ABUSIVE HUSBAND DIRTY SECRET

ABUSIVE HUSBAND DIRTY SECRET
CHAPTER 9 | BIRTHDAY PARTY

Hannah was busy with housework in the morning. Now a holiday, she wants to spend a lot of time with her son.

"Darling ..., what are you cooking?" Jinyoung hugged Hana from behind. Fragrant fresh strawberries spread to Hana's nose, Hana believes Jinyoung is wearing her shampoo.

"Morning hun, I cooked bulgogi for your breakfast," Hana replied as she continued to be busy with her cooking without turning to Jinyoung.

*(Bulgogi is a typical Korean meat processing)

"Well I'm so hungry" Jinyoung took off her arms and sat down at the dinner table looking at Hana's slender waist. "I was unintentionally idling your phone," Hana did not respond, but Jinyoung could see Hana was a little surprised, as Hana stopped her hand for a moment.

"That's Seera, she said you should come to her birthday party and look forward to a gift from you," Jinyoung looked towards Hana who was preparing her breakfast plate on the table. Then take it for himself and sit down in front of Jinyoung.

Hana can feel Jinyoung's gaze continuing towards her for not responding to what Jinyoung is talking to her.

Hana sighed nervously, before returning Jinyoung's gaze. "Hun ..., sorry didn't tell you earlier. I invited Seera to come to her party, I already turned her down, but it seems like she hasn't given up. But I really won't come, I'll give her the gift when she's done on leave." Hannah answered carefully.

Although Jinyoung has promised to change, but Hana is well aware that Jinyoung does not like Seera who always speaks anything as she pleases.

"You can go." Jinyoung said flatly.

"N-no, I really have already rejected her invitation, I will not leave," Hana lowered her head and continued to cut the meat on her plate in fear.

"I'm serious you can go, but don't come home late from 9 p.m. And also I want you to bring Soobin, because I'm gonna be late at the office, so I can't take care of her."

Hana watched her husband eat quietly and casually. Hana did not know what to answer, she was afraid that her husband was just testing her.

"H-hun ..., are you angry?"

Jinyoung finished her meal and immediately drank, then walked up to Hana who was already on standby with what was about to happen. But what happened was beyond her expectations, Jinyoung kissed Hana's cheek and gently rubbed her hair.

"I'm not angry baby, go, but don't forget what I ordered you. And one more thing, don't smile or talk to just anyone." Jinyoung cupped Hana's face to look at her.

"Do you understand, baby?"

"Yes hun, I understand and thank you for letting me go."

"Beloved together. Then I go first, say my regards to our son. She must be exhausted from doing housework, to the point of waking up late." Jinyoung immediately took his car keys and prepared to leave.

"Okay hun, please be careful."

Hana stared at Jinyoung's car which was getting away. He was thinking about what Jinyoung said. She was almost ready to leave their marriage because she was fed up with all the beatings and misunderstandings. But he also knew deep down that he wanted to save whatever was left, just because of their son. Leaving Jinyoung is easier said than done. If it was just her and her husband, it would be easier.

During their early years, it may have been difficult for her to let go because she loved Jinyoung so much. As their relationship continued for years, she told herself that whatever her husband lacked, she had to accept it. Good or bad, he thought. But it would always get to the point where he could not accept everything anymore. So he's just gonna ask himself, "do I still love him? Or do I just convey the thought of keeping our promise?."

One thing she always held dear was that she was sure her husband loved her. Jinyoung always appreciated it. He never caught her cheating or even looking at other women. That's why Jinyoung is always jealous if anyone is familiar with her. Because Jinyoung herself has always been loyal to her, Hana thought. So he thought, no matter what problems they face, they can always solve them. As long as the loyalty is still there and Jinyoung's love for her never changes, she thinks everything can be resolved.

Now Jinyoung promises to change, and fix their relationship. Will he finally restore the old relationship they had? He feels full of hope. He thinks it is better to try and try it than to have to go through the more complicated divorce issues.

Hana rests her head on the sofa after washing dishes and making breakfast and Soobin milk. Hana closed her eyes, her head was dizzy.

"Am I not supposed to be happy? Jinyoung allowed me to come to Seera's party, already a proof that she really wanted to change. But why am I even worried?

"Don't drink too much here, please don't hook up or flirt with strangers as you please!!! Take care of your attitude, you know paparazzi can be everywhere." Taejin keeps warning Sangmin repeatedly.

"Yes, yes, I understand brother, don't worry. I'll keep my attitude, okay? Please relax, brother. I'm just gonna sing and enjoy the party." Sipping back the drink in his hand. "Now go to your girlfriend!!! Don't even follow me like this, I feel claustrophobic."

"Okay, I'm leaving. Just watch out if you fuck around."

Sangmin did not look again at Taejin who was walking away while continuously nagging.

"Damn, this is so boring. Why didn't dr. Hannah come? I haven't seen her at all, has her husband locked her up?"

Even until Sangmin finished performing her 2nd song, she still had not seen Hana. He is eager to ask Seera, but does not want to take the risk if Taejin until he finds out that he is liking someone's wife.

Sangmin secluded himself from the crowd, even though the people present were not too many, still Sangmin felt uncomfortable being among them. Sangmin completely stopped playing and sleeping with just any woman, after meeting Hana. While continuing to enjoy the drink, Sangmin decided to relax in the poolside garden, backyard. The house was foreign to him because it was Taejin's house.

But before long his calm was disturbed, by the boy who was carrying a plate filled with food and sitting on the floor by the pool.

"Why can there be a child at an adult's party?" Sangmin nodded to himself in astonishment, as he continued to stare at the boy who was eating voraciously.

"Hi uncle, I'm sorry I didn't see you. Would you eat with me? I have plenty of food, "The boy asked with a mouthful of food.

Sangmin laughed with the boy's cuteness. With big strides, he walked up to the child and sat down nearby.

"No, thank you, I've eaten. Who are you here with?" sangmin asked as he stroked the boy's head lovingly.

"I'm with uncle's mother."

"What's your name?"

The boy had already opened his mouth to answer, but was restrained upon hearing the screams.

"Soobiii ...."

Sangmin looked back and found Hana in her all-white dress, running towards her, or perhaps more precisely at the boy.

"Soobin, I told you not to go far without you. I'm so worried." Firmly Hana who still did not look at all towards Sangmin.

"Sorry mother, I just want to eat quietly here," Soobin kept smiling in response to her upset mother.

"Is this your son Dr. Hannah?" sangmin asked as he looked at Hana who was still with an annoyed expression.

"Oh Mr. Jeon, I'm sorry I didn't realize it was you. And yes, this is my son Soobin." Hana slightly bowed.

"Hey handsome boy, can I talk to your mother for a minute?" Sangmin looked at Soobin who was again busy with her food.

"Yes uncle, I'll wait for you here."

"What are you doing? Off!" whispered Hana, not wanting her son to see her.

Sangmin hugged Hana's waist and possessively led her towards one of the guest rooms.
