Ch. 16 - Lesson

Every day, the younger generation of the Ye clan were very enterprising in cultivating the first part thunder emperor's skill. If they managed to cultivate up to the peak stage of this skill, then they could easily break through the tier six barrier.

They had to learn higher cultivation techniques in order to continue to evolve. After obtaining the thunder emperor cultivation technique, the younger generation of the Ye clan had made rapid progress. Some of them like Ye Mu, Ye Peng and others were already about to break through level six.

While those who were eighteen years old and had their meridians hardened, they were able to level up after cultivating the thunder emperor realm. That makes them very happy.

Early in the day when Ye Chen passed through the main hall used to practice kung fu, he saw that the place looked even more crowded than usual.

The eight people did not dare to stand up and remained on their knees while bowing their heads.

"Do you feel like I'm using my status as the successor to the chairman to bully you? You guys don't like me being the chairman's successor? If it was Ye Kongyan who was the successor, you guys thought that you would be able to act arbitrarily within the clan?

The Ye clan senior who saw Ye Chen from a distance also showed an agreeable expression to Ye Chen's words earlier.

This incident made Ye Chen think of the previous chairman and his father. Leading a clan was indeed no easy task!

For the sake of understanding further regarding the condition of his clan, Ye Chen prepared to visit the mines of the Ye clan. Now he was the main protector of the Ye clan, and for that he had to be more careful while being outside the fortress. Ye Chen returned to his house to disguise himself. After being convinced that no one would recognize him, he decided to break out of the Ye clan fortress secretly.

This mine was very closely related to the fate of the Ye clan, the density of the Ye clan for a year mostly came from this mine!

"Their way of working is less effective" thought Ye Chen who was observing the mine workers. Before his meridians were cut off, he had not paid much attention to the production conditions within the clan, because back then the Ye clan was still very well off. And after his meridians were cut off, he increasingly paid no attention to this mine.
