Who is My Real Husband?

Who is My Real Husband?
22.

"Huh? Ah no, Mas. This is news that I have died of being killed. I calmed myself down to not be afraid. You know for yourself, right, a lot of people died in unnatural ways and the culprit has not been found. It scares me a little bit everywhere." Rinjani approached her husband and tidied up her shirt which was okay.

Dave smiled while offering a tie to be paired by his wife as usual.

"Eat if you want to go anywhere, do not be alone. Tell me, let me take you. No matter how busy I am, there will always be time for you."

"Is going the same you can guarantee my safety?"

"You are not alone, my dear" whispered Dave in Rinjani's ear.

Rinjani felt a different aura as the whisper rang out in her ear. Dave's voice was scary to him. Mastering himself and fighting fear were the only choices he could make.

"I already know your gelagat, we better go down and have breakfast rice, not the others," Rinjani said pinching her husband's stomach slowly.

Dave just chuckled a little got a spurt from his wife. He then grabbed Rinjani's shoulder to take her to the dining table. He was already impatient to see the look of the face especially that will be shown by his father-in-law. Remembering he last night act back by putting a large photo that he frames beautifully and mounted on the wall of his room.

Once down, the couple still did not find their parents at the dinner table. Dave and the housekeeper's gaze met as the middle-aged woman placed the side dishes on the dining table.

Just with an old look and without a blink, the woman seemed to understand what Dave was questioning. With one slow but firm nod, Dave revealed his faint smile.

"Same mom I haven't woken up yet? Let's see, honey, they don't usually wake up late."

Rinjani just nodded and walked to her parents' second room which was not far from the dining table. He knocked on the door several times, but there was no word. He chose to open the unlocked door.

Almost Rinjani called her mother, but she paused because she saw very Father who was turning his back to the door while bowing a little.

"What did Dad do? I knocked on the door unanswered. What's that dad doing there?" Rinjani walks over to her father who is busy hiding something behind the curtains.

Hearing his son walk in makes Mr. Surya more quickly hide the photo that makes heart gymnastics when opening his eyes after sleep. With a nervous face and a slight sweat the man turned around and covered up the photo that had not been fully covered.

"Well, what the hell?"

"No. Not exactly why. This was actually a curtain." The nervous answer from his father made Rinjani put on a suspicious face.

Rinjani turned to look at her newly awakened mother. The woman, who was more than half a century old, sat down and stared in wonder at her son.

"Yes Ma'am, it's morning, Mom's new growth is up. Are you not feeling well anymore?" Rinjani approached her mother and sat down near the woman.

"No, I'm a soybean. If you had breakfast at noon, it was the same Dave. Waiting for Mom to be with you."

Ms. Niken looked at her husband and appeared to be still sculpting in front of the curtains with a pale face. He did not ask, Dave was already speaking at the door.

"Dad, Mom, did something happen? I told Rinjani to come here, but she didn't come back. What's up?" Dave asked as he looked at the three humans who were in that one room.

No one answered making Dave take over, "Dad, what are you doing there?"

"No, it's okay. You better have breakfast first. Later I'm with Mom next."

"What are you hiding behind the curtains?"

The question from Dave made the two women who were in bed turn their heads in the same direction. The eye movements of the two women made Mr. Surya swallow rough saliva and nervousness is increasing.

"There's nothing. I picked up the thing that fell just now."

"Dad said it was a curtain again. How is the answer different now?" Rinjani got up from her seat and walked towards the curtain that had been covered by her father.

Rinjani was about to open the curtains, but quickly Mr. Surya installed the body so that Rinjani did not move from his place. Although he was aware of what he was doing that made all of them suspicious, but there was no other choice but to do this. He did not care about everyone's suspicions, the most important thing is that his secret was never revealed until the end of life.

Large photos that had been installed on the wall could destroy all the tranquility that had enveloped his family if someone else saw.

"What are you hiding?" Rinjani.

"Nothing, you better get out. Same mom I'm gonna take care of."

Dave took a few steps forward and with a close movement took a frame that was clearly visible from the bedroom door. Mr. Surya did not have time to prevent the movement of Dave's hand and finally the large photo reached Dave's hand. Once the object was in Dave's hands, Rinjani's eyes and her mother's eyes focused on the square object with a surprised look without blinking. They looked at the picture in the frame with a long duration.

While Mr. Surya is only able to sculpt while throwing a glance at the two women who have been accompanying his life in joy and sorrow.
