A Special Girl's
Chapter 14's

"ALLEN!!!" shouts and shocks in the body disturb the calm sleep of the girl who was wrapped in the blanket.

Whether it's the lucky time Melly did that, but Allena's response was just an unclear rapport that again ended up sleeping again.

"Wake up quickly, if your novels don't want to be scorched!" In the end the threat sentence floated from Melly's mouth.

"Mother..don't bother first, I'm still sleepy.." whined Allena still with her eyes closed.

Melly clucked irritably as she ruffled her waist. As usual, the effect if the daughter stays up is always like this. His night turned into a bat and his day slept like a coma. Wake up if it is not noon, when the sun will sink again.

Melly let out a breath. Waking up Allena made him become tired himself, draining his energy. That's enough. He gave up fighting to make his daughter widen her eyes.

"Alright then, good luck continuing to sleep as much, darling. Oh yeah, in the living room there's someone waiting for you. If there's really no business, I'm gonna tell him to come home."

The body that has not floated perfectly into the dreamland and the ears that still had time to catch the sentence, making Allena's eyes that originally felt sticky managed to open perfectly.

"Mother go du-"

"Wait!" sidelines Allena with reflex movements of his body that immediately sits firmly. "Who is that guy?" tanyanya, to the point.

"Let's see, he must be someone very handsome." Melly gave a seductive smile.

The handsome words spoken by her mother made Allena think not far from the cold-blooded figure she had been trying to avoid. His chest began to feel tight as the incident in the toilet yesterday spun back.

Don't-don't ... An albern?

Allena nibbled at the tip of her index finger, worried. He remembered that promise. Ah, more precisely his agreement with the polar creature.

If not for her mother's words, she wouldn't have opened her eyes and the date would have been canceled. As a reason, that is to fall asleep until noon. As per facts. But if it's like this, lying is free. Albern must have known. And for later? I can be sure the man asked for his replacement. Still good reasonable demand, but if strange? He is not willing.

Allena rubbed her face rough, growling inwardly.

Aghh! Damn for him and his ability to read people's minds!

Allena looked at her mother who was still standing faithfully accompanying her. If he could, he would very much like to ask her for help, only that it would not be possible. Fear is not resolved, but rather complicates the situation. Therefore, the words of the expression were enough to swallow. Although it tastes bitter, the most important is best.

"alright. I'm so gone" Allena broke up in the end, after a moment of hard thinking.

"Oh. So the show you were talking about last night was with him?" Melly shut her mouth, holding the screeches. Allena rolled her lazy eyes. His mother's expression was, indeed, exaggerated. Like a teenager just hatching.

•••

Albern got up from his seat as soon as the figure of the girl who had been waiting for since had been in sight. Her slanted smile was on her charming lips.

"It looks like there's a little bit different from how you look now." That's the greeting sentence this morning for the casual-style charm girl.

Before Albern made her uneasy with the scoundrel looking at her appearance from top to bottom, Allena immediately pointed at her blushing red cheeks.

"Oh, hahaha." Albern chuckled, revealing a row of clean white teeth.

While Allena raised her fist, punching at Albern's shoulder slowly. Honestly he was arrogant to see the man laugh at him. Not only to Albern, but also to his own mother - the stubborn woman smeared blush on his face.

"Let's go! Before I change my mind to cancel everything."

"Well! Looks like someone can't wait to have some fun with me right away." Albern was about to embrace Allena's shoulder, but the girl quickly brushed him off.

"It's not like that." sizzled Allena, then rolled his eyes towards the wall that connects the living room with the kitchen, before continuing. "Just I don't want to make my mom waste time peeking at this unimportant meeting."

Albern glanced in the same direction through the tail of his eyes. At that moment he could see half the head of a middle-aged woman appear behind the wall. It was clearly Melly Johnson who was peeping.

In fact, without turning his head and being told, Albern knew it. It's just that he's trying to behave like a normal human being. Who knows how comfortable and addictive it is?

"Come on!" Suddenly Allena pulled Albern's arm and dragged him out of the house.

The man who was pulled was a little shocked by the girl's sudden treatment. Not as usual. But at the same time happy. Maybe Allena is already starting to get interested in him..

•••

The first place they visited was the city park. It wasn't Albern's choice, it was Allena. He just followed what the girl wanted. As long as a sweet smile was imprinted on Allena's lips, she would be happy as well.

Albern chuckled on the park bench, enjoying the simple and cute view in front of him. There, the Primadona was joking around with little girls while blowing soap balloons. The laughter that rose on Allena's lips had a powerful effect on her heart. A beat of happiness. He hoped that feeling would never go away.

