WIFE TO THE BLIND MASTER

WIFE TO THE BLIND MASTER
CHAPTER 31 PUNISHMENT FOR DARIEN

One bribe after another of the porridge in the bowl was devoured by him. Sania smiled happily seeing Son finish the food he was given. Son does not refuse when he bribes, because he thinks Sania is a nurse.

"Thank you, Sus." Son's heartfelt remarks made Sania unnerved. The cold-cloak man had a soft side of his heart. He didn't even hesitate to say thank you to new people.

Sania took the medicine that the nurse had provided, she gave it to Son. The man drank it with Sania's help.

"This hand." As Sania's hand touched her hand, Son felt something strange.

"Suster can go now. I will rest" Son said after he finished taking the medicine. Son felt strange for the nurse next to him. As long as she fed him and gave him medicine, the nurse kept silent without answering anything.

The sound of the door being opened indicates that the sister has gone out of the room.

"The weird one."

Sania's not really gone. He stays in the room. He made the sound of the door opening as if someone was leaving, but he was still inside.

"For a long time I became mute and kept silent like this" he grumbled in his heart.

It turned out that tired also kept quiet like this. Talking is tired, not talking is tired.

Sania chose to sit on a long sofa that was in the room. It's next to the door. Although the distance is quite far from Son's bed, but at least Sania can rest there.

His body he threw on the couch. His gaze led to the ceiling of the room. His mind flew off remembering the words from Uncle Raul.

"Uncle bankrupt. Uncle's business is bankrupt. Your aunt left Uncle. He went somewhere. Bring home certificates and Uncle's account book. Everything was brought by him. Uncle didn't think your aunt would do that. You often send money through that account. Hope your money can help fund Maria's college."

Sania was stunned to hear the explanation from Uncle Raul. What he did not believe more was the behavior of Aunt Lotus. Didn't they live in a household for years? How can it be that when things go down, Auntie leaves her partner instead?

"Aunt Lotus is gone? Where is Maria? At that time Sania saw Maria on campus. But what a pity, Maria had already boarded the bus when Sania tried to call her." Sania recounts the time she tried to get Maria to her campus.

"Mary stays in college. Uncle will pay for his college until graduation. Uncle's gonna work hard here."

"Mary didn't go with Aunt Lotus?" Sania thought, Aunt Lotus went to get Maria. But as it turns out, Maria stays with Uncle Raul.

"No. Mary is like Uncle, not knowing when your aunt left home."

"Where is Mr Mail?" Sania hopes that Mr. Mail's whereabouts, Uncle Raul finds out.

"Just calm. Mr. Mail lives with Maria in a contract. To accompany Mary in the city and take care of her. Still Uncle paid, but not as much as his salary first." Sania breathed a sigh of relief. At least hearing the whereabouts of all of them, it made Sania feel calm. Although the whereabouts of Aunt Lotus no one knows.

Math pushes Darien down to the floor. Math is angry with his second son. His three sons he taught well since childhood. Never did he exemplify bad things in his son, not even did he commit crimes in front of his sons. Why would Darien do such a cruel thing. Without seeing his sister who is not okay.

"Dad never taught you to be cruel to others what else with your brother! You're outrageous, Darien!" Math is so wrathful. The veins on his forehead coming out showed how angry he was at the moment.

"Whatchu mean? What nonsense are you saying, Darien!" Math asked back. Not understanding what his son said to him.

"Dad forgot? I made my mother die because of my own father. Hurt mom secretly until mom gets sick and dies!!!!" Darien sobbed in his tears. He held onto his rumbling chest. Simultaneously the memories of the past suddenly flashed across his head. Poor little Darien must feel the loss of his mother at a young age.

"Shut up! You don't know anything, Darien! Stop your bullshit! You have no right to judge Dad. You don't know anything!" Math passed away leaving Darien still in tears. He looked at his father's back with a furious heart. On the other hand, he has a lot of respect for his father but he still feels heartache when he remembers his mother's departure.

Math walked with heavy steps. He stopped in front of the elevator. His heart rate is still hunting. The emotions in his heart had not subsided, plus the words of Darien that made him feel hurt. Darien knows nothing about his relationship with his biological mother. It was not appropriate for him to judge her that way.

"Excuse me, sir." An office boy dashed his daydream. He shifted to give way to the office boy who would clean the floor. He then got into the elevator to go downstairs.

"Run to the house!" The driver nodded when he heard the order from Math who wanted to go home. Whether what had happened, seeing his still unfriendly face, the driver could only obediently obey.

"Miss, eat it. Last night Miss did not want to eat, this morning also did not want to eat. Is my cooking bad?" Mr. Mail is still trying to persuade Maria to eat. Because the girl often left breakfast and dinner.

"Mary is not hungry" he said in a sad tone. He longs for the state of his home and for the company of his family. Now it's just him and Mr. Mail.

"Miss, eat a little. Mr. Raul will definitely scold me if he sees Miss Maria getting thinner" he said.

"This meal is for Mr. Mail only. Maria's going to college."

There was a sound of motorcycles stopping in front of their occupants. Maria rushes out and meets someone who has long taken her to campus.

"Wait!" Mr. Mail shouted from inside the contract. Not long after he ran forward. "Miss, please take this." Mr. Mail gave a box to Maria.

"Pak—"

"Miss hasn't had breakfast. Please take this and eat at the college."

The man who was sitting on the motorcycle turned to look at Maria who was beside him. "You haven't had breakfast?" tanyakanya.

The girl looked confused. He did not want the man who had been with him for some time recently to know that he rarely ate. "Did Mary often skip breakfast, Mr Mail?" The man turned to look at Mr. Mail and asked him.

Mr. Mail also nodded his mark assuring. He heard her heavy breathing after knowing the truth.
