HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SELLS HIMSELF CHAPTER 6

When High School Students Sell Themselves

Chapter 6

" Aunt widia's still in the care?" Arumi shifted the bench next to Binar who was still busy memorizing his English speech.

" Yes, haven't come home yet" said Binar short. He repeated a few paragraphs that he often forgot.

" Well, congratulations, you were finally chosen to represent the school even though the end of this drop in your grades but I am sure you will definitely bring the award trophy for this school" said Arumi with a fluent smile. Binar smiled then.

" Everyone, I'll try my best" he replied in short.

" Oh yeah, I see you write AA initials a lot in the back of your book, who is he? The boyfriend? Or do you have a crush on someone?" Arumi again pointed at the beautiful figure of the pigtailed horse with various questions.

" Um ... A nobody! Only the initials of a savior in my life" Binar said, not wanting to be forthright. Arumi.

" Liar," replied the beautiful figure with that shoulder-length hair.

" After being chosen to represent the school must be a burden on your mind more and more, I don't have anything to give as a favor, but please stay upbeat, I support you!" Arumi showed his two best thumbs towards Binar who was still busy memorizing.

" Thanks ... I hope you can be present on the day of the race," Pinar pinta while holding the fingers of his best friend.

" I will definitely attend!" Arumi.

The conversation then stopped when they heard the boisterous students who flocked to leave the classroom to the corridor. Arumi and Binar then followed and joined the urge among the students who were still in a group.

" What the hell is it?" Arumi peeked out from the slit of a student's shoulder.

" We've got some more help, look at that ..." The student pointed to several boxes and paper bags that someone had just removed from the car.

" Secretary Han?" lirih Binar's.

" Yes ... For some reason lately the CEO of DIGITAL WORLD often gave alms to this school," Arumi commented that Binar was just staring in silence.

" Have he come too?" ask Binar later.

" who? That handsome CEO?" Arumi said as he pointed towards the black-clothed person in front of there. Binar stared straight at the tip of Arumi's index finger while the girl was still busy chattering.

" You know, sometimes I think that if she fell in love with me, I would be the happiest person on earth!" Arumi looked at Binar with glowing eyes while Binar looked tense and pale.

" What are you doing?" Arumi tried to guess the hell but had not had time to answer the question a teacher then came and asked all students to gather in the School Hall. The CEO reportedly wanted to give a short, motivational and moral speech to the students at the school.

The excited Arumi instantly pulled the arm of Binar ahead of the other students and schoolgirls. He forced to sit in the front row of course not to listen to the short motivation but to look at the handsome face of the CEO who became the lips of schoolgirls at the School.

" Oh why is he so handsome, look not even a hint of blemish on him, his face like a prince from the fairy world ...." Arumi who was nervous then pinched the two cheeks of Binar who just sat frozen because of tension.

" Did you bring a hat?" Binar began to feel uncomfortable, especially when the man he often met stood up and began to give a short speech.

" What do hats do?" Arumi stared inexplicably.

" a ... I ... I arrived sultry, look at me sweating," Binar then pointed towards his temple which was filled with sweat.

" Are you sick? The AC's on and you're a warning!" Again Arumi stared inexplicably.

" Good God, what's wrong with you, Binar? Look at your face so tense, we're only asked to listen to a speech not to make a speech!" And for the umpteenth time Arumi had to hold Binar so as not to leave the Hall.

Alden Alexander floated all his eyes combing every corner of the room, staring at each student's face that looked silent and focused only on his speech.

" The same students are struggling in studying, in this digital era, technology can give you everything you want .... And how do you sort out what is good and what is to be exemplified and what you must leave behind. Part of the negative impact of the progress of the digital age is the breakdown of morale especially in High School students at ages like you all ....

THE GUBRAKK!

The ray that was about to stand out accidentally stepped on his own shoelaces to make him fall down on the floor.

" Ohhh!" Binar wailing.

" Ac .... What the hell are you doing!" Arumi scratched at the confused head scratch, all eyes staring at the two of them there were even some students who started fighting, laughing at the behavior of the two of them.

" Well, wake up why be a slam in there!" Arumi drowned while helping Binar stand up.

Alden who witnessed the incident then stopped his speech for a moment while the teachers who stood behind the podium simultaneously glared at the two friends.

The barra lingered back on the chair as before, his face flushed red as a boiled crab especially as the pair of handsome men in front of him stared fixedly at him.

" Sometimes students who have good academic values do not necessarily have good morals either.." said Alden loudly.

Jem!

Binar felt the sentence just now that he heard was a scathing satire to him. As he lowered his head, cold sweat began to pour down his temples. the 20 minutes he went through felt like 1 year and somehow the speech he said was only short was actually long-tipped even entering a question and answer session.

Some designated students should provide an explanation of what they have just heard. And Binar, one of the best students in the school, suddenly turned into the dumbest student in the universe. His speech was nervous, stiff and his breathing suddenly felt heavy.

" bm ... What the hell are you?" Arumi rubbed the sweat that was flooding her best friend's temple.

Binar shook his head, did not reply and the handsome CEO figure who was walking towards him could only bite his lips, holding his laughter so as not to break in front of everyone.

" What's your name?" Alden asked out loud towards the deathly pale Binar.

Binar fell silent, he could barely hear what Alden was asking.

" Husse... He asked you ...." Arumi pinched her best friend's waist.

" Gael ... Mister, uh ... I mean Sir."

Hearing Binar's reply, all the students fought again.

" What the hell are you...not usually like this," said Arumi. He felt unable to if he had to hear the laughter of ridicule from their rival.

Alden then approached, he lowered his head towards Binar who almost fainted holding his erratic heartbeat.

" When speaking, make it a habit to look at your interlocutor .." cirih Alden while raising Binar's chin slowly. The two then looked at each other, the distance of their faces that were only a few inches was immediately made the entire room quiet. The world seemed to stop spinning, the wall clock felt stopped beating and all that was heard was the heartbeat of the two who were racing faster than usual.

" Oh my God ...." Arumi gulps. If he was in the position of Binar maybe he would immediately kiss the lips of the CEO without caring if he had to be expelled from school at that time.