If it had just been silent, now Albern rose up to Allena who was in the crowd of tiny ladies in the distance there.

"Yeah! Handsome Brother Join!" exclaimed one of the little girls with excitement, followed by other sweet friends.

Albern chuckled, then bent his knees and pinched the squeezed cheek of the little girl who had just spoken.

"Awh, brother...sick." whining little girl who is not known by name while wiping her cheek that feels sore.

At that time Allena came and immediately embraced the little girl with affection. He then looked at Albern. "You think it's bread, use all the pinch-pinch events? This is the son of a man, Albern." he scolded by pointing at the face of the little girl.

"Pinch also I don't use energy. Just stick a finger on his cheek. He's just overreacting."

"You are made as weak as anything, your strength still feels. Self-conscious!"

Albern did not reply to Allena again, the little girl immediately broke up. "Stop, stop! Why did the brothers become noisy? About my pain, it was actually just a joke that this handsome brother would caress my cheek."

Allena and Albern looked at each other. A few seconds later, they attacked the little girl with a tickle.

"Ugh, how naughty! You almost messed up our date..."

"Have you started flirty?"

"Haihihah... Stop, Brother... Please... Hihihi," asked the girl on the sidelines giggling her gel. Not for long, though,

"Hey! What's my daughter you guys doing!?" A middle-aged woman ran up to Allena and Albern, then grabbed the body of the little girl in between.

"Sorry, Madam." Allena spoke softly as she elbowed Albern's arm, hinting to apologize as well.

"Girty, honey.. You're okay, right?"

The little girl called Girty shook her head firmly in her mother's arms. "I've made them quarrel and in return they tickle me all out. Here I am wrong," honestly with a sweet funny voice, making anyone who heard it feel anxious.

"Oh. Alright." The mother of the child turned to the two young adults in front of her. "Sorry for my daughter's mistake. And my mistake, too, was to conclude the incident just because it was visible to the eye without knowing the real cause."

"It's okay, we're also sorry for what happened. Your daughter's stomach may become aching as a result of our merciless tickling." Allena laughed softly, followed by the middle-aged woman and Girty.

While Albern, since the existence of the adult woman, his mouth suddenly mute. Even his face looks flat. Not to be surprised, he is so ordinary. It will only show its warm side to certain people. Including the innocent little ones.

•••

At first Girty's mother offered Allena and Albern to join the barbeque party at her home, but not yet had Allena agreed - with the intention just to have fun, Albern had first refused. Of course it makes the inner Allena grumbled annoyed. It's not a matter of his repulsion, it's just that Albern's tone of voice is disturbing. Tartly. Obviously not polite.

Switch to the present time. The second place the couple visited was Disneyland. Just like the beginning, Albern was more fun looking at Allena's face than moving his body to do something.

In Mickey's Toontown - home to the famous Disney cartoon characters - Allena appears to be engrossed in a selfie alongside the clown Minnie mouse. Not to forget, the green tea ice cream in his grasp came along as well.

"Albern!" call Allena while waving to Albern who was standing with his chest closed in a place a few meters away from her.

Once Albern was in front of him, Allena immediately pulled the man's hand to take pictures with the cartoon clown.

"What are you doing?" ask Albern, astonished.

"Just capture the moment. It's my first time playing in a fantasy park, with someone."

"Oh yeah? Turns out I was wrong about you being reluctant to get close to any man."

Allena was silent for a moment. Also true. Why would he want to forget that to Albern?

Allena cleared her throat, soaking her throat which felt dry. "alright. After you spoke that, I changed my mind."

Albern gave a smile while shaking his head. He pinched Allena's cheek, anxious for the umpteenth time. Before Allena nagged, she immediately grabbed onto the girl's shoulder and clenched her tightly. "Not to be shy. Just tell me this is what you want."

Allena gasps. Tongue's cow. Especially when Albern ordered someone passing by to take pictures of the two of them, of course, without a clown between them. His heart was beating fast. Even he gave no resistance, because his sudden body felt stiff.

What's wrong with me? inner wondering.

Cup.

Albern kissed Allena's cheek just as the camera light panned, taking their picture. Allena was shocked, so much so, that her heart rebelled, asking to be thrown from the place where she lived.

He looked up, looking at Albern's sturdy jaw. The man also appeared to be smiling mesemically, displaying his sweet dimples.

I have heard camera shots many times. Allena could not stand this position anymore. Immediately he pulled away, away from Albern's embrace.

"Enough."

"What's wrong?" albern asked, seemingly holding back a smile. Surely he was very satisfied because he managed to torture Allena with the great debaran he made.

"Eerr ... I'm .. hungry," replied Allena, a bit of a wave.

