V2 Thank You From The City Mayor

Cai Shen did not pry her and said, “Now get out of my room.” Said Cai Shen in a very calm tone, yet with quite a piercing intent. Li Tan put on his pouting face look deeper, “Hmphhh.” Rajuk Li Tan then stepped out of Cai Shen's room.

Cai Shen looked back at the ceiling where there was only a bright moon shining there without any flickering accompanying him at all. “Beautiful month..” Cai Shen muttered then glanced at the small box that Li Tan had brought and opened it. “With this... Just just have to collect a few more things.” Said Cai Shen looking seriously at the object inside the wooden box and then closed it back to save it to his storage ring.

“Good... Should I continue with my next plan?” Cai Shen muttered and placed his hands under his chin, smiling meaningfully.

Next Day

“Fyuhhh... Didn't think it would take overnight to recover half of it.” Said Ling Feng exhaling a coarse breath from his mouth, putting an end to his cultivation, as it was already morning.

Ling Feng immediately got out of bed and went to clean himself up. Upon completion Ling Feng directly walked out of his room with a pale gray robe covering his body. “Greetings young master. Have you completely recovered?” The question immediately paled when Ling Feng walked out of his room. Ling Feng glanced towards the source of the voice, finding Ren Hu who had been standing there.

If estimated, eighty percent of my Qi that has been absorbed has recovered.” Said Ling Feng along with a faint smile imprinted on his face. “So, instead of talking about myself, why don't you rest Ren Hu yourself? Though I've obviously asked you to rest last night. Why are you even standing guard here?” Said Ling Feng shifting the topic of conversation.

“Not only applies to Ren Hu, but that also applies to you as well as Uncle Lang. It's just a matter of hiding your presence there." Said Ling Feng while turning his gaze towards the turn that was not far from his room. Right after saying that, the person called by his name showed himself. He said nothing, because he had nothing to explain. Ling Feng who saw that only let out a long sigh looking at the two people until Ren Hu spoke up.

Suddenly there was the sound of footsteps accompanied by a voice calling Pang Lang. “Ah You are here apparently, I just came to your room to leave a message to Young Master Feng.” Say the figure who is the general of the city. Pang Lang turned to him and said, “Rather than you say that to me, you better say directly to the young master.” Pang Lang said, making the city general raise his head

Ling Feng nodded his head and said, “Alright I will meet him. Please take me to the mayor's room.” Said Ling Feng. “Mari follow me.” Said the city general then stepped in first to guide Ling Feng and the others towards the mayor's room.

It did not take long, they also arrived at a room whose door was different from the other room door. The city general who was in front immediately knocked slowly on the door and said, “Greetings mayor. I've come with Young Master Feng and his followers.” Said the city general after knocking on the door.

From inside the room came a cry asking them to come inside. “Come.” A vague cry from inside the room. The city general immediately opened the two doors of the room simultaneously allowing Ling Feng and the others to enter first. “Salam Mayor Bing... Honestly I don't feel comfortable with people older than me talking very formally with me.” Said Ling Feng conveying a very unexpected request for Mayor Bing and his two followers. Meanwhile, Pang Lang and Ren Hu were just smiling understandably in response to the remark from Ling Feng.

“Is that all?” Mayor Bing asked back to make sure that her sense of hearing was not misheard. “Yap that's it.” Said Ling Feng reaffirming his request. “You meanly did not ask for anything else?” Asked Mayor Bing once again. “I mean to Mayor Bing.” Said Ling Feng this time with a serious tone could not be denied.

“J-if request an... I mean, you are so, then I will agree.” Mayor Bing said as to what Ling Feng asked for. “Thank God if so.” Said Ling Feng without any burden. “Alright this time I want to ask you something Mayor Bing.” Ling Feng opened his voice again, and this time his speech style sounded very serious at hearing.

“Just ask Young Master Feng. I'll answer as many questions as you can.” Said the willing Mayor Bing. “Alright then..” Ling Feng nodded his head and began to ask what had happened, to the point that he had suffered such severe injuries.
