90 Days Missing You's

90 Days Missing You's
MAX AND HIS FLIRTATIOUS HORDE

Today Laura did not come in, she called and reported being ill. This was unusual, but since Laura was rarely sick, I thought that when she said pain she must have been so sick that she couldn't get in.

Turning my position, Leonhart was seen cleaning the table while talking to two SMU children who were waiting for the table. Actually the girls could have chosen another empty table, but .. ah .. children are now aggressive.

Two days after Leonhart asked me to wrap my arms around her neck, I still wondered if that was the case or not? However, my daydream bubble soon broke once Max and his associate Samuel-lawyer-entered the cafe with a bunch of flirtatious women.

Why does Max always have to be in touch with women like that? Can't he get a professional client? I remembered again Max's advice: no one plays with lawyers, unless they're in trouble.

Not trying to be protective or anything, I'm just worried that one day he'll fall into sin. And, at that time maybe I was dragged to hell too.

Max came closer to the counter and threw a polite smile at me, this is also the thing that makes me upset. After kissing me last week, everything seems normal now. It's like a day's ex date and that lip meeting, really a dream.

Meanwhile, Samuel-the friendly man with the eye-glass who was standing next to him said, "Ye, ask for something nice, don't have to ask them to choose. I think boba coffee tea, or one of the funny drinks in ice, can already cool their heads."

He closed his request with a wink that made the corner of my lips lift. Samuel is a funny friend, in contrast to the efficient Jeremy.

"Ah, Samuel, you're evil!" spoiled one of the flirtatious ladies, his hand stretched out to Samuel's elbow and shook it while pretending to sulk.

There are five people. Their clothes .. I don't think it needs to be explained. Oh, or need to?

Well ... who just called Samuel Om wearing a green highlighter shirt with a very short jeans skirt. If I simulate, when he's sitting down maybe half his ass will be visible.

Okay, that's too cynical, that's about a quarter of a buttock that's gonna show.

"Can't you look more dashing like Om Max?"

The screams of laughter from the woman in the long lemon-yellow shirt blared, attracting the attention of the people in the cafe who were enjoying lunch. The color of his clothes hurt the eyes, giving the effect as if Max had invited the sun into the cafe.

"Please, girls. Don't fuss, it's a public place. I don't want this Om-om to be afraid of us and cancel the case filed," said someone in a tight blue T-shirt highlighting his assets. This woman is more sane than the others.

"Oh, don't do that, Baras. I'm sure they want to. Maybe the pay Om Max and Om Samuel will receive is not great, considering we are only sexual workers, but .. let's celebrate the victory later with a bonus all night for a week." A woman wearing a purple kemben and a suit to cover her outside seemed to be a more maniacal person.

"Cheers!" sahut the latter in a tight and short red t-shirt showing off his navel and exotic skin.

"Well, did I tell you that," Samuel said with both eyebrows raised, drawing my attention back to him. "Rightened. Please don't fuss, or the beautiful host in front will drive us away. Okay, Girls?"

The tight red shirt interrupts, "It's old so, you say beautiful." Irritably, the woman immediately grabbed hold of her and pressed her large assets onto Max's body while looking at me. Meanwhile, two others murmured approval.

"I'll bet she's a virgin, maybe .. no sell," whispered the yellow shirt from Max's left. I grit my teeth. Despite the offence, I still tried to maintain a flat expression.

Just then, the magenta t-shirt interrupted, "Just try if he dares to chase us away."

I slammed the pen to record the order onto the table and glared at the woman. Well ... wah .. if all these women want to fight, they will get it today, because my mood is bad. A warm feeling crept quickly to the side of my cheek upon hearing the challenge.

"Sam, find a seat with them, I'll talk to Yuri."

After saying that, Max walked quickly around the counter. He came in and pulled me out of there. I could still see the five women looking at me with great scorn before Max's hand gently pushed me into the office space.

Hey, shouldn't those who are embarrassed about making money selling bodies? Why are they looking at me, as if I'm the one doing the illegal work?