•••

As soon as the restaurant waiter gave the menu book, Allena frowned. Honestly, now he is not in the mood to eat because he had eaten a sandwich in the park earlier. That alone is enough to fill the stomach. But as an urgent situation and a shadow about food passed through his mind, the hungry speech just deviated. Albern was a real bad luck to him.

"Come, order!" In the opposite seat, Albern waited.

Allena looked up while forcing a smile at the man, then turned her head towards where the female servant was standing. "I ordered salad."

"good. Anything else, miss?" the servant asked, but his eyes were straight at Albern.

Mesmerizing gaze. It felt like Allena wanted to just go home instead of having to look at that stupid woman. Fooled appearance. Do not know if the man he is admiring is a fanged creature that at any time can threaten the human population.

Allena cleared her throat loudly, successfully distracting the maid to him. "It's just that."

"If you are, sir?"

Albern shook his head to make the waiter exhale in disappointment. Because, no chance to enjoy the charm of the man in a long time.

"Come, hurry! Wait what else?" urged Allena, implied pushback.

"Yes." Yeah." The waiter passed and the atmosphere began to calm down.

"Well, why?"

"You said hungry. The food might be filling. Order heavy food!"

Allena smiled forcefully. "Thank you, but I'm on a diet. This is enough for me. What matters is his health."

Albern held an amused laugh. That girl's behavior, really adorable. While Allena began to feel a strangeness, eye-inclined probing. A few seconds later, he realized one thing. Mind reader. How could he possibly forget that?

Meaning from the beginning of Albern ... Shit! He pranking!

Allena opened her mouth, intending to shower Albern with all the rough vocabulary she knew. But before that happened, the arrival of a red-haired woman with minus glasses perched on the nose on their table made Allena clench her lips back.

"Hi! You're Allena, aren't you?" ask the woman, a little enthusiastic.

Allena nodded slowly, her attenuation leading to the woman's appearance from top to bottom. Plain black dress with hoodie equipped. He had once felt this aura. Yeah, when I first met Albern.

"Do I know you?" Allena asked to make sure, afraid she forgot if she had previously communicated with the woman.

"Looks not. I just saw you in the magazine and you happened to be here. So, I decided to greet you," said the foreign woman, then reached out in front of Allena. "I'm Kathrine. A fan of Mell Boutique. It's good to see you."

Allena shook that cold hand. "It's nice to know you too."

Whether the feeling alone or not, from this moment on Kathrine's gaze was fixed on Albern. Not an enchanted gaze like most women, but rather closer to ridicule? What's wrong with her? Do they know each other?

Curious, Allena also took a glance at the man who was his opponent sitting. Albern looked tense. His eyes also poked, as well as anxious. Wait, why does the atmosphere become gripping like this?

Kathrine throbs. "Hm, sorry before. Is my arrival bothering you?"

"Yes," Albern replied, directly in a stern tone.

Allena gave the man a warning look to keep her talking. He also dislikes the presence of Kathrine. But he still avoided offending the woman. "No. You just broke our boredom."

"But-"

"Go! Leave us both. You've been interrupting our romantic date," interrupted Albern, no longer holding back his frustration.

"Eh, dating? Alright. Then I'll go first. See you soon." Kathrine smiled as she waved to Allena and Albern.

"Yes, I hope so too." Allena waved back at Kathrine who had started to move away. After that, he turned again to Albern.

"What's wrong with you? Why is it so bad to hurt people?"

"We're dating and they're disturbing. What's wrong with me reprimanding?"

"Not wrong. It's just that you're being too honest with your dislike, let alone expressing it in frontal words!"

"You speak as if you never did it" Albern said with a cynical smile.

"What do you mean?"

"You forgot who I was, Allena. I know everything. Including the cold attitude you've been showing your father."

Allena. Even he didn't know that Albern had been watching his days. Not about the attitude that is now on his mind, but the question of what would happen if the man also knew about the things his father gave him? Again, he had to grieve his stupidity. He just thought about it. Automatic Albern will also know what he is hiding.

STUPID ALLENA!

•••

"Let go, Albern! I'm going home!" Allena held back the pull of Albern in her hand.

"It's not night yet. It's no fun if our date is only until late afternoon." Albern pulled back Allena's arm. I don't know where Albern took him. It was nothing, he was just afraid of traveling with a man in the dark of the sky. Moreover, Albern is a vampire, he still does not believe if the creature is good. "At first, this date is very common. Since I've always been following your will, it's my turn to do it."

"But Albern, tomorrow I have class. If I'm late for waking up, how?"

"I exist to be responsible. Just relax."

"It's easy for you to talk" Allena sneered.

"Easy as I do."

