Zevanno's Love Memory

Zevanno's Love Memory
I'll Call You, Evan

Zura helped the foreign man drink the potion that Nek Sri had just finished making. The man was still lying weakly on a bed wrapped in a thin mattress. His face was still pale, yet it was already better than when he was still unconscious a while ago.

Moments after the foreign man came to his senses, Zura asked Kang Akmal for help to call Nek Sri who was in the garden. Because he was quite confused if he had to deal with this foreign man alone.

"Don't he hurt his head anymore, son?" ask Nek Sri.

The man shook his head slowly with eyes that were looking blankly up.

"It hurts when I move," the man replied.

"Sir papa, you don't move much. Later more sick," said Nek Sri.

The man was silent, and even Zura repeatedly waved before his eyes. However, there was still no response at all.

"I why?" ask the man.

Ever since he had always asked that, he was like a confused person that made Zura and his Grandma confused as well.

"You don't remember why you were like this?" ask Nek Sri.

"I don't even know who I am,"

Zura and Nek Sri immediately looked at each other with shocked faces.

"So you don't know who you are? You don't remember anything?" ask Zura quickly.

The man nodded slowly.

"Hey don't lie dong," Zura became panicked now.

"Why I lie, I don't want to be like this either. I was confused," said the man so softly.

"But why can't you remember anything. Just when you woke up, you said something Lo," said Zura again.

"Say what?" ask the man anyway. He really was like a confused person now.

Zura went back into silence, he looked at his grandmother with an anxious face. Yeah, how not to worry if this guy doesn't remember anything, then how do they tell his family. Maybe if he was just blind, Zura could still help find the address of this man. But if this man had forgotten his memories, how could he have met his family?

"Grandma, how is this?" zura asked, whispering to her Grandma a little.

Nek Sri was seen sighing, how else. It seems that they do have to be patient to take care of strangers in their homes.

"We wait until he recovers, don't be forced. He just woke up" said Nek Sri.

Zura looked sad, he looked back at the man who was still lying on the bed. Looking at the man who looks pathetic. His face looked confused, scared, sad, and also depressed. And Zura indeed could not force him to remember anything.

"Yes, grandma make porridge first. He's gotta eat a little." Nek Sri said as she moved from her chair. Walking out left Zura along with the man the two of them.

"Are you going?" asked the man, his hands seemed to be fumbling forward and in all directions. Especially when you hear the sound of footsteps moving away. He looks scared.

Zura immediately grabbed his hand, and of course Zura's hand grip made him calm again.

"I'm still here, it's Grandma coming out. He wants to make porridge for you, " replied Zura.

The man instantly fell silent, yet his hand continued to clasp Zura's hand.

Hearing the man's words, of course, made Zura feel pity. He was badly injured, his eyes were blind, and he forgot his memory. It must have been a tough thing for this guy. Really, his life is really poor.

"I'm not leaving, I'm here. You calm down, you rest first yes," said Zura.

The man shook his head softly as he said, "can you tell me who I am, and why I can't see" the man asked.

Zura sighed softly. He confirmed his sitting position and faced towards the handsome man. A handsome man who might if he was healthy, he would definitely have a sharp eye view, a slightly haughty face, and also a firm voice. But now, he was nothing more than a pitiful man who could do nothing more.

"I don't know who you are either. I found you on the river bank badly injured. So I'm taking you home" Zura said.

"I'm on the river bank? seriously injured?" he sounded muttering.

"Yes, Grandma and I can't take you to the hospital. We have no cost. So you can only take care of you at home this month" Zura said again.

The man fell silent, his hand grip on Zura's hand began to weaken. I don't know what he's thinking. However, when Zura wanted to pull his hand the man again clasped Zura's hand firmly. It was as if he did not want Zura to leave.

"It's okay if you can't take me to the hospital. But please, don't leave me alone. At least, until I remember who I really am" the man asked.

Zura smiled looking at the man. He rubbed the back of the man's hand gently making the man turn his head towards Zura.

"I'm not leaving you. You calm down, you're safe here. There's me and Grandma who will take care of you until you recover. Let's hope your memory recovers quickly, so you can quickly meet your family," said Zura.

The man nodded slowly, "thank you, sorry if I will always trouble you," he said. Although now his heart was filled with fear, anxiety, confusion and uncertain feelings, but somehow the man believed in Zura. And so hope that his memory will soon return.

"Don't think about anything, now the most important thing is that you get well first. You have to be healthy, and after that we can both look for your lost memories" Zura said.

The man nodded slowly again.

"Well, how do I call you now?" Suddenly Zura just remembered that. It is impossible if he calls this guy nameless continue instead.

"I don't know" replied the man.

"If I give you a temporary name, aren't you angry?" zura asked, a little doubtful actually. He was afraid that this man would be offended.

However, the man nodded slowly. "It's up to you, even to remember my name I can't" he replied so softly.

Zoya patted the back of the man's hand gently, "don't be like that. Let's just say you're taking a break from all your thoughts and life. Take it easy so you can heal quickly," said Zura.

The man just fell silent, making Zura also actually more and more compassionate to see him.

"What if I call you by name ... Evan?" said Zura.

"Evan?" muttered the man.

"Yes, Evan. How's it?" asked Zura again. somehow the name was thought of in his head now.

"Yes, it's up to you" replied Evan.

"That's great, and you can call me ... Zura,"

"Zura" the man murmured.