As soon as the door closed in the back, I immediately faced Max cursing, "Shopping! Who are they, Max? And what right do they have to say I'm a virgin or not? is that a sin? You have no shame."

Fortunately, this room uses a Rehau German door frame that is soundproof. Otherwise, it was almost certain that the Stabilo woman was already in front and ready to pounce on me.

"Quiet, Yu."

I stopped right in front of Max, and blurted out an angry look. Poking my finger at his suit-clad chest, I said, "Your client is bothering my guest."

"Yu-"

"I'm not done mad." Before Max finished his words I was already pacing back and forth in the room, while spewing out my nausea towards Max's client today. "Some, who the hell are they? Those cheap women will always be troubled, so why do you help them? You understand what I-"

I was shocked when Max suddenly walked over and then hugged me, his palm directing my head to look at him. Before I could protest, her lips had already come down and kissed full of emotion. Still overwhelmed with shock, my gaze then fell on the face of Max who was kissing with his eyes closed. Her beautiful eyelashes and thick eyebrows, made me blush for a moment.

Relax, Laura's voice resonated in the mind. Oh, true! I closed my eyes and gave up under his power.

Uhm ... Uhm... Uhm ...

Oh, my goodness .. What a delight Max's lips make me want to scream: marry me right away, you idiot! But, since my lips were busy, I could only sigh indistinctly. Moments later, Max slowly let go, but his firm hands still held me tight.

He looked at me as he asked, "Why are you so chatty today?"

"I-I just feel bullied." My voice sounded breathless which made a beautiful grin Max expand. Shit, I have to practice a lot like him.

"The words of women like them should not be too considered, Yu. You know their education level is low, and they rely on muscles."

Which muscle? my cynicism in my heart. Even so, I can't accept they're degrading me like shit.

"Those who say rude, don't necessarily like you. From their tone of speech, I think those kids are jealous of you. And, jealousy. Remember that."

I grimaced hearing it. "You don't have to explain anything to me, Max. I don't care if they're jealous or envious, I just don't want them to disturb the quietness of the cafe. And, what was the kiss for?"

As if sober, Max awkwardly took off his embrace. "I'm sorry, but errr .. I hope you like it" Max said, showing off his contagious smile. "Yes, already. I'd better get out first. Thanks, Yu."

His tall figure turned around and walked towards the exit. However, before he opened the door, I hurriedly called out, "Max ...," the man turned to me behind, "once again you kiss me, I'll assume we'll be." Max laughed, but did not comment. He slid the door and disappeared behind it.

When I came out, my eyes immediately met Leonhart. Despite standing quite far away, from the place that replaced me at the checkout table, I could feel the sharp gaze of the man studying my face. I didn't think it was possible to turn around to the bathroom and fix my lipstick, so I continued my steps towards her behind the counter.

"Thank you, Leon."

There was no answer when he left the cashier's desk and began busying himself with pending orders. His deft, non-talking movements made me feel guilty for leaving the cashier's desk, especially with Max. I hope Leonhart doesn't think I got along with Max in the office.

Every now and then I get up and help Leonhart deliver orders. A pretty busy day, getting my attention distracted from Max and his flirtatious horde. Exactly 20:00 at the cafe closed.

"Hey, are you mad I left the cashier's desk? Why did you shut up, Leon?"

The man who was looking at me then turned his face away. His hand moved to lock the rolling door and asked, "What are you doing with Max?"

"We talk." The loud snoring sound that came out from him, made my brows furrow. "Did you find trouble when I wasn't ahead?"

Instead of answering my question, Leonhart asked back, "Have you fixed your problem with Max? Did you and him .. make up?"

"Not yet." I looked down, staring at the end of my sneakers. "Here, don't talk about it anymore."

Leonhart got up from her place, then pulled my hand to hand over the cafe keys. He did not let go of the grasp even though the key had already changed hands. Those pair of beautiful eyes were just looking straight at me in a mute, what was inside was still a mystery.

Then, he turned around and left.