Allena screeched. But in retrospect Albern might have a point. The man will do all things easily, aided by his abilities that are above the average human being. "Ah, come on. I'm tired, want to rest."

"If that's what you want, go ahead! But don't regret that tomorrow your lips will be my meal." Albern grinned.

Hearing that Allena widened her eyes, closed her lips tightly with her free hand, then shook her head firmly. That can't happen.

"Eat according. If this is all that's easier."

Allena gritted her teeth, swallowing her anger into the heart. All he expected was for this to end soon. After that he vowed to eliminate the so-called agreement again in his life. With anyone, being bound by it was really troublesome!

After a few minutes, they finally arrived in front of a place that was dim light. In front there looks a building, I don't know what, but it seems abandoned.

"Good!" albern's orders were to raise his chin towards the wall next to him.

Allena frowned confusedly. "For what?"

"Well, you'll know for yourself."

Allena took a breath. That man, there's only his behavior. But to be quick, Allena just complies. He began to lift his right leg up the wall at that height. And so did Albern.

They stand in positions facing each other. Albern's sudden movement grabbed Allena's waist, making him flinch in shock.

"What are you gonna do?" Allena shriveled, starting to get scared.

"I'll make you happy. Not a crime. Trust me."

The look in Albern's eyes implied what he said was in accordance with the truth. Sangsi, but Allena's head was nodding as well.

"Close your eyes."

Allena closed her eyelids slowly.

"Rilex. Release all the burdens of your mind. Imagine what you want now is happening."

"What is your purpose in doing this?"

"I just want to make your heart calm. Maybe you've been in trouble all this time. So did I. So, for tonight, for a moment we throw away the same problems that exist within us."

Allena tried to digest the words Albern.

"That's it. Don't think too much. Again, I say throw away all the burdens you have on your mind. And imagine your one big wish."

"Yes, I'm starting, no."

Along with Allena who was slowly emptying her mind, Albern tightened a hug on the girl's waist. Astounded. Not because of the embrace, but his body that feels hanging. Allena opened her eyes and put her arm around Albern's neck. They, hovering in the air.

"Oh my God!" Allena closed her eyes as she tightened her grip on Albern, fearing a fall.

"If you close your eyes, I'm trying in vain to take you flying. You won't feel the sensation."

"I'm scared..."

"It's okay. I'm here to protect you."

Doubtful. But as much as possible Allena fights her fear. He opened his eyes again and immediately found Albern's face just inches away from his face. Real close. Until their breaths clashed with each other. The dark has swept the sky. Allena felt tonight that Albern's face looked so bright. The hug is possessive and warming.

"How can you?" allena asked with a trembling tone.

"Of course you can. Is this what you want? Fly."

"Yeah, but-" Allena doesn't know what to say anymore. He was at a loss for words.

What happened, it's unbelievable. So, he ventured to look down. Grudgingly holding back not to close your eyes. What happened was beyond belief. A happy smile rises instantly. Down there, he felt like he was seeing thousands of fireflies with the beauty of their light.

"May I ask you something?" Albern's question again distracts the girl from her admiring preoccupation.

"What?"

"Kiss."

Allena's riveted. Unbelieving, Albern asked for permission like this. "Why are you asking now? Don't you usually always get that without my permission?"

"So, you want to make me always look like a jerk, don't you?"

"B ... no..."

"What then is your answer?" Albern was still pressing, charging the girl in front of him to say a word of certainty.

Allena turned her gaze, facing towards the moonlight. Trying to control the red spots on the cheeks to quickly disappear. If the blush is still there, it may be hidden. But the problem is, when in the park he had removed it with water from the bottle packaging.

"Uhm... whatever." Somehow the word came out of his lips. For sure he still has the prestige to say something clear. "But there are conditions."

Albern's smile shriveled for a moment. "What?"

"All the time tomorrow you'll have to smile at everyone on campus."

"If it's like this, I'd better take it straight away."

"And I'm gonna hate you even more if you do your misery again."

Albern breathed a tired sigh. Then stretched out her right hand, raising Allena's chin to face her face.

For today. The second time, Allena's heart was racing. Their lips are fused. An old kiss covered in a romantic embrace. The king of the night also witnessed the union.

"Love is too abstract to define. I don't know how I feel about you either. Sorry, even if God gave it to her, I'm not sure I'd be able to express it."

A whisper that can thrill the heart of an Allena Johnson. He just smiled wryly in response. Not knowing why, his heart felt disappointed by the little thing.

What is possible ...

Ah, nevermind. Allena did not want to think too far. Maybe this taste is the effect of the man's sweet treatment alone. A temporary feeling of admiration. After all, having only met a few times, it was impossible for him to fall just like that.
