Zevanno's Love Memory

Zevanno's Love Memory
Evan's Concerns

Evan is bowed in lethargy when Daffa and Reynand tell him that Zura is no longer in Nateh Village. Even Nek Sri had also died the day after Evan's departure from their home. It felt like Evan's heart and feelings were becoming uneasy now. Daddy and his cousin just arrived home this morning and brought bad news to him instead.

Where would Zura go if he wasn't there? Zura only had Nek Sri, and now he had been driven from the village. Ah, Evan was really not calm thinking about Zura's current state.

"When we left, wasn't Grandma okay?" ask Evan.

"Yes, sis. But indeed Nek Sri's health is not good. Diyah said that Nek Sri fell while bathing in the river. Maybe because his heart was weak so he could die suddenly" Daffa said.

"Then, does Diyah not know where Zura went? Have you asked Akmal?" ask Evan again. His face really showed such deep concern. He made both his parents so happy to see their son. They know that Evan must feel guilty and lost with the departure of the person who had taken care of him.

Especially now that Evan only remembered those two people. Yes, Zevanno Adiputra still feels that he is Evan. The name given by a kind girl who had not even had time to see Evan's face but instead had gone somewhere.

"Akmal is also not in the village, sis. Said Diyah, the man who often helped Zura was indeed not in their village for a few days. So Diyah had absolutely no idea where Zura was going" Daffa said.

Evan bowed lethargicly, only his trembling lips muttered to mention Zura's name. Where's she? Why not wait for Evan to come?

"Relax, son. Daddy's been asking people to find the girl. They'll look for him until we meet" Reynand said.

Nara rubbed her son's shoulder gently. "Please, maybe the Zura you mean is still going to his family home" said Nara.

However, Evan immediately shook his head slowly. "No, Mom. Zura had no one but Nek Sri. He was a kara" said Evan, sounding so sad.

"Does he have any problems until he can get out of the village?" asked Zeze anyway, he who had been silent with Zev since.

"She's a good girl" Evan replied.

Zeze fell silent, everyone in the living room looked at each other awkwardly. Because Reynand and Daffa already know what causes Zura to be expelled from the village.

One of the residents said that Zura was considered as an unlucky carrier, especially he who had dared to accommodate a man in his house for months. Not only that, Zura's poor family background also affected the villagers' prejudice towards Zura and her Grandmother.

They did not want Zura to do anything that was not in the village like what Zura's mother had done before. Yes, Reynand got word that Zura was the son of a prostitute, even living without a father. Zura's mother died of a deadly disease. During this time the villagers only ostracized them on the edge of the forest because they still see Nek Sri who was a little more already helped some residents because of traditional medicine. However, after Nek Sri died, they immediately expelled Zura without pity.

All Reynand and Daffa knew. Even the whole village talked to them like that when they found out what really happened.

However, neither Reynand nor Daffa wanted to talk about it to Evan. However bad the family is, Reynand and his family already owe their lives and are indebted to them. And therefore, Reynand had already sent his men to search for where the girl was.

At least to avenge all the good for helping their son.

"Here, don't think about anything now. Daddy sent our men to look for him. Daddy won't ignore his kindness for helping you. Now you just focus on your treatment" Reynand said.

Evan let out a long sigh and nodded slowly. "Vanno please, please find him, Dad. She's a good girl, she's all alone out there" Evan said. Even his face was so clear at this moment. Making Nara and Zeze unbearable.

"Yes, Daddy's gonna try. You know, there's no trace of anything that we can make of the guidelines for finding the girl. The picture is not there, not even an identification tag he has. It's quite difficult, but you take it easy, Daddy will definitely try" Reynand replied.

Evan sighed and bowed sadly. If he knew this was the case, Evan would definitely force Zura to come with him back then.

"At that time Daffa was giving the girl a credit card, uncle. Maybe with that we can track his whereabouts," said Daffa.

"Oh really. Call Steve later, that could be a clue to them" Reynand said.

Nara rubbed Evan's shoulder gently, whispering "calm, yes," to calm Evan's heart which was not okay now.

While elsewhere. A girl was sitting on the side of the road with a sad face and looked pale. His eyes were puffy and his appearance was very tangled. It was just a worn-out bag that he had been hugging since. I think he just wants to die now. There was no more passion to stay alive. For three days he was on the streets. Just a bottle of water and some bread.

The grandmother on whom his life rests has now left him alone. The hut house where he had been sheltering all this time was also no longer able to live. With a stick they made him like trash. Throw it away so evil.

Zura was crying, crying for the umpteenth time. Weeping over his miserable fate. He's alone now, he doesn't have anyone else. Where should Zura go? Where should Zura take shelter? He was alone, alone in a pain he could no longer bear.

"Zura!" Suddenly the voice of someone made Zura slightly gasp. With a wet face so pitiful he looked up. Looking at a man who looked at him with a sad and surprised look.

"Why are you here?" ask the man.

"Kang Akmal," Zura immediately moved, she cried and hugged Akmal tightly.

"I'm looking for you everywhere. Last night I came home from the city, but I heard that my grandmother was not there and you left the house" Akmal said. A good man who was like his own brother to Zura.

"They're evil, they kicked Zura out of there. Zura doesn't know where to go" said Zura with a sober sobbing Isak.

"Don't be sad, let's go to town. My father is also dead, I am alone now" Akmal said

Zura immediately released his embrace from Akmal. "Are you serious?" ask Zura.

Akmal nodded slowly, his eyes also glazed over. "Yes, now you and I are alone. We fight together, yes, can not give up" said Akmal.

Hearing Akmal's words, Zura made her want to cry even more.

"Kang Akmal, thank you. Thank you is still always there for Zura," said Zura.

"Hey, you are like my own brother Zura" Akmal replied.

"Now that we're gone, I still have a little money left over from selling the land yesterday. We can use that for the cost of renting a house. Later we will find work there," said Akmal again.

Zura nodded slowly. He was so grateful that there were still good people in this world. And now, Zura must be able to fend for himself for his life. Although not easy, but Zura will pass. Looking for money to survive.

..

But alas, Zura forgot the card that Daffa had given her some time ago. A card that should be a clue for Evan to find. But fate has to say something else. The card was left behind in Zura's shack house. And will remain there until the house is worn out and no longer visible.
