Rey and Ayrin arrive at the Hospital, Before coming down Rey calms Ayrin down a bit which looks still in shock, Rey carries Ayrin in her arms.

"Close your eyes for a while and forget it all, it's over baby let's focus on the kids and the treatment of Aaresh hemm" Rey patted Ayrin's back gently.

Ayrin nods in Rey's arms, After calmly getting out of the car and into the Hospital, Aylen who sees Daddy and Mommy coming first runs to hug them.

"Where did Mommy and Daddy come from?" Ayrin asked after taking off Ayrin's embrace.

"Mommy and Daddy were having a little bit of business" Ayrin replied, not telling her where she really was.

Aylen nodded at Ayrin's reply, Rey approaches Mr. Arian and talks about something shortly after that the doctor approaches them and says that Aaresh is ready to be brought to the roof where a helicopter is ready to take Aaresh to airport.

Aaresh comes out of the ICU room Ayrin feels weak staring at the poop of his son whose body is filled with life support tools, Rey and Mr. Arian help the sisters push Aaresh's gurney towards the roof, where they can be seen, Ayrin walks with Aarash and Aylen's help while Madame Puspa is assisted by Albiyan.

They take a special elevator to get to the roof, After arriving Aaresh directly in the helicopter with doctor Yudha who will accompany him on the trip, There are about five helicopters that will take them to the airport.

Moments later they have all reached the airport, Rey uses a private plane to fly to America, After all the preparations are finished the plane begins to take off leaving the beloved country with the hope and prayer their son can return with them again.

During the flight Ayrin did not want to go from beside Aaresh, he continued to kiss Aaresh's hand which was free from the infusion and occasionally wiped away his dripping tears, Mr. Arian and Mrs Puspa accompanied the exhausted sleeping children as they flew in the morning almost before.

Rey completes all of her work before she hands it over to Zayn to replace him temporarily, Zayn did not come to America because he himself had a family and he also had to replace Rey taking care of the Office.

Hours later, their plane landed perfectly, Aaresh was brought down and taken to the largest Hospital in the country with complete facilities, Rey and Ayrin go to the Hospital with Aaresh while Mr. Arian and Mrs Puspa take the children and Aunt Sam to the Apartment to rest.

Arriving at Aaresh Hospital, Rey and Ayrin wait in the waiting room, Aurin biting her nails the thing she did when she was worried that was excessive seeing it Rey pulled Ayrin's hand.

Rey takes Ayrin in her arms, "Be strong love me and the kids need you" whispered Rey right in Ayrin's ears.

"Save my son Rey" Isak Ayrin in Rey's arms..

"If Aaresh needs something in me, please let me give it to him and save my son Rey"

"What you're saying baby, I'm not gonna let you do that, 'cause I'm gonna do it first, the kids need you so let me make the sacrifice" Really Rey will not be able to if you have to lose Ayrin think about it Rey does not dare, So if there is someone who has to sacrifice let him sacrifice, let him sacrifice, Even if Aaresh needs his life, Rey will give it to him.

Ayrin looked Rey in the eye after Rey finished her words she was so grateful to have Rey who loved her so much, Rey kissed Ayrin's forehead as if giving them the strength to be equally strong in the face of the trials that God gave.

Aaresh has been moved to the ICU room to monitor the situation, Rey persuades Ayrin to eat because from yesterday they both have not eaten anything but Ayrin is reluctant to move from the waiting room, Finally Rey chose to buy food and feed Ayrin eat even though only a few can Ayrin swallow.

At the Apartment, the children asked Grandma and Grandpa to go to the Hospital because they felt they had enough rest and they wanted to immediately find out the condition of their brother, who was in the hospital, Their Grandmother and Grandpa took them to a hospital not too far from the apartment where they lived while in America.

Arriving at the Hospital they went straight to the ICU Room because Rey had already told Mr. Arian if Aaresh had been moved to the ICU room, Mr. Arian took Rey a little away from the children.

"How about the mastermind of all this Rey you've taken care of it" asked Mr. Arian in a soft voice.

"Having Pi Rey done it, Rey has given the punishment that is worth all of them" Rey replied if you recall the mastermind behind all this it feels like he wants to get back to beating them all.

"Do you feel guilty for hurting her because one of them is the one you once loved" Mr. Arian asked Rey that question, Mr. Arian wants to see if his son is really unaffected by Vania's presence.

"What Papi said, I have no regrets at all Pi he does deserve his, Rey loves Ayrin Pi so much so Rey won't be affected at all by his presence" Rey firmly answered Mr. Arian's question.

Mr. Arian was proud of his son's reply, "Focus on your family and Aaresh's recovery, leave all the work to Zayn for a while, Papi will also ask Uncle Abraham to help Zayn" The orders of Mr. Arian who was taken by Rey after that they rejoined the others.

Days have passed but there has been no development with the condition of Aaresh, Ayrin and Rey are not tired to continue to hope and pray for Aaresh's recovery, the children continue to do school through online, Every day after they finish school they will follow to the hospital to take care of Aaresh who has now been moved to the Inpatient room.

While at Rey Hospital and Ayrin never slept well, they kept a close eye on Aaresh's condition until finally their wait ended after 1 month of waiting, The doctor and nurse ran towards Aaresh's room with some tools they were carrying, Rey and Ayrin were waiting outside with a feeling of worry and fear and a thread of prayer that they were hanging in their hearts for their child's safety.
