Wrong Into the Bridal Room

Wrong Into the Bridal Room
Chapters. 88. A New Status.

Everyone seemed to be holding back a laugh when they heard Jessy's words, but not for Justin who was staring intently at his mother.

"See your son, Jessy. She was like saying, are you not aware of your age? Haha."

Everyone immediately turned their eyes to Justin who was throwing his face back, maybe the mother was very close to Lucas like that.

"Look, he must be embarrassed" Lucas said later. Looks like he's got a new toy right now, which is bullying Justin.

"Already, Papa. Is Papa going to keep bothering him?" Samy shook his head, this atmosphere he had never imagined before.

Then they all left the place after offering a do'a for both Amora's parents, hopefully they feel calm because there are no more problems that will happen.

At the same time, Valdo was in court. Actually he felt very upset by what Devan did, the man could not care at all about his own divorce.

"I wouldn't want to be her lawyer anymore." He swore annoyed, but fortunately today was the last trial of the divorce case between Devan and Lidya.

"The valdo!"

Valdo who was about to enter the courtroom stopped his steps, he turned around and looked at someone.

"What, did Devan not come again?" ask Lidya. It's been a while since she met Devan, and last met him at Valdo's apartment.

Valdo shook his head. "No, he's already given everything to me. But you take it easy, her absence won't interfere with your divorce."

Lidya tightly gripped her two interlocked hands, it seemed like there was no longer a chance to return to Devan.

Valdo who knows that Lidya still expects Devan to smile widely, he then pats the woman's shoulder making Lidya jerk.

"Your old relationship is over, Lidya. So don't make the new relationship end either."

Lidya scrunched her forehead in confusion. "What, what do you mean?"

Valdo smiled again. "You know, Lidya. Devan used to love you so much, he never even looked in the direction of another woman besides you."

"I-i know. That's why I'm still expecting it, maybe, maybe we-"

"No, what you expected was impossible" Valdo said with emphasis on making Lidya look at him with teary eyes. "Your old relationship is over, and it's not coming back because now her heart belongs to another woman."

Lidya. He knew exactly who the woman Devan was referring to was, and he was truly very sorry at this moment.

"Like he used to love you so much, so did his feelings for Amora. So do not hurt her with your selfish feelings anymore, because now you have created a new relationship. It's a friendship, which will break if you intend to return to it."

It wasn't that Valdo wanted to hurt Lidya by saying that, it was just that he didn't want their friendship to be torn apart if the woman forced her feelings on Devan.

"I'm sorry you're offended, but that's what happened. I wish-"

"No. I'm not offended, Valdo. I'm happy because you've awakened this blind me" said Lidya, "thank you, Valdo. I'm so lucky to have a friend like you,"

"Yes, I am indeed a friend who brings good luck to everyone" Valdo exclaimed proudly making Lidya laugh.

After that they walked into the courtroom where the trial was about to begin.

"The valdo!"

Devan nodded and immediately sat down beside Valdo, fortunately his trial had not yet begun. "I'm sorry if I can just come now."

"It's okay." Valdo patted Devan on the shoulder, though he was eager to hit the man in the face.

Lidya smiled widely as she met her eyes with Devan. As much as possible he held back the tears that would fall, because he did not want to make the man feel uncomfortable.

Finally, the trial process began, where the judge immediately read out all the results of the trial that has been carried out. With all that, now Devan and Lidya status is officially divorced.

Devan felt very relieved even though there was sadness left, however he never imagined that he would become a virgin widower like this.

After the trial process was over, Devan decided to speak 4 points with Lidya.

"I'm sorry I hurt your heart all this time, Lidya. I really didn't mean to do it" Devan said, giving Lidya a chuckle.

"Why are you sorry? It's obvious that this is all my fault, and I should be the one apologizing to you." Lidya tried to comment on the smile even though her heart was sore.

"alright. If there's nothing wrong and nobody's apologizing, we're both right."

"Hahaha, what the fuck is that." Lidya's chuckling made the tears that had been held out unwittingly, and it made Devan smile.

"Live happily, Lidya. I'm sure that one day someone will steal your heart. If that happens, don't waste his feelings."

Lidya nodded. "That's for sure, Devan. Thanks for everything you've given me, I'm really lucky to be your wife." His voice sounded very bitter when he said the word wife.

Devan grasped both of Lidya's hands tightly. "Take me as your friend, Lidya. Weren't we good friends too?"

"of course. You and Valdo will always be my best friends, and I hope that you will always be bestowed with happiness,"

"Aamiin's."

The two of them spent time chatting to melt the atmosphere that happened, because no matter how their relationship ever heated up violently.

From a distance Amora looked at Devan with fangs already coming out of her mouth, her eyes also staring intently as if she was shooting a laser at them.

"Make me as soon as possible with Devan, brother!"

Samy who turned out to be in that place immediately turned her face towards Amora, not just her. Even Justin and Lucas are in that place, it looks like they will be together everywhere.

"You take it easy, Amora. If your brother doesn't want to, then this Uncle of yours will marry you."
