reynand follows Kaila unbeknownst to her, until Kaila turns into the bathroom. Reynand's hand blocked Kaila's hand, stopping her for a second. Kaila stopped stepping and saw who was preventing her, He told her that her skirt had been torn. 

"Why?" Ask Reynand. 

Kaila looked at Reynand confusedly.

Reynand did not answer Kaila's question, He took off the batik cloth under his shirt as a decoration and gave it to Kaila. 

"This cake is for nutupin." 

Kaila frowned, wondering where Reynand knew if her skirt was torn. He was silent, doing nothing. 

"Then think, nih." Said Reynand while giving the batik cloth to Kaila. 

Not waiting for long, Kaila went into the bathroom, Reynand waited outside. Although it looks not suitable, but at least the cloth can cover the skirt Kaila. Finished wearing it, Kaila exits the bathroom and sees Reynand staying leafy in her original position. Both Reynand's hands were in front of his chest, his body rested on the wall, and his legs crossed like a thug waiting for his prey.

Kaila then walked back to the gor leaving Reynand who was smiling because she was flattered by Kaila. He looked up when Kaila stepped away, he walked quickly to follow Kaila's departure.

REYNAND

Later in the afternoon cave wait in the usual parking lot.

Dara's face slumped, feeling sad because Reynand mentioned Kaila's name in front of him. 

"Anterin can I go home, can't you?" Ask Dara.

Reynand rolled her eyeballs, confused what to do. Soon Kaila will be going to the parking lot. Reynand stared at Dara who gave a hopeful face, according to him this opportunity is also a pity to be missed. Because Dara is a quiet and innocent figure, for the first time Dara asked Reynand for help. 

"Gass Rey." Cetus Maul's. 

Reynand smiled, "Yes, come on." 

Reynand and Dara begin to walk home, while Kaila is bothered by some orders from the head of the osis. It's been over ten minutes, but he hasn't left yet. After she finished, Kaila rushed to the parking lot to meet Reynand. He didn't see Reynand at all, the parking lot was very quiet. There are only a few motorcycles without occupants. Kaila decides to wait for Reynand, for fifteen minutes. 

It's been fifteen minutes beyond Reynand hasn't come yet either. He was furious because he was tired enough and had to wait for Reynand for that long. Kaila then walked to the gate to go home, he met Bimo and Maul who were also walking out of school. 

"Bim, you see Reynand?" Ask Kaila to Bimo. 

"He's gone with the underclassmen." Sahut Maul, forgotten by the name that is often called Reynand. 

"Yes Kai, again go with Dara." Bimo is completing.

"Oh, yeah, thank you." Kaila. 

Kaila is so upset with Reynand, if you know so surely Kaila has been home since. No need to waste time waiting, it is better to lie down at home. Kaila wagged her hand to signal the blue angkot to her house to stop. The freight stopped as well, he immediately climbed her up and went home.
