Doctors have to be overwhelmed when dealing with mafia families. They must not say they cannot or cannot save patients or their lives will be wasted if they are outside the hospital.
The mafia would figure out how to kill them in ways that seemed natural to their deaths.
As it is today, Inez's womb is so weak and it is difficult for doctors to maintain Inez's fetus, but Iko does not accept it for that reason.
"If you can't save my baby, then your own son becomes his guarantee!"
Threatening Iko with a look of intimidation made the doctor's face look pale and begged to try again to defend the fetus that Inez was born with.
"Good Sir. We'll try to save your baby again." Doctor Gabriel, who was handling the birth of his first baby Inez, said.

Iko was forced to agree because it was the only way to save their baby. Iko was so afraid that if his mistake this time caused their baby to die, it was not impossible that his wife would go crazy or die.
After the Inez recovery process was completed by a team of doctors, now Inez transferred again to the VVIP room.
Inez looked at her husband whom she had never seen for a long time because of his disturbed soul.
Iko smiled wryly at his wife who gave her best smile and it was able to make Iko bewitched because she saw again the smile that had set for six months more.
"Welcome, dear...! You've been away too long from my life even though you've always been by my side."
Iko hugged his wife and kissed the top of her head.
"What happened to me Iko? I feel like I've just come back to this world." Inez asks but Iko does not want to remind again of that bad day.
"No dear! Nothing happened between the two of us. You only got sick after that you just realized from the coma." Iko had to lie.
"Have I been ill for so long that I did not know the growth of my now great son? Oh yeah, where's my son? I miss him so much. Tanya Inez looks agitated.
"Is it just our child's mind? Don't you miss me too?"
Iko looks jealous of her own son when the longing note is only addressed to baby El.
"Honey....I miss you both. Was I wrong to ask my son? But wait a minute...! How am I supposed to get pregnant while you say I'm sick and in a coma?" Inez asked who was quite observant with her body.

Iko flirted himself hearing unexpected questions from his wife. He did not take into account his lies until he forgot that Inez was a woman who was critical enough to judge something.
Iko took a deep breath stretching her neck muscles with light gymnastics on her neck that felt very stiff.
His days were quite hard to care for Inez who was mentally disturbed and now was aware did not give him peace so he had to find answers so Inez could understand it.
"I'm sorry, baby! I can't hold back my longing for you and have to make love to you." Said Iko carefully fearing that she would rampage at him.
"You're wrong baby, if I'm gonna get mad at you. I feel proud that I am still useful to you. I'm sorry I made you feel bad for my pain."
Inez said as she hugged the body of her husband who stood close to her.
"Item ....! Why are you so easily lied to by me. If you know, if you're really enjoying our romance." Iko muttered.
"I miss you so much, Iko. I didn't feel like I'd seen you for years. I feel like I'm alive again after a long time of death."
Said Inez, who just believed she was in a coma.
"Thank you for missing me."Iko said and the two kissed until the sound of her bedroom door opened.
Mr. Gustavo took baby El to his parents and baby went into his father's arms.
This plump baby actually wants to be carried by his mother, but his mother's stomach should not be touched at all.
"Darling...! In my stomach there's a baby sister, so baby El's in my dad's car." Say Iko..
His son just nodded even though he did not understand his father's words.
"How are you, baby?" Ask Mr. Gustavo and then kiss his daughter's forehead.
"It's better dad." Inez said with a big smile.
"Dad apologized to be able to meet you at this time because I have to find a way to be able to c..-"
Iko stomped her in-laws' feet to not continue her words. Inez doesn't remember anything that's happened before.
Feeling the pain of his foot on the stampede, Mr. Gustavo looked at his daughter-in-law's face with a look of intimidation as if he wanted to swallow Iko alive.
So does Iko, want it to feel like she stuffed the big mouth of her father-in-law who talked too much about things that could make the condition of Inez's soul fan pregnancy again disturbed.
"Why are you, like the enemy?" Inez asked as she frowned.
"It's okay, baby. I miss your father so much that I'm afraid he'll separate us again." Iko said while pulling both corners of her lips.
"You're not hiding anything from me, are you?" Inez asked as she looked at the two men she loved so much.
"Don't worry baby...! Ever since you got sick, the relationship between the two of us has been getting closer. Isn't that a daughter-in-law...?" Asked Mr. Gustavo while patting Iko on the shoulder and rubbing it with great pressure until Iko held a tremendous pain on his shoulder.
Baby El who saw his father's handsome face reddened and this son could feel the father was not fine and then slapped his grandfather's face until master Gustavo reflexively removed his hand from Iko's shoulder.
"Inez is happy, finally Iko can accept as father-in-law." Inez said with a smile.
"If he messes with you report to dad." Doctor Gustavo said a little threatening to Iko.
"If it wasn't for my great love for your daughter, it would have felt like I had your face crushed, father-in-law." Iko's mind was cursing at her father-in-law.
