Chapter 19 Meira Return

The time showed at 2:00 p.m., Yasmin had just returned from campus. When he got out of the car, he heard inside the house was very crowded. Yasmin went into the house. He saw a woman talking to everyone in the living room. The woman was Meira Mahesa Bima's brother who had just returned from France.

Yasmin greeted everyone there.

"Good day everyone" said Yasmin.

Everyone looked towards Yasmin especially Meira. He looked at Yasmin. Joseph introduced Yasmin to Meira.

"This is Miss Yasmin, miss" said Mr. Joseph.

Meira moved from her seat. He came to Yasmin who was standing in front of him. Meira then hugs Yasmin with glassy eyes.

"You're already big. She's grown into a beautiful girl" Meira said.

He then removed his arms from Yasmin and continued stroking Yasmin's head. Yasmin was very confused by Meira's behavior towards her. Meira then pulls Yasmin's hand and sits on the sofa while chatting.

"Did you know me as a kid?" Yasmin.

"Of course you know. You used to call me aunty" Meira replied.

"I can't remember my childhood memories" Yasmin said.

"It's okay what Yasmin. But since you're married to Bima so you can call me sister Meira" Meira explained.

"Okay, sister" replied Yasmin.

"You should rest first, you must be tired. Meira's sister also has some business outside" Meira said.

"Okay, Brother Meira" replied Yasmin

Meira went out and said goodbye to everyone there. Yasmin had also climbed into her room.

Elsewhere Meira was standing in front of Mr. Rudi's house Yasmin's father. Mr. Rudi opened his door and was shocked to see Meira in front of his house.

"Come in" said Mr. Rudi.

Meira went in and sat on the sofa, he looked around Mr. Rudi's house. He then started talking to Rudi.

"Sister.I came to apologize for what I did 10 years ago" Meira said.

"After many years you have come to apologize" replied Mr. Rudi.

"I'm also looking for Rudi and Yasmin" Meira said.

"You better get out of here" replied Mr. Rudi.

"Sister.I was wrong with you and Yasmin, please forgive me" Meira said.

"I'm sorry it's not that simple as Meira. Do you not know what Yasmin has passed by your actions" explained Mr. Rudi.

"I'm really sorry brother but it wasn't me who burned the warehouse, I couldn't have hurt Yasmin" Meira said.

Mr. Rudi then stood up and told Meira to leave his house.

"Go from here" said Mr. Rudi firmly.

Meira also prostrated himself on Pak Rudi's feet while crying for Pak Rudi's forgiveness.

"I'm sorry, brother, I really didn't do it. You have to believe me" Meira said.

Mr. Rudi also ignored Meira and went straight inside leaving Meira who was still in the guest room.

Meira then stood up and walked slowly away from Yasmin's house, she occasionally looked back hoping that Mr. Rudi would come out.

"I'm not sorry for what I did that hurt you and Yasmin, sorry doesn't change anything but I promise to protect Yasmin, I won't let anyone separate Yasmin and Bima even brother and Andre" in Meira's heart.
