43. Thank You For Not Give Up

That afternoon the sky looked dark. Varo had just accompanied his three children to play in the park directly taking them home as soon as he saw cloudy clouds gathered to form rain.

"Sena want to report with mama, today Sena can rank one more. We're going to Mom's room, Pa." Pinta Varo's daughter.

The man nodded in agreement.

"We'll buy a cake for papa first." Andreo's advice while looking at his watch. The little one elbowed Alandra's arm and the one immediately pulled out the phone.

Varo smiled, he almost forgot that today was his birthday.

"We stopped by the cafeteria for a while huh, take the new cake to the Hospital."

"Okee!😃😆😆." The three sons of Varo answered compactly. From all the places they go often. Only the Hospital's Nursing Room could make the three of them happy.

To keep the safety of her three children. Varo has given each of them a cell phone and asks the twins to call Varo immediately if something happens. Andreo and Sena did not really care about that small but expensive item. Only Alandra, who diligently reported about their time activities at school. The little one texted Varo even every 1 hour, making the man smile happily.

The little family ran to Lily and Arion's nursery and found something very surprising.

That small, hoarse voice called out to Varo. The man did not even believe what he saw.

"SISTER RION!!!!😆😆😆." Shouted the happy twins, running towards Arion who was sitting on his nursing bed. Now, just plugged the infusion and oxygen hose in his body. The 10 year old boy smiled weakly.

Lily opened her eyes and turned towards the twins. The woman got up and sat leaning against the bed pillow. He smiled gently and said to the twins, "didn't mom say yesterday that you shouldn't scream at the Hospital."

Varo is still sculpting.

Lily looked at Varo who looked funny in her eyes. He teased the man. "So...no hug kangen huh??.😕 Ah...it's in vain I gave a surprise. Rion was tired of holding the cake from earlier, right!!."

Lily smiled towards Rion who nodded. "Papa want to hug mama first, what was Rion first??. Mama, Rion wants to eat cake with the others."

"YEE..ups.🤭🤭🤭" The twins instantly silenced their mouths while smiling happily. Checkly they ate the cake no longer care for their father who is still in shock.

Varo rushed over to Lily to check her whole body, then pinched the cheek of her beloved wife.

Lily and Ario came to their senses from her coma yesterday right after Varo went from delivering the twins to the nursery.

The twins initially wanted to call the doctor but when they saw Lily's hand waving towards them, the three actually hugged the mother they missed so much.

The twins cried, told long stories and complained endless. Occasionally they took turns sitting on Arion and Lily's bed, making the woman unwilling to smile happily.

Alandra introduced herself first. She got out of Lily's stomach during SC surgery, so she's her sister. Then followed Andreo and finally Sena.

Sena later explained that they are now 7 years old and often bullied because their friends at school, never saw their mother. But the little guy proudly said that they're used to it and they always win when they fight. It instantly made Lily frown in surprise.

Andreo told me that they never cried again in front of their father because they had seen Varo crying in the nursery. Andreo said that their grandmother also joined in crying and then forbade them to cry in front of Varo so that the man was not always sad.

Almost 2 hours Arion and Lily heard the incessant chatter. Then suddenly the nurse came to change the infusion and was surprised to see the patient in the room had awakened from his long coma.

Lily was still in a hoarse voice asking the nurse and the doctor there not to tell Varo. As for the family, Lily borrowed Alandra's phone and had the little one send a message to her grandmother and their aunt. Also asking them to forbid telling Varo anything.

Lily asked the doctor what day, date and year. And he was a little surprised when he realized that tomorrow was Varo's birthday. A small plan flashed through his head.

Lily then turned to Andreo who had been sitting next to Arion and showed some photos on his phone to his brother. "Same Andreo keep your papa busy tomorrow. You guys play here this afternoon. Let Mama and Rion's sister check the doctor first."

And so. Their plan gave Varo a surprise. Lily recounted the flashback of her plan when she came to her senses yesterday to Varo, unfortunately, the man did not smile at all.
