Ch. 24 - Ali

The two eyes of the fox were clear black like a black crystal. The look in his eyes showed how clever the fox was. The fox was currently observing Ye Chen with a feeling of fear.

Meanwhile, Ye Chen was made to be amazed when he knew that a fox could actually give off a human-like expression. The fox really looked beautiful in Ye Chen's eyes.

"Hey, what's your name?" Ye Chen asked unconsciously. He then muttered. "Why am I talking to a fox?" he looked back at the fox and said, "You're not the fox in the legend, are you? You only have three tails, not nine"

The fox did not make a sound and only raised its two little claws to scratch its face then looked down at Ye Chen.

The fox looked so much like a human. He became more and more curious about this fox, and he said, "Don't it really be a fox demon?"

he looked at the fox and saw that there was blood flowing from the animal's legs and hurried to get gauze and medicine from the cupboard to treat it.

"Either one bit you like this, Ye Chen said. "From today I'll call you A Li"

Ye Chen stopped the bleeding in A Li's leg by using drugs then took a gauze to bandage the wound.

Ye Chen said as he lifted A Li.

"Don't move, your wounds will open again" a bad idea suddenly flashed through his head. If the fox did something to Ye Chen, didn't that mean that the fox was the same as the demon in the legend?

It made Ye Chen horrified and hurriedly erased that thought.
