The beginning of chaos

Mayor's Mansion

"So dad why did you call me ?" Bing Jiao's questioning who had already returned to her home made Mayor Bing feel strange.

"We are near the city" said the black, making all silent."command all the troops to carry out the plan now" the command to the assassins who were nodded and quickly darted.

"We begin the Party" said the black with his devilish smile and was taken in by the three.
